RO机安装手册
一、安装（1）：连接电源、管接、原水，注意对所有连接件做详细的二次检查。关闭自来水总开关，拆下水龙头，将零配件包内的进水三通，在水龙头和水源中间接入直通，在三通侧孔处接2分或3分球阀，球阀出口处接2分或3分管线，再通过进水接头接到机内第一级滤桶进水口接头。安装好前三级滤芯，接废水排水管导入下水道，打开球阀放水，等前三道滤芯满水后接通电源。（2）：冲洗活性炭，断开RO膜壳进口CCK管，接通电源，打开进水球阀，用净水冲洗各级滤芯，待带有黑色粉末水流出，水干净之后，再将PE管与RO膜壳连接，在冲洗时可用手摇晃后置活性炭帮助冲洗！
也可拆下后置活性炭，并将其倒置过来与隔膜泵的出水相连接，把后置活性炭的有三通一端放置于容器内，此时即可进行冲洗。（注意冲洗完毕后管线按原样接回）（3）：冲洗RO膜，暂时关闭电源，然后将RO膜装入膜壳内，紧紧配合，还原各管路并加以确认，此时仍然不要连接储水桶，然后进行冲洗，至少冲洗20分钟以上。（4）：初始制水，此时方可连接储水桶，打开球阀，关掉纯水龙头，开始制水，直至制满。断开水源、电源，将第一桶水经纯水龙头放空。（5）：第二次制水并检测水质，总去除率达95%以上为正常。同时查水路、电路。第六步：检查各管路、管件是否有渗漏现象。
2、调试（1）、调试高压开关功能：
关闭鹅颈龙头，此时系统压力升高，高压泵在高压开关控制下自动关机，断开进水电磁阀，此时没有浓缩水排出，反复试验几次，并检查各管路、管件是否有渗漏现象。（2）、调试低压开关功能：
关闭鹅颈龙头，此时高压泵处于正常制水状态，关闭原水进水球阀，此时低压开关能否控制自动开停机，反复试验几次。（3）、测试进水电磁阀功能：
关闭压力桶开关，关闭水龙头，在几分钟内管线里面水满，机器停机，查看费水是否在一分钟内停止，反得试验几次。（4）、系统制水时，首先关闭压力桶球阀，打开鹅颈龙头，待制水系统正常出水后，关闭鹅颈龙头，打开储水桶上球阀。注意：所制第一桶水不能饮用，须经鹅颈龙头放掉，此时要切断电源以后享受甘甜纯净水。（5）、立式管线机、挂壁管线机必须待热水龙头出水之后方能打开加热开关。
3、验收
产品安装：测试完成后，交于用户验收，并请用户在保修卡签字认可。
4、交付使用：
验收合格之后，应向用户介绍产品使用知识及性能。
5、巡检：
安装后每季必须巡检一次，了解用户使用情况。

净水的各种原理

1．软化法
是指将水中硬度（主要指水中钙、镁离子）去除或降低一定程度的水。水在软化过程中，只是软化水质，而不能改善水质。
2．蒸馏法
是指将水煮沸，然后收集蒸汽，使之冷却和凝结成液体。蒸馏水是极安全的饮用水，但有一些问题要进一步探讨。由于蒸馏水不含矿物质，这成为反对者提出人的寿命容易老化的理由。另外利用蒸馏法成本较高，耗费能源，不能去除水中挥发性物质。
3．煮沸法
是指自来水煮沸后饮用，这是一种古老的方法，在国内普遍地应用。水煮沸可杀死细菌，但对一些化学物质和重金属不能去除，即使其含量极低，所以饮用仍是不安全的。
4．磁化法
是指利用磁场效应处理水，称为水的磁化处理。磁化处理的过程就是水在垂直于磁力线的方向通过磁铁后，即完成磁化处理的过程。我国对水的磁化处理，到目前为止仍是处于实践和研究的初级阶段，国外的净水器没有磁化功能的要求，因为磁化水不属于净水的范围，而是属于医疗方面的问题。
5．矿化法
是指在净化的基础上再向水中增添对人体有益的矿物元素（如钙、锌、锶等元素）其目的是发挥矿泉水的保健作用。市售净水器一般通过在净水器中添加麦饭石来达到矿化的目的，但人为的矿化功效现在还是一个有争议的问题。
6．臭氧、紫外线杀菌
这些方面都只能杀菌，去除不掉水中的重金属和化学物质，经杀死的细菌尸体仍残留在水中，而成为热原。
7．电解法
电解法是日本新发明的产品，它是把水先进行净化处理，然后再进行电解活化，其碱性活化水与人体内环境之PH值相对应，对人体有保健作用，适于饮用；酸性活化水可用于洗脸、洗澡，有美容作用。不过，对电解水的电解原理、电解
水质以及使用后对人体的影响，均有不同的看法，需进一步探讨。
8．活性碳吸附
可分为以下三种形态
8．1 颗粒活性炭
较为常用，多用本质、煤质、果壳（核）等含碳物质通过化学法或物理活化法制成。它有非常多的微孔和比表面积，因而具有很强的吸附能力，能有效地吸附水中的有机污染物。此外在活化过程中，活性碳表面的非结晶部位形成一些含氧官能团，这些基团使活性碳具有化学吸附和催化氧化、还原性能，能有效去除水中一些金属离子。
8．2 渗银活性碳
