期中考试刚刚过去,在这次考试当中我仔细地分析了试卷。从试卷的整体来看,试卷出的水平是相当高的,因此,从学生做试卷的的结果来看,同学在单项选择题上的失分比较多。体现了不少同学在基础方面显得很不足。比如,第22题考察冠词的用法,很多同学都是不了解在某些职位的名称后面不加冠词的用法。我们同学做的很不好。得分很低。而且,同学对于做题的关键和步骤也比较欠缺。同时,也可以看出了同学们在语法方面还是很有问题的。

从阅读题来看,也反映了学生在平时的学习中不重视把握文章中心大意,对文章的结构的把握也有一些问题,因此,不管是完型填空、还是阅读理解学生都有不必要的失分。这也说明了我在平时的教学中也存在着以下的问题:

1.学案设计还不够合理。出现了贪多求全的情况,总想把考点与知识点都包括在内。结果导致内容太多,学生掌握得反而不好。这是我们在以后的学案设计中应特别注意的地方。

2.词汇仍然是目前英语教学中的难点。学生单词拼写的得分率不是很高,有的同学都没有得5分,一半分都没有得到。词汇的掌握仍亟待解决与提高。因此在下面的教学中,我要学习淮中的经验,强化单词的背诵和默写。

3.有些同学特别是两个班级的某些同学学习英语的积极性不高,比如,3班的姜峰,卢昌伟 戈杰等。9班的陈金鹏,卜腾飞等。两个班级同学的学习技巧与方法也有待指导,自主学习的能力还有待提高。下一步要想办法解决这个问题。培养同学的兴趣。

4.有很多同学的书写也有很多问题。比如(9)班的戴鹏飞同学的书写就很成问题。

针对上面的情况,我决定采取下面的一些工作来改进我在下一阶段的工作: 1.积极参与各级各类教学教研活动,努力提高自身专业化水平。2.多听课,勤反思,虚心向同年级的老师学习,借鉴他们优秀有效的方法与做法。

3.在教案及学案制定上更突出实效性,杜绝花架子。有意识地培养学生自主学习的能力,要放开手脚,大胆尝试。要相信学生有潜力也有能力进行自主学习。

4.积极开展各项英语课外活动.如,单词竞赛,英语演讲比赛及学习英文歌曲等,以此来提高学生们学习英语的兴趣与积极性。5.狠抓英文书写规范,要求各班建立英语书写练习本,以改善学生的书写情况。
