由于本届政府执法不力，数十年打击犯罪的成就如今遭遇倒退。在美国最大的50座城市里，去年谋杀率上升了17%。这是25年来的最大增幅。在我们的首都，谋杀案甚至增加了50%。在其附近的巴尔的摩，这一数字更是上升了60%。