将活性炭和银结合在一起，不仅对水中有机污染物有吸附作用，还具有杀菌作用，而且在活性炭内不会滋长细菌，解决了净水器出水有时出现亚硝酸盐含量高的问题。当水通过渗银活性碳时，银离子就会慢慢释放出来，起到消毒杀菌作用。由于活性炭对除去水中色、嗅、氯、铁、砷、汞，氰化物、酚等具有较好效果，除菌效果90%以上，因此被应用小型净水器中。
8．3 纤维活性炭
有机炭纤维经活化处理后形成的一种新型吸附材料，具有发达的微孔结构，巨大的比表面积，以及众多的官能团。国外在采用纤维活性炭进行溶剂回收，气体净化等方面已取得了显著的成就；在水处理应用方面也做了大量的研究工作。9．反渗透膜法
RO逆渗透是一种通过目前国际流行的反渗透等办法，对原水进行过滤处理（物理法）后不添加任何化合物而生产出可供人类直接饮用的纯净水机器（也称为终端净水设备）。采用水质符合中国卫生部《生活饮用水水质卫生规范》（2001）规定的市政自来水为原水，通过2个活性炭滤芯（1个颗粒活性炭、1个烧结活性炭）1个PPF溶喷滤芯对原水进行预过滤，再对预过滤水施加压力令其通过孔径大小为万分之一微米的RO（反渗透，英文Reverse Osmosis）膜，最后通过材质为果壳（椰壳）的载银活性碳（又名小T33）调节水的酸碱度（使制出的纯净水口感变得甘甜醇美）而生产出纯净水。RO逆渗透净水机，引进美国先进的超低压逆渗透技术和配件，生产出国内最为先进的家用和团体用纯净水装置，该装置产水优质、安全运行、稳定可靠、操作简单，占地面积小，最有效的去除水中钙、镁、细菌、有机物、无机物、金属离子和放射性物质等，经过该装置净化出的水晶莹清澈、甜美甘醇。该装置适用于家庭和宾馆、酒店、医院等企事业单位饮用净水使用。
RO逆渗透净水机制出的纯净水相对于桶装水更新鲜、更卫生、更安全，它的用途非常广泛：可以生饮，也可以烧开喝，在这方面最突出的特点是水壶或电暖瓶再也不会结水垢了；纯水用于烹饪，更加卫生，更加可口；用纯水洗浴，可以清除皮肤上的杂质，滋润皮肤，起到自然美容的效果；可以提供给加湿器、蒸汽熨斗、美容仪等小家电所需用水，决不会出现让人讨厌的水垢；与制冰机配套使用，制成的冰块晶莹剔透，无任何异味。
逆渗透技术：逆渗透原文是REVERSE OSMOSIS，它是美国太空总署集合多国科学家，在政府支持下，花费数十亿美元，经过多年研究而成。逆渗透的原理是在原水一方施加比自然渗透压力更大的压力，使水分子由浓度高的一方逆渗透到浓度低的一方。由于的孔径远远小于病例毒和细菌的几百倍乃至上千倍以上，故各种病毒、细菌、重金属、固体可溶物、污染有机物、钙镁离子等根本无法通过逆渗透膜，从而达到水质软化净化的目的。
10．微过滤及超过滤法
微过滤法是用纤维素或高分子材料制成的微孔滤膜，利用其均一孔径来截留水中的微粒、细菌、胶体等，使其不通过滤膜而被去除。这种微孔膜过滤技术又称粒密过滤技术，能够过滤微米或纳米级的微粒和细菌。超过滤和微过滤都属于膜分离技术，两者之间不存在明显的界限，超过滤的工作压力一般以0.3兆帕左右，可去除水中大分子物质、细菌、病毒等，但通量较低。
11．复合型
当一种工艺难以去除水中有害物质时，采用二种或两种以上的工艺即为复合型。如活性炭吸附?紫外线杀菌、活性炭吸附?反渗透、活性炭吸附?微过滤（超过滤）、聚丙烯超细纤维?活恬炭?微过滤（超过滤）等。在复合型净水器中，膜技术复合净水器净水性能优良，特别在去除微生物（细菌、藻类等）方面有比较显著的效果，其中一些品质优良的净水器出水可以直接生饮，得到了广大消费者的欢迎，已成为净水器当前发展的热点。
滤芯功能
1、聚丙烯喷溶滤芯（PP)
滤芯功能：去除水中泥沙，铁锈，水藻等固体物质。
2、软化滤芯
滤芯功能：软化滤芯吸附原水中的重金属和多余的钙，镁等阳离子，软化硬水，阴离子交换树脂只能交换阴离子，不能交换阳离子，离子交换树脂能显著减低水的硬度，减少金属离子在人体的沉淀，降低人体结石的几率，解决水垢问题，并且改善水的口感，它可定期放入在6-10%氯化钠（氯化钾）溶液中即再生使用。
3、颗粒活性炭滤芯（UFD)
滤芯功能：去除水中余氯，异味，及固体杂质。
4、压缩活性炭滤芯（CTO)
滤芯功能：进一步去除水中余氯，异味，及固体杂质。
5、UF超滤装置
滤芯功能：去除水中泥沙、铁锈、悬浮物、胶体，大分子有机物。
6、麦饭石陶瓷球滤芯
滤芯功能：麦饭石陶瓷球含有人体所需的硒、锌、镍、钴、锰、镁、钙等30多种对人体有益的微量元素，这些元素散发的启动波和人体细胞的启动波是同一种波动状态，人体细胞随着从锗石散发出的波动产生共鸣和共振，使人体细胞组织更具活力，并促进血液循环，增强新陈代谢，及进排除体内废物。
7、远红外线矿化球滤芯
