自己这段时间也没少search这方面的讯息,自认为也找到了些有用的讯息,这里综合整理一些朋友的分享,我现在的一个教授给我的意见(他去过法国留学,我决定去法国留学就是被他影响的)和自己的想法,以下这篇文章就诞生了.这里有必要再啰嗦的是，以下的内容抖只是小的我的片面的想法，免不了有些局限性，望各位在法国留学的前辈不吝补充纠正.当然我也希望借这篇贴文起个头，愿景于这个主题的前辈或者过来人多提供信息，丰富关于这个主题的讯息。

动机信其实可以说是个人名片或履历的「申论题」，除了看看递来的身份证件和履历证明，学校方面更有兴趣知道，这个学生为什么要申请这个学位?这学生到底为什么想念我这学位？这也许也可以说是法国学院和台湾学生熟悉的英美系统之间其中一项差异。因此，在法国大学系统里（较具国际化倾向的工商学院就不得而知了），动机信的地位可以说比推荐信还重要一点，那是学校认识一个学生的基础，也是他们确认这学生是否和自己对位的起点。

写这封信之前，可以先想想下面几个简单的问题：

一、为什么想念这门学科或专业？

二、为什么想申请这个学位？

三、为什么老远跑到法国来念这学位？

四、想从这学位里获得什么？

五、念完以后想做什么？(这点很重要)

由于我们是留学生，因此不少系主任或是指导教授会很好奇想要了解，我们大老远飞到法国来找他们拿学位的动机与目的。说穿了，一封中国大陆学生或者说有其他国家和地区的学生申请法国学校的动机信，大概就是在回答上面五个问题。

所以呢 我们的动机信也要根据以上五个基本的问题来guide...信的开头，通常是两句简单的自我介绍（像名片上印的那样简单，比如目前正在念什么什么学校的的市场营销专业)，加上「我是怎么知道这个学位的」（学位名称记得要完整写出来）。至于怎么知道这个学校专业的途径 可以是例如：透过网络search、经过教授推荐、学校声誉响亮,等等。

例如：

-经过四年的市场学的学士高等教育，我希望有这个荣幸能够进入本人景仰的贵校攻读专业硕士学位。

-在各市场学研究期刊上拜读贵校研究所或者教授于某方面的杰出论述后，我这个目前正在修读市场学学士的学生，非常希望能够在贵校上述教授的指导下攻读硕士学位。-在仔细研读过校详细简介(好像很矛盾)后，本人希望能获得贵校青睐，获许入学，以便继续发展个人在市场学领域的研究生涯。

要攻读的科目专业交代清楚以后，就要开始自我阐扬了。

以我个friend要报读的奢侈品管理为例,可以先说说是怎么或者什么时候对上述专业产生浓厚的热诚,并且在自己多方寻找资料或者更深入的了解之后,就下订决心要修读了,而法国又是世界著名品牌囤积(当然不能用这个词啦)的国家.总之，这段开始，可以简短讲些初阶的，很原始的触发。这个触发同样很重要，总不好单纯只是兴趣，而是伴随着相当的训练和后天背景，或是成长环境的助长。好比申请艺术管理，单只说我很喜欢看画展，却没有举出自己到底有多喜欢，又接触过多少艺廊背后的辛酸血泪，老师可能会请这位同学继续看画展，爱看多少看多少，不必刻意申请艺术经理学位。

接着要展现个人实力，这个就比前一段实际许多了。

丰功伟业尽量写，申请电影理论，除了学校的专业课程的成绩吹嘘一下，还可以尽管把自己曾经在相关刊物出版单位做实习，或是在学校社团的框架下办过多少大小影展活动，甚至曾经在什么机缘下发表过颇受好评的著作等等，全部论析一次。有人可能会觉得，这不是在履历上都有吗？不过，这里当然是比履历会精采许多，履历上通常只是一个名词组，而不会告诉评审委员自己当时如何被这些经历所影响。重点也许就在，我从这些经历与训练中，笃定了些什么志向，确定了些什么人生规划。又比方，研究生物化学的朋友，甚至直接把自己参加过的研究计划，以及发表过的研究报告，洋洋洒洒用比较详尽的方法说一次，这些经历和目前研究主题的关系，这就可以让未来指导教授看得频频点头了。

再来一段，可以延续前段，开始把个人经历与该校教学研究方向开始做来嫁接，说难听是攀亲搭戚，讲好听就是「吾人个人生涯与贵科系学位之休戚相关」。这段也是要告诉该校该科目该专业的老师，自己到底想从该科系学些什么，拿这学位又对自己的进修有什么意义。

