非常感谢整个纽约市的执法部门，他们今晚也在这里。这是一些特别棒的人，有的时候我对他们的赞赏其实是远远不够的，但是我们真的是赞赏纽约市的这种治安部门。

人们把这次大选称为历史性事件，但是如果真想要载入史册，我们今后必须要努力做好一切。

我向大家保证，我不会令你们失望。我会努力做好一切。我期望着成为你们的总统，也希望在四年、或者八年之后，我们会看到美国是这样一幅景象：我们目前为之所做的一切 都是值得骄傲的。

现在竞选已经结束了，但我们的工作才刚刚开始。我们必须立刻开始为美国人民效力。希望大家为有我这样的总统为荣，这也是我的荣幸。

我觉得这是一个美好的夜晚，过去两年的经历十分难忘。我爱这个国家，谢谢你们，谢谢各位。非常感谢麦克-彭斯（特朗普竞选搭档）对我的支持。
