过来人谈职称英语考试——通关五步走

大概总结一下，自己去职称英语能考出那样的成绩，主要有以下几点心得体会，与考友分享：

第一步：首先要树立信心，信心是考试通关的保障

首先要有通过的信心，不要被考试吓倒。说实话，我去年报名后复习之初，觉得自己英语底子太薄了，需要从基础语法、单词一点点开始复习，对考试过关也没报什么希望，因为没有信心，所以复习的动力和效率都不高。后来，一个曾考过职称英语的同事告诉我，说不要被考试吓到，因为考试本身不是很难，考生水平大都相当，好好准备应该没问题，而且考试还允许带一本词典进考场。

受到同事的鼓励，我对考试有了信心，而且在复习过程中渐渐对英语学习产生了兴趣，学习的热情提高了，效率也上去了，这对我能考出65分的成绩起到了至关重要的作用。

第二步：早准备、早复习

这条是像我们这样基础较差考生必须要做到的。虽然大家都说职称考试难度并不是很大，但像我多年未接触英语，年龄偏大，加上自己的记忆力下降，再加上工作、家庭事务，能用在学习上时间往往很分散，且不固定。而且英语学习本身需要一个循序渐进的过程，所以，我就是提前半年时间来准备复习，9月份开始准备基础复习，12月份开始重点是通过记忆单词和做题来提高自己的英语水平，熟悉职称考试的各题型，所以到考前最后一段时间，我的复习就没有那么紧张。

所以建议考友们一定要提早进行复习规划、提早复习，不要将复习拖到临考的最后阶段。

且最后阶段临时报佛脚，心里着急，效率也不高。

第三步：报个考前辅导班，保证复习效果

对于多年不接触英语的考友，大都对英语复习有些手忙脚乱，且摸不着头绪，报个考前辅导班，跟着老师系统的学一下还是很有必要的。我工作虽说不是很忙，但总有这事那事离不开，再加上家务和孩子，事也很多。经过原来同事推荐，我报了学易的网络课堂的职称英语辅导班，这样我抽时间在公司也能上网听些课，而且一遍没听懂还能反复听，特别适合我这种基础不好的人。最重要的是在课堂上，周涵老师能告诉我们一些应试时答题的技巧，在考试时，即使有不懂的单词、句子，不用查词典，也能利用这些技巧选出正确答案。这点对于我这样的考生帮助是非常大的，对我考出65分的成绩帮助很大。

所以，根据我的经历，自认为英语基础很好的，可以自学，去人事考试教育网职称英语辅导栏目多找一些历年的真题，看看别人的复习经验技巧就可以了。和我一起基础不是很好、多年不接触英语的，在考前辅导这块，还是建议各位考友能根据自己的情况报一些辅导班，网络课堂会适合我们这些在职的，能忙里偷闲，这对复习效果会起绝对作用。

第四步：提前练习查词典

职称英语考试允许考生带词典进去，这些大家都知道。选择一本好的词典，掌握熟练的查词技巧对我们来说很重要，不然词典非但帮不上我们忙，还会耽误做题时间，直接影响考试成绩。在这儿，向考 友推荐由中国青年出版社出版的《新思维简明英汉词典》，这本词典收词量比较大，同时又有同义词的功能，职称英语考试有一些同义词的选择题，所以用起来很方便。

另外，平日里查词典的练习也是很有很必要的，因为考试时间有限，要想在有限的时间内对不认识、不确切的单词进行尽可能多查询，就需要有一定的查词典的速度，当然有技巧了也就加快速度了。我当时每天都会查上10—20对同义词，有意识的做这样的练习，再用上辅导课堂上老师说的技巧，在考试时查词典的速度就已经很快了。

