Good morning everyone!My name is jinguizhen.This is my lecture.Today my topic is chinese movies.This is China Film Museum.(As we all know,from the 1980s, Chinese film industry has taken the pace of reform，the deepening of China's reform has brought the huge change and development of film production ,distribution and promotion methods , the film industry has made more substantial Results.)

This is my outline.，（I will make a personal point of view, from two aspects of the filmspresent situation and the future.）

A)First of all, the current situation

(including mainland movies,Hong Kong movies,and Taiwan movies)The first is the mainland movie.（To say the mainland movies, you have to mention zhang yimou,chenkaige,who occupy an important position in the development history of the chinese movies and on behalf of the fifth generation of director.To a certain extent, their films stimulate the development of the Chinese film market.In the recent years,domestic blockbusters are prosperity.（For example,zhangyimou,s “The curse of the golden flower”, and “The Emperor And The Assassin” [ə'sæsɪn] of chenkaige.These films adopt a “big investment, big production, big star, the hype”,As a result, they have attracted many audiences）

Contrary to these films,there is the appearance of small investment and high grossing films.（such as “crazy stone”, “lost on journey”, they have achieved good results, and broke the monopoly pattern of the blockbusters.）

B)

The next is Hong Kong movies.The first is the lack of the future talents（”Talent crisis“ is the cause of the current situation of the Hong Kong films directly.zhourunfa,liudehua now are still the backbone of the films.Ignoring the cultivation of new actors,and the film industry faces an unprecedented crisis.）

To solve the problem, the cooperation of the domestic market is necessary.(now Hong Kong films actively explore the domestic market, co-production is one of the best form s , the Hong Kong films are expected to be out of the trough.for example,the film of “Bodyguards and assassins”and”hero”)

C)The third is the Taiwan movies First of all, the attention of internation(After entering the 1990s, Ang Lee,Edward Yang have directly become the world's attention Such as ang lee's ”wedding banquet“,Edward Yang’s ”one by one”, they are highly recognized and praised in the world)（the international film “wedding banquet” of ang lee, who won the Berlin film festival Golden bear and the golden horse award for best film）

The second is the embarrassment of local films(In order to seek for the films’ artistic value, the academic circles and some film critics make Taiwan movies timid on commercial , cannot compare with Hong Kong films, let alone against Hollywood blockbusters, so the Taiwan movie is in a very awkward position.and Award-winning films also make the film market failure in Taiwan)

二）The finally is The future

Globalization has brought profound changes to the world, people increasingly pay attention to Chinese movies, fortunately, filmmakers of the mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan are also aware of it, beginning to gather under the banner of chinese-language films.With Ang Lee, John Woo, Zhang Yimou, Chen Kaige and other big-name directors launched a series of masterpieces,they are glowing in the international, Chinese films have become an important force in the international film industry, based on the market and future development, filmmakers of the mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan have to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with each other, to survive and grow.Ok!This is my question” What are your favorite movies ?And are they made in Mainland, Hong Kong or Taiwan?”

It is easy to describe success in terms of money, fame and reputation.But I believe that success is not external.I believe that success comes from within.My definition of success is to be true to yourself, and be true to others.That means, that you must cherish your personal ideal even in the face of adversity.I also believe that success is not discriminatory.Success is not restricted to such a class of people, in fact, it may be achieved by any person irrespective of his race, creed, gender and economic background.A good example of success is that of Beethoven.He is one of the world's most famous composers, yet he was deaf.He could not hear the majestic pieces of music that he created.Yet, in the face of this adversity, he was able to maintain his ideals--that of composing music.To exemplify what success means to me, I pose a question to all of you.What brings us together here today? I believe that it is the beauty of the spoken word.The effect of pause and the sound of rhetoric are unique to the spoken word.I believe the beauty of the spoken word is even stronger for those who have difficulty in expressing themselves.These people are reclusive and had their emotions hidden within them.I once went to Australia and I saw two pictures, Once was drawn by a normal child, the other was drawn by a child with social inhibitions.The picture drawn by the normal child was simple and plain.The other was life-like, full of details and imagination.What this shows is that these are ideas, emotions and feelings that are locked internally in these　children.My ideal is to be the key, spreading the beauty of the spoken words to these children.These children have been neglected, but I feel that I can and should help these children to find themselves and be able to express themselves.I realize that this is a difficult task, and there are many obstacles on the way.But I believe in my ideals and I will stick to them--even in the face of adversity.We should never have a premature abortion of ideals--let the child, let our ideals, stand the challenge.For a life without ideals is not living.That's all.Thank you!

