二、月考成绩分析。

5.政治：总分 分，年级平均分 分，其中： 班平均 第一，班 第二，班 第三，班 第四，全年级优秀率 %，及格率 %，最高分 分；最低分 分。
6.物理：总分 分，年级平均分 分，其中： 班平均 第一，班 第二，班 第三，班 第四，全年级优秀率 %，及格率 %，最高分 分；最低分 分。
三、本次考试存在的突出问题：
1、个别学生平时学习不认真不是很关注考试，表现在学生临考前及考试中没有一点紧张氛，考试有睡觉现象，平时抄袭作业，不按时完成作业等。
2、相当一部分基础差，学习目的不明确，对学习不感兴趣、学习习惯差，自控能力不够，进而各学科的平均分都不高。
3、一部分同学把历史，政治当副课学习，思想上不够重视。
4、部分同学存在偏科现象。
四、原因分析：
经过分析，我认为造成上述差距的主要原因有以下几方面：
1、做题策略欠佳。主要表现在对学过的知识运用不够灵活，分析不够全面，导致了分数不高。
2、学生的自控能力较差，学习态度还不够端正。因此，我们七年级组在今后的教学中将狠抓常规教学，在培养学生养成良好的学习习惯上多下功夫。
3、学习方法还有待于改善。
4.个别班级班干部不作为，班干部轮流值班，流于形式，管理不到位。
五、对今后教学的建议
针对本次期中考试的现状和存在的问题，在以后的教学中，提出几点建议：
1、以这次考试为契机，同学们认真总结，仔细分析，找出我们自己在课堂学习、课后作业及自学中的不足，将自己的问题找准，做到心中有数，确立自己期中考试学科目标。对于自己在月考中暴露的突出问题要进行强化性矫正、训练，甚至逐个过关检查。
2.针对自身的学习特点及情况，与本班学习好的同学结对子，多写多练。
3、课后自学需要加强，优等生不能骄傲自满，要力求上进，锦上添花，优等生缺腿科目的这些同学；要加强这些科目的突击学习，首先要从思想上做到重视。后进生要加强基础知识的巩固，早晨多记，晚上多练。
4.老师要注重学生积极的情感、负责的态度和正确的价值观的培养，要注意激发学生的好奇心和求知欲，让学生了解知识的形成过程和应用价值，发挥评价的激励和导向功能，帮助学生认识自我、树立自信。
我们年级组今后会加强练习册，作业的检查，注重落实，对于经常不完成作业的将与家长联系处理。
通过这次考试，我们不仅仅关注这次成绩的高低，我们更关注的是在这次考试中所暴露的问题，进而找到相应的措施来解决存在的问题，使得这一次暴露的问题，下一次不再出现，这些才是我们这次质量分析的根本目的所在。
最后，让我们紧密团结起来，进一步深化课堂教学改革，不断提优补差，扎实推进，为我们八年级组教育教学质量及常规管理再上新台阶而努力！
