第五篇:期货外盘配资合同
借款协议
出借方(甲方): 杨维 借款方(乙方):
本着诚信、公平的原则,根据相关法律之规定,经双方友好协商,一致达成如下借款协议,以供双方共同遵守。第一条、借款事项、1、乙方因期货投资需向甲方借款,自愿提供保证金,并将全部款项存入甲方指定第三方期货交易账户里,由乙方自主进行期货交易,并自担风险、自负盈亏。但乙方的期货交易应符合本协议约定,接受甲方管理并支付固定资金使用费和交易手续费,甲方不承担乙方期货交易产生的任何盈亏。
2、甲、乙双方协商一致,由乙方(注:分批)提供保证金人民币大写: 壹万 元整(小写 10000.00元)的条件下,甲方向乙方提供匹配第三方的借款人民币大写 壹拾元整(小写: 100000.00 元),双方合计人民币 壹拾壹元整(小写 110000.00 元)。乙方委托甲方将乙方保证金存入第三方期货(以下称共管资金账户)内作为风险保证金。乙方拥有共管资金账户的实际操作权,并对共管资金账户的投资盈亏负全部责任。
第二条、借款期限、费用:
1、甲乙双方共同确定本合同借款期限为 12 个月,借款期限从 2017年 6 月 10 日至 2018 年 6 月 9 日止。

第三条、风险控制、操作细则
1、本协议期有效期内,共管资金账户的交易密码由甲乙双方共同保管,为保证出借方资金安全,当共管资金账户上资金总额低于平仓线(平仓线=乙方单个账户首次保证金出资额的 30 %)时,甲方有权在任意时间、任意点位对交易账户进行强制平仓,无需征得乙方同意,被平仓后乙方可以减少开仓量或换其它品种开仓。
