(二)一把炒米

炊事班老班长和一个大个子战士，还有一个小个子战士，在一次作战中没有突围出去，与队伍失去联系，被敌人围困在一个叫苇子沟的山上。

已是第七天了。

这七天，三个人是靠吃野花啃树皮活过来的。

此时，三个人都无力地靠在一棵粗壮的老榆树上，三个人的目光都很贪婪地望着米袋里的那一把炒米。

望着那一把炒米，老班长的喉结蠕动了几下，小个子战士艰难地咽下唾沫，大个子战士的那张嘴很大地张着……

初二汪智锐

本学期，本人任教初二级五个班的历史课，四个住宿班，一个走读班。两个多月来，本人自始至终以认真、严谨的治学态度，勤恳、坚持不懈的精神从事教学工作。

作为年轻教师，能认真制定计划，认真备课和教学，积极参加备课组活动，并能经常听各老师的课，从中吸取教学经验，取长补短，提高自己的教学的业务水平。每节课都以最佳的精神状态站在教坛，以和蔼、轻松、认真的形象去面对学生。还注意以德为本，结合现实生活中的现象层层善诱，多方面、多角度去培养现实良好的品德和高尚的人格。

教育是爱心事业，为培养高素质的下一代，本人时刻从现实身心健康，根据学生的个性特点去点拔引导，对于个别差生，利用课间多次倾谈，鼓励其确立正确的学习态度，积极面对人生，而对优生，教育其戒骄戒躁努力向上，再接再厉，再创佳绩。

作为教初二历史课的老师，明白自己对教材不是非常熟悉，故在课前做到认真备课，多方面去搜集相关进行资料。为提高每节课的进行效果，教学质量，本人除注重研究教材，把握好基础、重点难点外，还采用多媒体教学等多样形式。通过培养学生学习历史的兴趣，调动学生学习的积极性、主动性，提高课堂的教学质量，按时完成教学任务。

通过半学期努力，能制定好复习计划，并能认真备好复习课，培

养好尖子生，提高中等生，帮助差生。但由于本学期授课时间较短，期中复习内容较多，复习比较仓促，同时发觉很大一部分学生接受能力较差，学习自觉性不高。加上本人今年接住宿班班主任，致使本学期教学成绩未达所想。现对这半学期工作做简单总结：

一、备课。不但备学生而且备教材备教法，认真设计每一个导学案，根据教材内容及学生的实际，设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。每一课都做到“有备而来”，每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的有趣教具，课后及时对该课作出总结，写好教学后记，并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点，归纳成集。

二、增强上课技能，提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主作用，让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快；注意精讲精练，在课堂上老师讲得尽量少，学生动口动手动脑尽量多；同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高

三、小组合作，学案导学

1、今年学校采用小组合作，学案导学的教学模式，每一个班级组建成若干个最优化的“同组异质，组间同质”的合作学习小组。这样既能充分发挥每个学生的优势，有利于组内成员取长补短，共同提高，又便于开展组间竞赛，公平竞争，发掘小组的群体智慧，实现优

势互补。

2、培养学生学会倾听

开始合作，很多同学在其他同学发言时，有的是因为没有轮到自己发言而丧失了刚才的那份热情；有的是还在等着发言，在思考着自己的想法；也有的是因为没轮到他而觉得无所事事„„很少去关注同学的发言，才出现了“老师，我说” “老师，我还有„„”“前面不是说过了吗？”这样的情况。因此，我着重培养学生静下心来，学会“倾听”：在“听”的过程中学会“挑刺”，发现其他小组存在的问题；更要在听的过程中吸收其他小组合作学习的成果；在“听”的过程中学会如何规范、清晰地表达，提高“说”的质量。

三、虚心请教其他老师。在教学上，有疑必问。在各个章节的学习上都积极征求其他老师的意见，学习他们的方法，同时，多听老师的课，做到边听边讲，学习别人的优点，克服自己的不足，并常常邀请其他老师来听课，征求他们的意见，改进工作。

四、批改作业。布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性，有层次性。同时对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题作出分类总结，进行透切的评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。

五、积极推进素质教育。目前的考试模式仍然比较传统，这决定了教师的教学模式要停留在应试教育的层次上，为此，我在教学工作中注意了学生能力的培养，把传受知识、技能和发展智力、能力结合起来，在知识层面上注入了思想情感教育的因素，发挥学生的创新意

识和创新能力。让学生的各种素质都得到有效的发展和培养。

六、狠抓学风。我所教的五个班，学生比较喜爱该科，上课的时候比较认真，大部分学生都能专心听讲，课后也能认真完成作业。但有为数不少的学生，因为怕班主任责备，学习上存在的问题不敢问老师，作业也因为怕分数低而找别人的来抄，这样就严重影响了成绩的提高。虽然大部分同学对该课很感兴趣，学习劲头也浓，只是后进生基础太差，考试成绩都较差，有些同学是经常不及格，我找来后进生，了解原因，有些是不感兴趣，有些是没有努力去学，我提出批评以后再加以鼓励，并为他们定下学习目标，时时督促他们，帮助他们；一些学生基础太差，抱着破罐子破摔的态度，或过分自卑，考试怯场等，我就帮助他们找出适合自己的学习方法，分析原因，鼓励他们不要害怕失败，要给自己信心，并且要在平时多读多练，多问几个为什么。同时，一有进步，即使很小，我也及时地表扬他们。

在以后的教学工作中，要不断总结经验，力求提高自己的教学水平，还要多下功夫加强对个别差生的辅导，相信一切问题都会迎刃而解，我也相信有耕耘总会有收获！