第五步：不要指望押题来通过考试，熟悉教材内容是根本

考前大家都希望能从老师那儿挖掘一些“押题”，这对提高成绩固定很重要，但希望考友们不要在这方面寄太多期望。

英语学习是循序渐进的过程，虽然职称英语考试并没有大家想象的那么难，但还是要通过认真和充分的备考过程，因为阅读能力的提高并非一朝一夕的易事。复习的最后阶段，是老师根据自己多年经验，对考试的方向、难度等的预测。但为了做到心中有数和更放心，我去年还是按照老师的复习步骤认真的备考和听课，我每天保证2个小时的学习时间，并每周通过做练习来检测自己的学习效果。我想这才是顺利通过考试不二法则。

此外大家知道，职称英语考试有相当一部分考题来自教材，对于教材内容，我基本上在考前已过了好几遍，所以告诉大家只要对教材内容有一个较好的把握，通过考试并非难事。

心得

1、词汇选项（15分）。这类题基本是送分题，只要找到一个好的英语词典

就可以了，最好是有近、反义词那种。还有一个要注意的问题是为了加快查词速度，词典最好体积不要太大（64K那种就可以），如果字典太厚太大单纯拿字典都累得不行，查单词速度就明显得打折。

2、阅读判断。这类题一般较难，也就7分。记得哪个老师说过，这类题花太多时间不值得，除非你有足够时间。正如那个老师说的那样，这道题就蒙吧，一般选6对1错，或6错1对，也就是对对对错对对对或错错错对错错错。为什么，听说如果连着四道题答案一样，阅卷时可能认为你是蒙或者....，不给分。

3、概括大意与完成句子(8分)。这类题一般也比较难。记住老外写文章，经常全文中心是短文的第一句，每段第一句是该段的中心，把握住这个，好多问题基本就好解决了，做这类题，同样也不要花太多时间。

4、阅读理解。这一部分分值45分。一般有当年教材上一道原题。做这类题，平时要多阅读，不一定要每个单词，每个句子都搞明白，老外写文章，经常用这样的结构：文章中心→举例→作者观点，正如第3题说的那样，全文中心是短文的第一句，但一定要注意转折词如but、allthowt等（呵呵，不要钻牛角尖）。考试时注意目的是拿分不是学习研究文章，我的方法是先看短文后的问题，然后带着问题去阅读，同时注意题后的问题在文章中的答案一般有顺序，也就是第二题的答案一般在第一题和第三题答案在文章位置的中间。

5、补全短文(10分)。我做这道题的方法比较简单，也就是看一些关键词（如前面有the first,那后面必有second,也就是类似中文中一方面....另一方面，因为......所以，虽然....但是等等），另外还有许多老师经常说的合并同类项（从侯选答案中查找与该段有关系或相同的单词）

6、完型填空（15分）。这道题一般是教材中当年新补充的原题，但不要记忆原文中的空白处的ABCD，而一定要记住全文，因为虽说是原文，但填空的位置试题和原题一般会不一样。比如考A，最笨的办法为将教材中最后5篇文章全部背下来，呵呵，15分比较靠谱。

从整个试题结构来看，一般第1、6题的30分应该全部拿下，接着就是第4题，因为一般有教材中一道原题，只要你能把教材中所有短文全阅读一次，其中的15分是拿定了，也就是说到现在45分是没问题了，阅读理解其余两道争取认真阅读做答，再拿（或蒙）15份应该不成问题，至此60分，基本通过了。另外，2、3、5这三道题，即使你不会做，一定要全部填上，如果运气好的话，这三道题25分蒙对10~15分问题也是不大的。

第五篇：职称英语考试心得

提前半年时间准备复习，重点是背单词和做模拟题。

1、背单词的目的是为了考试时做阅读理解速度加快，而不把时间浪费在查字典上。职称英语考试的单词范围与大学英语六级的单词范围几乎相等。但是职称英语考试是可以查字典的，所以没必要对词汇投入太大精力，实际考试时查字典可以让你将词汇题轻松搞定。

