面对着一桌子需要处理的文件，你坐在电脑前，眼睛无神，四肢麻木，大脑呆滞?也许你应该好好放松一下，消除工作倦怠。娱乐方式不重要，最重要的是要保持心情。

4、永远觉得自己不够好

聪明、能干的你，一旦被擢升或授予重职，反而变得毫无自信，觉得不能胜任。这样的人患有“事业恐高症”，需要加倍信心，步向成功。

5、喋喋不休地抱怨

即使你在为工作上的种种问题而恼怒，也不要日夜抱怨。比如你在因长期加班而牢骚满腹，与其向人诉苦，不如去找上司，看看能否有机会改变你的处境。

6、工作狂

只要一停下工作就会全身不舒坦，做什么事情都觉得有些焦虑不安。如果这样，那就需要好好的对自己的健康做一下详细的了解，特别是现在这会，劳逸结合是健康生活的必须。
