在我们的世界中，存在着各种领域的大师。像：钟南山院士/王振义院士/俞敏洪教父/李阳疯子??为什么他们能够成为大师？？？而有些人只能庸庸碌碌的度过一生？？？一事无成？？菜鸟到大师的距离到底有多远？？？大家都知道篮球巨星科比，既是湖人队的当家球星，又是美国国家队的头号核心。他拥有精湛的篮球技术，即使是nba的一流防守球员，也难以抑制他的疯狂得分。这是什么原因？？那是因为科比付出的比一般篮球运动员数倍的努力，每次比赛前科比都会提前一个小时到达球馆投篮以保持手感，日复一日年复一年从未间断。所以他能在比赛中爆发出超强的得分能力，能够投进匪夷所思的绝杀，而且还能助攻队友让队友得分。科比也像其他的nba球员一样有过表现不佳的菜鸟赛季，但是他通过不断的努力不断的练习，成为了当今被誉为仅次于乔丹的篮球大师。

结合以上说法 梦想 也就是不切实际 空空幻想 想必 在座各位都有梦想或都有过梦想。曾经各位家长你们追逐 引以为傲的梦想如今实现了吗 ? 如今回想是否觉得可笑 或是 惋惜的。

大部分可能因为各种各样的问题出现而终止[1] 甚至是忘却了 曾经的梦。

梦想，让宇宙的呈现充满了力量与可能性，人类因梦想而获得更高目的的存在 而现在 你们身边的我们 正是可以不惜一切 为了我们的梦想放手一搏的年纪 即使被打击 还有背后的你们撑住我们。所有我们必然也是必须抓住这个机会。

记得语文来上课的时候 谈到 梦想这个词 老师说 你们小时候 都梦想 考北大 啊 清华啊 现在 你们高三了 有途径 可以去上北大清华了 当时 下面 很多人都在笑 说这怎么可能 开什么玩笑 说真的 我当时 不知道为什么 有些难受 我心里想如果老师这句话是在 16班或17班说(也就是1中的零班)下面的学生绝对不会笑 因为这本就是他们的目标 所有我最讨厌别人说不可能。

我心目中的球星

他可以毫不避讳的说自己儿时的偶像是乔丹，他在录像里观察乔丹的每个动作并试着模仿。但同时他也可以大声说道“不做下一个乔丹，我只做我自己！” 是的，这就是科比，一个有着多重人格的人。自我，与天下为敌；嚣张，永不服输；任性，特立独行。他，一个孤独的王者。有人说，他只是一颗划过天际的流星。但在我心中，他就是那颗不灭的恒星。

下面给大家分享NBA球星篮球基础训练！NBA球星篮球基础训练

1、对墙点拨球

方法：每人用一个球，在原地运球中练习正面对墙点拨传球，侧面对墙点拨传球，背对墙点拨传球。注意：单手对墙点拨，不能双手拿起对墙传球。

2、对两墙两手点拨球

方法：每人用两个球，面对墙角屈膝下蹲在原地运球中，练习左右手交替或同时向侧对墙点拨球。

注意：开始时轻点，熟练后再重快点拨。

3、两手点两球 方法：每人用两球，在原地运球中练习左右手同时或交替对墙点拨传球。

4、单手抓球弹起

方法：单手托球，利用五指快速收拢将球弹起。注意：指根以上触球，指尖抓起有弹性。、5、球滚手臂

方法：两脚左右开立，屈膝，单手屈肘托球于

方法：两腿开立比肩宽屈膝，左手持球向右前方抛起，同时左脚利用交叉步的方式迈跨右脚的斜前方，同时右脚顺跨左脚的右侧，此时用右手将球接住。然后换右手抛球左手接。同时利用跨步急停，左右手交替抛接，左右脚交替跨步急停。

注意：球抛高低适当，跨步急停稳定，熟练后可加转身练习。

10、双手向前上方抛球接跳步急停接球 方法：双手持球于腹前，两脚开立宽于肩，练习开始，双手向前抛球，迈一步后跳起急停两脚同时落地把球接住。再抛，跳停接住连续进行。

