演讲小知识

演讲稿是人们在工作和社会生活经常使用的一种文体。它可以用来交流思想、感情，表达主张、见解；也可以用来介绍自己的学习、工作情况和经验。演讲稿具有宣传、鼓励、教育和欣赏等作用，它可以把演讲者的观点、主张与思想感情传达给听众以及读者，使他们信服并在思想感情上产生共鸣。

演讲稿的结构分开头、主体、结尾三个部分，其结构原则与一般文章的结构原则大致一样。但是，由于演讲是具有时间性和空间性的活动，因而演讲稿的结构还具有其自身的特点，尤其是它的开头和结尾有特殊的要求。

演讲稿的开头，也叫开场白。瑞士作家温克勒说：“开场白有两项任务：一是建立说者与听者的同感；二是如字义所释，打开场面、引人正题。”好的演讲稿，一开头就应该用最简洁的语言、最经济的时间，把听众的注意力和兴奋点吸引过来，这样，才能达到出奇制胜的效果。演讲稿的开头由多种方法，通常用的主要有：⑴开门见山，揭示主题。这种开头是一开头将就进入正题，直接揭示演讲的中心。⑵介绍情况，说明根由。这种开头可以迅速缩短与听众的距离，使听众急于了解下文。⑶提出问题，引起关注。这种方法是根据听众的特点和演讲的内容，提出一些激发听众思考的问题，以引起听众的注意。除了以上三种方法，还有释题式、悬念式、警策式、幽默式、双关式、抒情式等。

主体部分要环环相扣，层层深入。结尾要简洁有力，余音绕梁。演讲稿的结尾没有固定的格式，或对演讲全文要点进行简明扼要的小结，或以号召性、鼓励性的话收束，或以诗文名言以及幽默俏皮的话结尾。但一般原则是要给听众留下深刻的印象。

此外，由于演讲稿是讲给别人听的，因此，写演讲稿首先要了解听众对象，观点要鲜明，感情要真挚，语言要流畅、深刻、风趣。

管理学小演讲

大家好，我是5只懒洋洋队的代表，张瑜婷，我们的组员有虞佳欢，朱梦翩，钟俊和张剑锋。

看了这部感人的励志电影《首席执行官》，相信我们每一个人都为之触动。在上节课有好几组的同学都已经介绍了很多关于电影的种种，现在我想从两个角度来抒发一下我们队的想法，即管理者和被管理者。

在讲管理者这一部分之前，我想讲一个小故事。王明大学毕业后应聘到甲公司做销售员，三个月过后，被炒了鱿鱼，于是，王明又来到乙公司，销售业绩却很不错，不到一年，就被提升为销售主管，同样一个人，为什么会有如此不同的表现？让我们一起去看看在招聘过后，甲、乙公司都做了些什么。王明来到甲公司后，人力资源部让他填写了各种表格，然后，就让他到销售部上班。销售经理将一摞产品和公司的介绍资料给了他，安排他去行政部领了笔、本等用具，向他介绍了部门的其他同事，最后，给他下达了销售指标，并让他坐到办公桌旁开始工作。王明没有销售经验，由于拿到的资料是公司发给客户的宣传资料，对产品的介绍很简单，王明对产品是什么也不甚了解，只能自己瞎闯，结果三个月过去了，仍是一头雾水，不要说完成销售任务，根本就没开张，结果被炒了鱿鱼。

在乙公司王明有着不同的经历，到人力资源部报到后，人力资源部对他们进行了关于公司文化、公司发展史、公司规章制度等方面的培训，使王明对公司有了全面的了解，到了销售部，又受到产品知识、销售技巧等方面的培训，随后销售经理亲自带他到销售现场观摩其销售过程，在这之后，才让他独立进行工作。在每周的销售例会上，销售经理还会不断组织大家对销售中的疑难问题进行讨论，帮助大家解决问题，不断提高。王明不笨不傻，在这种周到的训练和辅导下，很快就入了门，加上王明勤奋敬业，销售业绩迅速上升，渐渐成为销售员中的佼佼者，很快就被提升了。

所以，一种好的管理方式是非常重要的，它不仅能改变一个人的命运，还能改变一家企业的命运。

当然海尔的成功业绩也是因为海尔集团良好的管理方式。结合我们管理学有关的知识和《首席执行官》这部影片，不难发现有以下几点：第一，企业的发展需要一个具有敏锐眼光的领航人，只有具有了明确的目标，才能一步步地迈向成功。那我就重点来讲一讲电影主人公凌敏是怎样作为一个出色的管理者的。他具有良好的智商和情商，善于审时度势。当可以扩大冰箱生产规模时，他却加大职工培训，生产四星级冰箱；当可以继续深造冰箱时，他却要建设工业园区，尽管有人反对，但事实证明，他是一个有远见，明智的决策者；当冰箱出现质量问题时，他没有责罚员工，更不是辞退，而是毅然举起重锤，亲手砸了冰箱，并要求员工也亲手砸，使员工们大大提高了质量意识；当春节来临，工人们为了工业园的赶工，没有回家，要求加4倍工薪，他一点也没有犹豫，一口就答应了，尽管公司银行存款已经透支；当身边的翻译员被挖墙脚后，打算辞职时，凌敏对翻译员说；“离开海尔，也许你能找到一份理想的工作，但有一样东西恐怕你很难再找到了，一种创业的激情和成就感。”

第二，企业的发展需要有严格科学的管理制度。从因为一颗螺丝钉松的原因，也要彻底砸掉整台冰箱可以看出海尔的管理制度是非常严格的。

第三，企业的发展需要抓住了市场机遇，海尔抓住了邓小平南巡讲话中透露的中国国策的大势走向，超前的建成了海尔科技工业园，第一次扩大了企业的规模，抓住了发展机遇；通过对历史上经济规律的研究，凌敏在以冰箱为单一产品的模式下，超前的建成了家电产品多元化发展的格局，进军海外市场，为海尔的全球化发展战略打下了坚实的基础。

第四，企业的发展还应紧跟国家政策的步伐，及时抓住机遇，利用国家的经济措施及改革方向实时的改变企业发展方向，就像海尔像国际化发展的策略。而且中国这种经济体制成就了很多名牌企业，对中国经济的发展起到了很大的促进作用。

所以作为管理者，海尔领航人凌敏是非常成功的。

接下来讲一下被管理者这一部分，我是一个注重细节的人，而且喜欢欣赏世间一切美好事物，即我容易发现美女。不知大家在被凌敏英明的管理方式所震撼时有没有发现海尔的一个美女员工。我可是早就发现了他，还特地百度了一下她得资料，才发现她就是著名女演员娟子。在电影里，她扮演的角色叫杨杨，她很漂亮，才刚刚大学毕业不久，杨杨肩负着海尔打进法国市场的重任，一开始，她还怀疑自己的能力，但还是毅然接受了。她带着海尔冰箱的样品来到法国一家著名公司的门口，等着公司老总，当该公司老总路过门口时，她积极迎上前去打招呼，主动热情地介绍海尔公司的产品，一开始老总坚决拒绝中国产品，但杨杨还是坚持用自己一口流利的英语与之交流，最后她成功了。

我觉得，作为也要即将毕业走向社会的我们，必然也会成为企业的员工，即被管理者，也会面临就业中遇到的种种挫折和挑战。我们在座的每一位同学都非常羡慕杨杨那种自信的人格魅力和严谨的态度以及一个职业女性的气质。

从杨杨身上我们可以学到一些作为被管理者的处事态度，与此同时，我们也得学习更多的关于管理学的知识，为我们即将就业做好充分的准备。