比方说，来法国念区域政治，可以选的科系不只一个吧？为什么要申请这家呢？总不好说，每家都试试看，上哪家就念哪家。所以就得开始说，贵系所在南亚区域政治研究上享誉学界，特别是某某观点，似乎非常能够提供个人研究方向一个有力的支持等等。稍微申论一下中间的关联，也可以说明自己要从这科系的教学中汲取些什么样的教育资源。又比方说，自己因为想从事后殖民文学批评，已经拜读该系所许多大师著作，深深感到个人研究与该系所颇具共鸣。换个比较务实的科系，像是申请人力资源管理科系吧，直接说自己是为了要在企业工作上有所突破，经过老板推荐，认为该企业应该参考法国经验（什么样的法国经验，还可以多讲两句），在法国某管理学院中接受一年培训是最精明的选择之类的。

最后一段，差不多该谈谈自己念完这学位想做什么了。

读完想回内地某机构就业、读完想在法国继续念博士、读完想在某领域中创业、读完想透过实习经验参与某类型研究组织工作，读完想到美国某实验室去进修博士后等等。总之，这段就是简单的个人未来生涯规划与该学位之相关性申论题。而且法国也不是个提倡移民的国家，万一你给他们个一名倾向，你是跳进黄河也洗不清啊。

还有一段，可以看文章结构灵活插入，算是留学生动机信写作自定义选项：为什么要来法国留学？原因可能很多，也很个人，所以不用独立一段也无所谓，但是建议提一下。例如，来法国念古物修复或是核能电力，应该没什么好争议的，这方面的确是有那种「来来来，来法国」的说服力；反之，来法国念传播，那就不是那么一定了，毕竟传播好像也不是法国的强项。这时，就得讲些机缘、情缘、孽缘…甚至如果听说该科校风格开明，还可以在这方面展现一点幽默，博君一笑，也许也会让系上老师为了不想当被好奇宰掉的猫，忍不住把写信的这家伙喊来面试一下，这下机会就来啦！

林林总总讲了许多，只是一种可能性，顺序可以弹性调整，内容也可以依照个人的强项发挥。当然，开头和结尾的敬语少不了，架构上的问题，前辈也提供分享了很多范本可以参考。

第五篇：如何申请国外研究生

从主流，或者趋势看，美国现在非常流行中文家教。

费用不等，去亚洲和欧美国家的费用是截然不同的。

首先,是要对自己做一个全面的评估,包括出国留学的目的,自己喜欢的再进修科目,偏爱的文化范围,以及家庭经济状况.只有对自己有一个全面的了解之后,才可以不盲目的从大流.其次,通过各种渠道收集最新的留学信息.最主要的通过网络,也可以参加一些教育展,甚至去一些中介进行面对面的咨询,留学顾问可以给你一些建议的(初步咨询一般是免费的，但是一旦涉及细节,他们就要你签中介合同,那就很贵了)

再次,就是拟订一个出国留学的计划书.最重要的是确定找中介办理,还是要自己办理.找中介的话，相对比较系统,自己也省力一点；自己办理的话，比较自由，随时可以根据自己的情况作一些调整，而且花费也少，但是需要花一些时间。

接下来的事情就比较简单了：

1.准备语言考试:因为雅思的成绩有效期再2年，因此，千万不要考的太早，出国前半年考就可以了，很多学校是可以先申请，再提供语言成绩的。

2.收集材料：一方面是公证材料，例如：户口本啊，身份证啊，毕业证啊，学位证，出身公正，成绩单公证。（大学里面的成绩会影响到研究生申请学校的选择范围，国外一些知名大学在招收我过留学生的时候一般要求是211大学，而且大学成绩的基点都要在3.0以上，所以好好念书还是很重要的。如果实在不行的话，在开证明的时候可以跟大学老师说明是留学用的，希望可以将60分以下成绩删去。）另一方面，是其他琐碎的材料，护照，护照照片，信用卡等等。

3.学校申请：申请学校＆专业是可以由针对性的全面开花，不需要吊死在一棵树上的。资助申请的话，可以通过大学网站咨询当年的申请要求，然后邮件与相关部门沟通确认后将资料邮寄到学校，等待offer。

4.拿到offer之后，最棘手的事情就是准备“钱”。如果家里在银行有大笔存款的话，就只需要去银行开据存款证明就好了。如果没有存款，（绝大多数人都不会在银行放上100万的），那么你就需要跟父母去工商银行去办理一个留学贷款，这个贷款自己是用不到的，只是用于签证的时候给签证官看一下的财产证明

5.签证递交：可以事先去问一下签证处，确认需要准备的文件，基本上也就是那些公证了的文件＋学校的offer.此外就是根据各国的要求进行出国体检。

6.最后阶段就是漫长的等待。。以及准备出国所需要用的生活上所有的东西