我对英语学习的几点看法

万吉忠

学校给我这样一个机会让我来跟大家谈一下英语学习的问题，对此我和我们的英语老师和领导交流过，并结合我这些年来自己教学和自己英语学习的一些做法与大家分享，非常希望能对大家有所帮助。

第一、选择很重要，选择是第一重要的东西，人生如此，学习也是这样。方向错了，就是南辕北辙，谬以千里。

大家应该毫不犹豫的选择学习英语。因为英语学习非常重要。小处说，可以说英语无处不在，我们衣食住行的很多方面都可看到英语，我们穿的帽衣鞋袜，我们吃的食品的外包装，我们的家用电器操作按钮，我们使用电脑都会用到英语。我们还可以听到英语，我们可能听到很好听的英文歌。甚至我们还在使用英语，用“拜拜”来说再见，当然不标准。

大处说，作为一门学科我们以后的中考，高考，研究生考试乃至以后你要攻读博士那就更不用说了，非要用到英语不可。还有我们国家要走向世界，需要英语作为对外交流的工具，我们知道的08年奥运会，青岛啤酒节，十艺节，2014世界园艺博览会都得使用英语。英语是世界上使用最广泛的语言。其实，英语就在我们身边。

有人说我爱国不要学英语不要学别国的语言，我想大家应该明白我们学好外语是为了更好的为我们国家建设和发展服务，那么学好英语无论对国家，对我们的小家，对我们自己都是有好处的，得学还得学好。

第二、态度很重要。用感恩的心去学，会使你更认真，认真的态度是学好英语的关键。我们的书本笔墨纸是爸妈花钱买的，磁带也是。我们的讲义是老师花时间整理的，我们教室的多媒体是为了大家能更好的学习而精心布臵的，课件是费心费力制作的。摸摸自己的心窝问问自己，我认真了吗，我学习态度好吗，我书写认真吗，我听讲认真吗，我对得起父母老师一次又一次的叮嘱与教育吗？好好想想，我们该用怎样的心对待我们的学习。别把这事当成三分钟热血。

第三、我想说学好英语不难，信心很重要。

大家要清楚英语是字母文字，简单讲，就跟我们汉语拼音似的。对会汉语拼音的我们来说，不难学。难学的是汉语，大家正在使用的我们的汉语是世界上最难的语言之一。大家都能说好，何况作为字母

文字的英语呢？

大家要经常给自己鼓劲，给自己加油，说我能行。要有正确的心理暗示。这样做对你一定有好处。从小处入手慢慢大家都会学好。

第四、学习方法

大方面讲，任何语言都有三要素------语音、词汇和语法。关于语音与词汇。前面提到，英语是字母文字。他的发音和单词的书写形式有很多一样的地方。并且不一样的有规律可循。这几乎是所有字母文字的特点。学英语要学好国际音标，国际音标及其读音规则在我们的教材后半部分有，大家要学会读，要做好拼读练习，记好音和形的对应关系。稍加练习就会慢慢做到音形结合记单词。具体讲遇到新单词，先根据音标拼读，再找音和形的对应，再根据音标写出单词。

把单词积累到单词本上，放在身边，利用零散时间反复记忆，效果很好。词汇的意思要在语言环境中记忆，尽量不要空背单词。做到 词不离句。也不要迷信某一种记忆方法。

关于语法。创造真实的语境，在真实语境中理解语法。经常使用语法去表达。比如说第三人称单数问题，说一说你和你的同桌每天大致的活动就比只背过语法规则好得多。英语，源于生活、用于生活、活学活用，定会锦上添花。

