2017年12月大学英语四、六级考试院级考前培训材料
一、严格按照考试要求组织考务活动
监考老师12月16日四级 8:10前、六级 14:10前进入指定教室布置考场（贴桌贴、特别提醒和门贴，并在黑板上书写本场考试级别、语言类别、考试时间及听力频率：南湖FM73.2等），并于8:30（四级）、14:30（六级）携带身份证（临时身份证）或工作证等有效证件到指定地点向试卷收发人员领取试卷(两名监考同时领卷和交卷)，以后的时间严格按照监考员操作规程规定（见江苏省教育考试院印制的大学英语四六级考试监考手册）的时间进行。一定要注意不能提前领卷，领取试卷时，务必认真检查密封薄膜的完整性，一旦发现破损，必须第一时间上报。任何人不得以任何理由提前启封试卷袋，不得向外泄漏试题内容，不得将试卷私自截留、复印、抄录等，更不能提前发卷。
所有考务工作人员必须佩戴学校统一印制的证件，持证上岗。监考教师组织学生进入考场时，要注意提醒考生禁止携带任何书籍、笔记、资料、报刊、草稿纸以及各种无线通信工具（如寻呼机、移动电话）、录放音机、电子记事本等物品，考场内不得擅自相互借用文具。考试结束前，无特殊原因，考生不得离开考场。
请确认：考试开始前，屏蔽仪开启状态。听力开始前，屏蔽仪关闭状态。听力结束后，屏蔽仪开启状态。（南湖校区由公教服务中心统一控制电源，监考教师只需确认屏蔽仪状态，不需操作开关）。
二、关于学生签到及缺考信息统计
监考教师于上午8:
45、下午2:45组织学生入场，入场时学生必须主动出示准考证（准考证照片必须和本人一直）、居民身份证（临时身份证）以及学生证，接受考试工作人员核验，证件不符或不全者不得进入考场。监考教师要指导考生签到，要确保没有学生漏签或错行签字。四级10:20、六级16:20将由收发试卷人员统一收取《考生签到表》《答题卡1（只英语四六级）》。对于缺考考生，请监考老师在考生签名处划“×”号（不要填写缺考字样，以方便统计），并在《考生签到表》右上角注明“缺考几人”的字样。务必做到统计准确可靠。注意：指导考生将试题册封底处的条形码揭下并粘贴于答题卡1指定位置上，应逐一进行检查。但缺考考生的条形码粘贴条不用揭下。
三、关于收卷
11:10（17:15）提醒考生离考试结束还有10分钟。四级上午11:20，六级下午17:25考试结束时，监考员应宣布考试结束，并立即令考生停止答题。监考员甲维持考场秩序，监考员乙验收各考生试题册和答题卡2，清点无误后，组织考生退场（严禁考生带走试题册和答题卡）。不收齐试卷和答题卡一律不许考生离开考场。
四、关于试卷的封装
认真检查试卷和答题卡份数是否正确，是否按准考证号顺序排列（小号在上，包括缺考考生的答题卡），是否在试卷袋的封面上替主考（屠世浩）签名，确认无误后交给收发试卷人员，经收发试卷人员清点许可后，方可装袋密封。密封方法：四级和六级 ①答题卡
1、答题卡2分别按准考证号顺序装入相应的专用袋内密封（包括缺考考生），答题卡袋使用专用密封条（内含不干胶）密封，不得使用胶水或浆糊，如无专用密封条请与收发试卷人员联系。②试题册按准考证号顺序装入试卷袋内密封（包括缺考考生）。
五、要求各学院必须召开本院所聘监考教师的监考业务培训会。否则，对于所发生的监考事故，除了按照相关规定给予当事人处理外，还要追究所在学院的责任。经过培训的考务人员，未经同意不得擅自换人或请人代监考。
六、重要说明
（1）考点代码（学校代码）：32301 南湖校区代码：0（2）监考教师的手机必须关机,监考期间不允许监考教师做与监考无关的事情，否则按违纪论。
（3）四级听力时间为25分钟，六级听力时间为30分钟。（根据上次考试情况，听力录音时间可能略有延长，请以铃声为准）。听力考试开始前提醒考生听力考试不再留涂卡时间，请考生及时涂卡，10:05（16:10）听力播放完毕后，将立即回收答题卡1。在非听力考试期间，考生必须摘下耳机，否则按违规处理。
（4）上午考试结束后，不要将考场内的《特别提醒》撤掉，以备下午六级使用。
（5）考生考试违纪或作弊后，监考人员应将违纪或作弊考生带到各楼试卷收发室，交给各楼考试负责人（楼长）处理，考试结束前不允许违纪或作弊考生离开所在楼的试卷收发室。如对考生违纪或作弊行为不能当场认定的，应让考生继续考试，在考试结束后再处理。
（6）考场内实行了标准化考点设置，实行全程监控及录像。

