还必须从根本上改造我国的政治制度和经济制度，以便使种族隔离制度千万的不平等问题得到解决，并保证我们的社会彻底实现民主化。
我们的斗争已经到了决定性时刻。我们呼吁人民要抓住这个时机，以便使民主进程迅速地、不间断地得到发展。我们等待自由等得太久了。我们不能再等了。现在是在各条战线上加强斗争的时候了。
