第四篇：初高中英语差异

在实际的教学中，在每一届高一学生中都会出现一种情况：本来在初中英语学得还可以的学生，到高中后英语成绩却不如从前，这使许多学生失去了学习英语的热情和兴趣，甚至失去了自信，导致成绩一落再落，最终放弃英语。到底怎么回事呢？其实，原因很简单，就是因为初高中英语衔接的环节出现了脱节，使学生产生了不适应而导致的。要解决这个问题，首先要知道初中英语与高中英语在很多方面存在着差异，如：

1.初高中英语教材的差异

初中是5本教材，要求掌握1600多个单词，初中英语是基础英语，比较简单，且要求低, 初中英语其实只是培养语感、记忆一些简单的单词、理解一些简单句子，初中基本上以简单句为主，偶尔涉及到个别宾语从句或状语从句。高中是11本教材，最起码要掌握3500个单词，高中英语容量大，节奏快，要求高，几乎每堂课都有新的内容，需要学生及时地掌握、消化和巩固。高中英语强调语法的贯通、长句阅读分析能力、基本的听力和表达能力, 高中基本上以复合句（类似于汉语中的复句）为主，要求学生深刻理解句子结构和语法成份，以便清楚地划分出句子的主干，所以课文中都经常可以看到“从句中再嵌套从句”的情况。

2.初高中英语教学方法存在差异

初中教师的课堂用语较简单，很多时候用汉语解释。高中教师一般上课多用英语教学。刚入高中时的第一、二周，新生可能只能听懂教师讲课的一半，甚至更少，但一般过一个月左右，大部分学生会逐渐适应，基本都能听懂。初中教师对英语教材讲解得十分详细，会逐字逐句地翻译，而且反复操练的机会多。到了高中，教师注重的是对课文篇章结构的理解及深层含义的理解，注重有选择性地讲解重点、难点，不会面面俱到。

3.初高中学生英语学习方法不同