1．监考教师未指导学生签到，未核对学生签到情况，考生漏签到、签错行。会导致学生标记为缺考，没有成绩。
（本次考试未发生此类情况，是近几年来首次）
2.考生未将试题册封底处的条形码揭下并粘贴于答题卡上，监考员没有仔细检查，监考工作注意事项要求“监考员应逐一进行检查”。未贴条形码考生成绩为0分。
6个考场出现此问题
3.监考教师误将缺考考生条形码揭下并粘贴至答题卡上，监考操作规程中明确说明“缺考考生的条形码粘贴条不用揭下”。
（本次考试未发生此类情况）。
4.收卷时，监考教师未清点试题册、答题卡数量就允许考生离开考场，之前发生过考生带走试题册的现象，虽然及时追回，但有保密工作隐患。
本次考试中，有一考场监考教师未点清答题卡数量就密封上交，省考试院阅卷时发现一名考生缺答题卡，幸好之后在市考办统一封存的试题册中找到。如果是收卷过程中丢失，考生成绩作废，且对学校考试保密工作影响极大。
5.自171次考试起，四级听力时间由30分钟调整为25分钟，但考试时发现听力播放时间长达28分13秒，教务部发现后及时推迟了听力结束的打铃时间，也需要监考教师随机应变，以免影响考生正常考试。

1.长 短 句原则 工作还得一张一驰呢，老让读者读长句，累死人！写一个短小精辟的句子，相反，却可以起到画龙点睛的作用。而且如果我们把短句放在段首或者段末，也可以揭示主题：

四、短语优先原则
写作时，尤其是在考试时，如果使用短语，有两个好处：其
一、用短语会使文章增加亮点，如果老师们看到你的文章太简单，看不到一个自己不认识的短语，必然会看你低一等。相反，如果发现亮点—精彩的短语，那么你的文章定会得高分了。其
二、关键时刻思维短路，只有凑字数，怎么办？用短语是一个办法！比如： I cannot bear it.可以用短语表达：I cannot put up with it.I want it.可以用短语表达：I am looking forward to it.这样字数明显增加，表达也更准确。
五、多实少虚原则
原因很简单，写文章还是应该写一些实际的东西，不要空话连篇。这就要求一定要多用实词，少用虚词。我这里所说的虚词就是指那些比较大的词。比如我们说一个很好的时候，不应该之说nice这样空洞的词，应该使用一些诸如generous, humorous, interesting, smart, gentle, warm-hearted, hospital 之类的形象词。再比如： 走出房间，general的词是：walk out of the room 但是小偷走出房间应该说：slip out of the room 小姐走出房间应该说：sail out of the room 小孩走出房间应该说：dance out of the room 老人走出房间应该说：stagger out of the room 所以多用实词，少用虚词，文章将会大放异彩！
六、多变句式原则
1）加法（串联）都希望写下很长的句子，像个老外似的，可就是怕写错，怎么办，最保险的写长句的方法就是这些，可以在任何句子之间加and, 但最好是前后的句子又先后关系或者并列关系。比如说： I enjor music and he is fond of playing guitar.如果是二者并列的，我们可以用一个超级句式： Not only the fur coat is soft, but it is also warm.其它的短语可以用： besides, furthermore, likewise, moreover
2）转折（拐弯抹角）批评某人缺点的时候，我们总习惯先拐弯抹角说说他的优点，然后转入正题，再说缺点，这种方式虽然阴险了点，可毕竟还比较容易让人接受。所以呢，我们说话的时候，只要在要点之前先来点废话，注意二者之间用个专这次就够了。The car was quite old, yet it was in excellent condition.The coat was thin, but it was warm.更多的短语： despite that, still, however, nevertheless, in spite of, despite, notwithstanding
3）因果（so, so, so）昨天在街上我看到了一个女孩，然后我主动搭讪，然后我们去咖啡厅，然后我们认识了，然后我们成为了朋友…可见，讲故事的时候我们总要追求先后顺序，先什么，后什么，所以然后这个词就变得很常见了。其实这个词表示的是先后或因果关系！The snow began to fall, so we went home.更多短语： then, therefore, consequently, accordingly, hence, as a result, for this reason, so that
4）失衡句（头重脚轻，或者头轻脚重）有些人脑袋大，身体小，或者有些人脑袋小，身体大，虽然我们不希望长成这个样子，可如果真的是这样了，也就必然会吸引别人的注意力。文章中如果出现这样的句子，就更会让考官看到你的句子与众不同。其实就是主语从句，表语从句，宾语从句的变形。举例：This is what I can do.Whether he can go with us or not is not sure.同样主语、宾语、表语可以改成如下的复杂成分： When to go, Why he goes away…
5）附加（多此一举）如果有了老婆，总会遇到这样的情况，当你再讲某个人的时候，她会插一句说，我昨天见过他；或者说，就是某某某，如果把老婆的话插入到我们的话里面，那就是定语从句和同位语从句或者是插入语。The man whom you met yesterday is a friend of mine.I don’t enjoy that book you are reading.Mr liu, our oral English teacher, is easy-going.其实很简单，同位语--要解释的东西删除后不影响整个句子的构成；定语从句—借用之前的关键词并且用其重新组成一个句子插入其中，但是whom or that 关键词必须要紧跟在先行词之前。
6）排比（排山倒海句）文学作品中最吸引人的地方莫过于此，如果非要让你的文章更加精彩的话，那么我希望你引用一个个的排比句，一个个得对偶句，一个个的不定式，一个个地词，一个个的短语，如此表达将会使文章有排山倒海之势！