2、做模拟题的目的是为了提高对题型的熟悉程度，使自己能尽快进入临战状态，并能随时了解自己的缺陷，以便有针对地提高。职称英语考试与大学英语四六级考试相比，多了阅读判断、段落大意、补全短文三个新题型，这是一定要做模拟题去熟悉的。

考场经验

1、先做分数多的题，并尽力保证正确性。如阅读理解，每题3分;补全短文，每题2分。

2、阅读理解。做阅读理解时，先看题，再读文章，最后再做题，以更有针对性的了解题目需要解决的问题。甚至有的题只凭生活经验、题感和各题信息的相互参照就可以做出。

3、完型填空。先凭语感不看选项，当作填空题试做，选后再看选项验证。另外，先将有把握的做出，再做拿不准的。

4、阅读判断题。对与错皆好判断，关键是“not mentioned”。“not mentioned”实际相当于“半对半错”——即据原文推理，题目的说法可能正确也可能错误。

5、补全短文。先细读各选项，理解其含义;再读短文，每填一空，逐项尝试使用各个选项。

6、用好词典。不要总是借用词典的作用，尽量只查关键词语，节省时间。携带的词典一定要翻起来顺手，尽量选用小词典，防止查阅时浪费时间

第一天把雅思词汇真经很快的过了一遍，发现有六级/考研词汇的同学，就可以跳过词汇，直接开始单项训练了

其实我基本上全部时间都用来准备听力和阅读，接下来头两天就看how to prepare for ielts的听力和阅读，了解雅思考试基本题型，做了这本书后面的模拟阅读，错得有点离谱，也着实没有找到亚斯阅读的窍门，吃亏很大

然后第四天开始做剑1体验模拟套题的感觉，听力和阅读都有过8分，大部分是6分甚至更低，这个时候慢慢摸索出阅读和听力的感觉，听的时候把觉得有疑问的地方做个记号，听完以后马上看tapescripts，那个很人性化，别人把对应的题目编号都写出来了，研究一下，还是有不少规律，这个方面我没有找别的资料，估计网上有的材料已经很完备了，不过技巧是次要的，关键是多听。

做完剑1感觉还是很不稳定，于是开始看insight 和 extra，我只看正文，后面的supplimentary基本不看，凡是涉及多人活动或者不是有关考试的，与题目题型相差较远的内容统统不看，这两本书里面所有的test tip绝对是真经，要注意。由于做过了剑1，对自己的薄弱环节有了基本了解，现在看insght和extra就是有针对性地提高，听力就是熟悉题型，阅读就是训练定位能力。

然后就是剑3、4、5、6连续做，从3开始尝试阅读不再读正文，直接做题（考试的时候我也是如此），正确率和速度有明显提高，从剑1的超时，到基本稳定在一套阅读50分钟内完成（我考试的时候，大概留了5分钟检查，所以平时留下10分钟是比较必要的），做到剑5时遇上生病，阅读没有做，只作了听力，由于考点在外地，剑6是在火车上做的，听力基本保持在8分以上，阅读不是很好，主要错在几个编号题，这种题型实在需要很集中注意力才能完成。基本上倒数4天，只要不做题我就会反复听所有的听力，只听真题，包括睡觉的时候也听，主要是熟悉节奏和音调，也顺便复习题型。

最后用来复习作文和口语的时间只有1天半，没有时间动手了，于是就匆匆看了insight和extra的作文指导，然后就是花了一晚上时间研究剑6的作文，仔细看范文的结构，结果最后考试，两个作文都可以在剑6找到原型，也花了一些时间上网下载很多作文常用句型之类的资料，这个时候就是在脑子里面留下印象，期望在考试的时候能组织出来，考试的时候应该是第一次动手写雅思作文，因此只有6分我一点也不奇怪，而且也是压着时间完成的，我没有先写task2，而是正常顺序，t1结果花了我25分钟，t2结尾就非常仓促。

口语我是当天下午5点半考，上午考完，下午开始复习，主要就是拿8.18的全国口语回忆汇总，一个个模拟练习