关于阅读。我们想提高阅读水平，就得进行阅读，为了达到行之有效地阅读，你需要找一些与你目前英语水平相适应的阅读材料。如果你阅读我们平时所见的英语小说或英语报纸，你可能会撞见难度大的词汇，很快会泄气。其实同步阅读与听力可读性就很强。大可不必以极快的速度读某篇文章。没有人在追你。可以以你认为适宜的速度读下去。

你没有必要理解每一个单词，但必须抓住总体意思。读完一篇文章后，可以告诉自己或别人你对这篇文章的看法。我们每人都有自己

认为自然的阅读速度。有的人阅读速度快些。但有一点必须记住：如果你不能理解也不能记住你所读过的文章内容，那么那种快速也是毫无意义的。应以自己认为适宜和有益理解的速度读下去。

如果长期坚持阅读，又会在阅读过程中巩固记忆单词，同时再学习新的单词。这样滚雪球似的向前发展，不知不觉中词汇量就扩大了，阅读水平也会随之提高。

量的积累才会达到质的改变。没有大量的语言“输入”，是难以学好英语的。而我们国内的英语学习者恰恰语言输入量太少，当然输出量就更少。要语言输入就要练。因此好的方法就是练习。熟练熟练，往熟里练，练了才能熟。不间断练习才会成为技能。我说的是技能，不是说单纯知识，技能是练出来的。像游泳骑自行车一样。再好的老师也不能代替你学。学习只能靠自己。师傅领进门，修行在个人。“潜移默化”，就会获得语感。弗洛伊德的理论。灰太狼经常说什么—我一定会回来的。今年过节不收礼，收礼还收脑白金。练过才知道，不练一辈子也不会知道，学英语也是这样。大家都知道，为什么？练的。想提高英语的听说读写水平怎么办-----方法就是练，练很关键。这一点跟数学有相似地方。熟能生巧Practice makes perfect刘翔，姚明，李云迪，朗朗，朱彤（朱镕基总理的英文翻译，翻译专家）水平是练的。勤奋是打开成功之门的金钥匙。

五、学习过程的一些问题

1、课前准备： 两方面

课前准备好课本、笔记本、练习本、配套练习册。复习上节课所学的内容，大声读单词、短文或对话。

2、上课

老师讲授新知识时，认真听讲，随时做好笔记，以便课后复习用。巩固训练时：一定要大胆开口、积极参入，互帮互助，不明白的地方一定及时询问同学或老师。多争取在课堂上展示自己的机会。要训

练到位。

笔头练习时，书写一定认真，注意书写的规范性（单词间的间距、标点符号、大小写），不会的或不确定的习题一定要做好标记，老师订正答案时认真听讲，碰到自己不会，老师又没讲解的习题，课下一定要及时询问同学或老师。确保自己的答案准确无误，不能似是而非。

3作业：

做作业之前一定先复习当天所学的内容，然后做作业。

写作业时，书写一定要认真，不会的题目一定要做好标记，做习题时，一定先读题目要求，审好题，要知道每个习题出题人的意图是什么(就是要考你什么)，确保每个题目都要找到依据去做。

4坚持天天预习，把第二天要学习内容简单浏览一下，特别是单词和句子提前读一读。

5听、说、读、写能力的培养

听：坚持天天听听力，边听边跟读，注意模仿语音语调，长时间坚持，就能培养起语感来。

说：课堂上大胆说，早自习大声读，经常用英语跟同学交流，如有机会碰到外国人可以打个招呼做简单交流，日子久了定有收获。

读：认真阅读配套、新课堂上的英语小文章、分级阅读上的小文章，注意积累碰到的生词和比较好的句子。

写：课本上的写作练习要认真对待，配套、新课堂的书面表达要认真完成，一定要注意书写的规范性。

学习英语有它自己的规律，与学习其他知识一样，只有脚踏实地，艰苦努力，一步一个脚印地学才能学会，优秀的性格也是英语学习的关键因素之一。坚持，忍耐，自信和坚定都是很重要的.好的学习品质是成功的保障。