七、挑战极限原则
既然十挑战极限，必然是比较难的，但是并非不可攀！
原理：在学生的文章中，很少发现诸如独立主格的句子，其实也很简单，只要花上5分钟的时间看看就可以领会，它就是分词的一种特殊形式，分词要求主语一致，而独立主格则不然。比如： The weather being fine, a large number of people went to climb the Western Hills.Africa is the second largest continent, its size being about three times that of China.如果您可一些出这样的句子，不得高分才怪！

大学英语六级考试题型、分值分布及其答题
一、阅读（占35%，含速读，精读和选词填空）
在快速阅读的考前练习中，可以迅速浏览大小标题，了解文章的中心和文章整体的布局。出题者常以依次而下的顺序出题，而且每题基本都是细节题，分别对应文章一段，可以采用关键词定位的方法。
简短回答题本质上属于阅读理解范畴，但结合了书面表达。简短回答题选择了填空和问答两种出题形式。填空题就是根据文中的信息将句子补充完整。填空题的题干是一个残缺句，而所残缺的部分必定在原句中充当一定的句子成分。因此，考生在备考过程中可以三步走：一是分析题干，查找缺少的成分，二是利用题干关键词在文中定位答案的所在范围，三是结合题干，填入符合语法结构的成分，使句子完整并忠实于原文。
仔细阅读就是传统的阅读理解，考生备考中首先应该判断考查题型（主旨题、态度题、猜词题、细节题和推论题），确定做题方法，然后圈定题干关键词。然后可以借助题干中的关键词通读全文，圈定关键词和逻辑关系词（因果、转折、举例等）。最后利用初步划定的各题区域，运用排除等方法解题。
二、听力（占35%，含长短对话，短文听力和复合式听写）
短对话的主要考察部分仍然是校园场景，需要同学门平时注意积累场景高频词汇和习惯表达，考生只要在复习时重点突出，强化训练，就可以在短对话部分做到未听半知的状态。
两组长对话对学生短时记忆和快速提取信息的能力提出了更为严峻的挑战。长对话分值为7分，难度不大，但是由于连续发问和对答使部分考生不太适应。建议学生训练时要抓紧时间审题、读选项、做笔记，否则考试中很难适应。另外注意的就是问答之间的关系。
短文听力对考生的语言感知能力、逻辑思维能力、短时记忆能力都是一个挑战。考生只有在多读、多听的基础上才能提高短文理解的准确率。
复合式听写的长句填空的步骤：完整地听、简要地记、仔细地核。长句听写的关键技巧是写大意，原句照搬是很难的。因此可以通过关键词提炼和难词替换来写长句大意。长句听写是听力最难的部分，考生同时可以根据上下文的信息来推测大意，然后再结合听到的内容进行意义上的做答。
三、综合（占10%，含完形填空或改错）
四级主要以综合部分的考试为主，六级则会把重心更多地放在改错上。希望以下的改错题目通用公式对你有所帮助（每个条目的横线左边为原题，右边为改后答案）。

7.固定搭配：考查较简单。
四、写作和翻译（写作占15%，翻译占5%）
1、背诵
背诵是提高英语综合能力的法宝，可分为以下5个层次：（1）精彩词汇；（2）精彩句型；（3）精彩句子；（4）万能框架；（5）经典范文。注意句子和句型不一样，精彩句子应作为单词来记忆。背诵前，确保自己已充分理解所有内容。

做阅读理解题时，切忌拿来就读，逐字逐句地研读，应该讲究一定的方法、步骤:
首先扫视短文或每段的开首句，了解文章的题材和体裁。
然后浏览5个问题，了解题目类型，针对不同题型，应用不同的阅读、解答方法。若问题与短文在同一页上，只须标出单个题项的关键词语，如 “imply”、“word”、“title”、“main idea”、“reason”、“how many”，等等。若问题与短文不在同一页上，也可迅速地将有关关键词语草写在短文一页，以便于参考。
并且应遵循先易后难的原则。先做相对容易的题目，建议采用查阅（scanning）方法。在查阅过程中，有关较难题目的一些信息也会暴露出来，查阅可为解答这类题目节约时间、提供线索。
四、词汇与语法题
不可在此类题上浪费太多时间, 若遇到生词,可依据派生词、词根等相应规则作一些推断。要注意形意易混的词和词的搭配, 在句子中推断