11、对墙传球，转身接球

注意：球要传好，转身平稳。

12、接从墙面反弹球

方法：两人一组，接球者距墙3米左右站立，做好接球准备。持球者站在接球者背后。练习时，持球同学将球对墙传出，接球者迅速判断球从墙面反弹方向，在球落地前将球接住。

注意：传球者在传球的力量、方向上不断加以变化，以使接球者在移动、判断，反应接球等方面得到锻炼。练习一定次数后交换练习。

13、原地运起静止不动的球

方法：原地半蹲，把球放在地上静止不动，如练习时用手指手腕力量拍击球，利用球的反弹作用将球拍起，然后再慢慢将球按拍成“成球”。连续进行，一定次数后换手进行。

用击打球的力量。②手指手腕充分放松成鞭打动作。③击打后立即离开。

注意：用力收腹保持直角坐势，伸直两腿，做此练习。有压腿柔韧性之功效，要学生毅力顽强地进行，有一定难度。

16、固定手臂原地左右手拍按球

方法：原地半蹲，运球手的肘放在膝上，固定不动，利用指腕的力量做低运球。亦可固定两臂在膝上做换手变向运球。

注意：

固定膝上肘关节。

So after twelve years,I stood in front of you,I've won two NBA championships,and I played in great teams there,and I make my dreams come true.I think my story,the most wonderful part is to tell you that is not what I woke up one night I went to the NBA arena,not the case.I have every small step along the way,until today's success,I was squeezed off,someone said I was not good enough,some people say I will never succeed,when my success in basketball,people always want to call me a basketball star,but for my own words in addition to basketball there are a lot of things.

首先我要非常感谢主持人撒贝宁,感谢栏目组邀请我到中国,也感谢你们邀请我参加今天这个节目,给大家分享一下我生命当中的故事。我想给大家分享的可能不仅仅是关于篮球,其实可以运用到大家的工作和生活当中。无论你从事何种职业,只要有梦就要专心致志地去追,去寻找你的梦想去追求它。

我在密歇根底特律的平民家庭长大,我的父亲是一个言语不多的人,他是个商人,我父亲告诉过我很重要的一点,也是我从他身上看到的,父亲教会我,每天都要为梦想竭尽全力。那就是每天他起床穿戴衣服之后,他会告诉他自己,无论你是生病了还是你觉得劳累了,但是他总会竭尽全力。

很多人认为我是某天醒来发现自己突然长到2米05,我可以打进NBA也是很自然的事儿,但没有人认识到成为NBA球员靠的是恒心和毅力。其实我在整个追梦的过程中都是靠恒心和毅力才使自己最终进入NBA。当我12岁的时候我身高是1米8,当时就像铅笔一样的瘦,没有一个女孩愿意跟我约会或者跟我接吻,因为她们觉得我长得很好笑。有天我跟小伙伴们聊天,我告诉他们说有一天我会到NBA赛场上去比赛,你们猜他们什么反应,他们嘲笑我,他们嘲笑我的梦想。

他们告诉我说,肖恩你太瘦了,而且你跑得不快,跳得也不够高,你绝对不可能到NBA去打球的,你绝对不可能完成你的梦想。作为一个12岁小男孩我听到这样的话我觉得很伤心,因为他们不认可我的梦想。那么当时我觉得我最看中的是我自己的想法。每天早上我起来看着镜子我问我自己:肖恩,你每天都准备好了吗?今天你要竭尽全力,去接近梦想,一点也好。

在我晚上睡觉刷牙的时候,我也是看着镜子问我自己,不要想昨天也不要想明天,只想想今天我是不是离我的梦想,离我的目标近了一点点呢?大部分的时候我都可以说是的。我每一天都在练习、不断地练习,我一点一点地进步,当我十四岁的时候,我就已经有将近两米高了。

我上高中后渐渐地开始成功,当时有一个篮球运动员叫克里斯·韦伯,他当时是NBA选秀的第一名,所以在我还是高一的时候,我十四、五岁左右我身边的人都告诉我说,你永远没办法像克里斯那样出色,因为克里斯很强壮,而且力气也很大,但是你跑得不快,弹跳力也不行,你永远也不可能成为他。但是我小时候,已经听过这种话了,那么我怎么做呢?

我看着镜子对自己说“你要知道,只有你自己的想法是最重要的”,所以我就不断地去努力。在我高中毕业的时候,我要准备去上大学了,我已经赢了三个全州的冠军,而且我还是那一年整个全美高中明星队里面的一员,我是当时全国高中生中最棒的篮球运动员。我后来就决定进入到美国一个学术与篮球都很出色的大学,那就是杜克大学。你们肯定想不到我在申请杜克时,人们对我说的话。

他们说:“哦,肖恩,你现在篮球打得很好,但你在大学的时候,应该不会那么出色了,因为你速度比较慢,跳得也不高,而且你也不够强壮,你的篮球意识也不够强。”这些话都是我在十二岁的时候,在十四、五岁的时候也听过。那么我怎么做呢,我也是站在镜子前,我问我自己,你准备好了吗?你要去向那些质疑你的人证明,证明他们是错的,所以我就不断地奋斗。在我四年的大学结束以后,我决定加入NBA。我到了NBA的'时候,人们的质疑又来了,他们说肖恩你大学的时候是很好的球员,但是你绝对不可能是一个优秀的专业球员,很惊讶吧,很让人震惊吧。而我是怎么做的呢?我对着镜子告诉自己说:现在是你继续努力的时候了。
