寓言:一种古老而有生命力的艺术

寓言是什么?说得通俗一点,寓言就是作者另有寄托的故事。作为一种很独特的文学样式,寓言具有双重结构:表面上讲一个故事,即“寓体”,但故事里往往寄托着特殊的意义,即“寓意”。

中国寓言源远流长,它和神话一样,是古代劳动人民在长期的生产活动中创造和发展起来的。有文字记录的寓言出现在春秋末年,距今已有二千五百多年。战国时代是寓言创作的黄金时期,不仅创作数量在,而且艺术性、思想性都非常高。在《孟子》、《庄子》、《韩非子》、《吕氏春秋》、《战国策》等著作中,就有许多我们熟悉的寓言故事,如“滥竽充数”、“邯郸学步”、“望洋兴叹”、“鹬蚌相争”、“揠苗助长”等。诸子百家、谋臣策士在阐述思想、说理论辩的过程中,为了增加说服力,往往会引述或编造一些寓言故事。可以说,在人类文化发初期,寓言对人类有启蒙作用。

随着社会的发展,寓言创作也在发展,一直到元明清时期,寓言创作又形成了一个高峰,甚至出现了前所未有的寓言专集。我们从元朝刘基的《郁离子》,明朝冯梦龙《笑府》,清朝蒲松龄的《聊斋志异》,纪昀的《阅微草堂笔记》等人的著作中,可以看到很多优秀寓言故事。

汉字书法分篆隶楷行草,成为独具一格的艺术。书法家人数之众多,书法工具之精益求精,书法艺术之令人惊艳„„举世无双!汉字是全世界最美丽的文字,本文从几何学的角度来发掘汉字之美。

几何学研究空间,空间具有维度,维度越多自由度越大。维度较抽象,举例以明之: 洞中潜蛇为洞壁所限,只能前进后退,它的空间只有一维。原上奔马除前进后退外还能左转右转,它的空间是二维的。空中飞鸟除前进后退、左转右转外,还能向上腾飞向下滑翔,语云:“天高任鸟飞”,鸟比谁都自由,因为三维空间具有最大的自由度。

先看一下拉丁语系的拼音文字。以字母 为单元的拼音文字本质上是一维的。以圆珠笔写英文字,弯弯曲曲犹如蛇行。英文书法精品是用鹅毛笔或沾水钢笔写出的,随用力轻重不同,笔迹宽度略有变化显示出空间韵律,比圆珠笔写出的笔迹更美,源出于宽度方向的附加自由度。但钢笔字宽度变化有限,犹如前例之蛇洞略放宽些而已,充其量也只能说具有一维半空间。

汉字书法琳琅满目美不胜收:甲骨文之神秘美,钟鼎大小篆之古朴美,隶体之端庄美,楷体之隽秀美,行书玉树临风之飘逸美,草书笔走龙蛇之旷世奇美难以言语形容。

字如其人:王羲之、褚遂良、颜真卿、柳公权、张旭、怀素、苏、黄、米、蔡„„名家辈出,各领风骚。书法容百家而各显其个性之瑰丽奇美,源出于汉字具有极大的自由度。

自由度来自多维空间。汉字有象形、指事、会意、形声、转注、假借六书。象形字从图形转化而来,理所当然是二维的。其余五书也多半包含象形部分,例如形声字,一半象形一半拟声,非二维不足以容纳。再者,汉字是由横、竖、点、撇、捺等笔画构成的,好比在桌面上拼七巧板,必须有二维的自由度才能拼出千变万化的美丽图案来。可见汉字本质上是二维的,如原上奔马纵横驰骋,为汉字之美奠定了坚实的基础。

书法讲究构架。构架类似于绘画之构图,至少须有二维空间所提供的大量自由度,字形才谈得上构架,才能体现出篆、隶、楷、行、草之特色,才能将各家之不同风格表现得淋漓尽致。

书法讲究悬腕,书法家手腕悬空,方能随心所欲运臂挥毫,在三维空间中发挥最大的自由度。

书法讲究笔法,这在很大程度上应归功于其独特的工具,毛笔是所有笔中最神奇的。笔也有自由度:圆珠笔只有一个自由度。鹅毛笔和钢笔的笔尖分叉可在宽度上略为

施展,其自由度介于一二之间。毛笔由千百根毫毛组成,每根毫毛可有不同程度的弯曲,其自由度岂止千百?正因为毛笔有这么多的自由度,书法家才能得心应手挥洒自如,一支笔写出千般字。尊毛笔为众笔之王,谁曰不宜? 毛笔的众多自由度运用得宜,可增加书法之维度。笔颖蓄墨之丰欠,运笔力度之轻重,笔锋走向之偏正,运用之妙存乎一心。颜真卿楷书严正丰厚极富质感,柳公权笔力遒劲挺拔而具骨感,均能产生视觉之立体效应,是为三维。不信吗?笔力千钧之赞语日:力透纸背。如无垂直于二维纸面的第三维度,朝哪儿透啊?(节选自《科学是大众的》)

广州2013中考 政策大变动实施“指标到校”

各级示范性高中将拿出30%的学位直接分配到全市近400所初中,此举将让择校热降温中小学招生考试改革征求意见稿已在教育局官网上公示,市民可在十天公示期内反映不同意见

广州中考[微博]政策从今年起有大变动,酝酿已久的高中招生“指标到校”终于有了眉目。昨日,广州市教育局发布《2013年广州市中小学招生考试工作意见(征求意见稿)》,明确指出从今年开始广州市各级示范性高中将拿出30%的学位直接分配到全市近400所初中,参与“指标到校”录取的考生,不享受重复加分和照顾录取政策。同时,越秀、海珠、荔湾三个老城区将不再视为同一个招生区域,而实行分区招生。

此外,为配合省异地高考[微博]方案,广州也将出台异地中考方案,以此保证在广州参加中考的学生能有资格参加高考。

指标到校解读

●指标人数

100个初中生有7人能获得指标

按照《意见稿》,从今年开始,广州所有国家级示范性普通高中(含通过初期督导验收的创建国家级示范性普通高中),将拿出30%优质学位,按照人头比例、分区域分派到所有的初中(含民办学校);有多个校区的示范性高中,按校区分配指标计划,分配比例亦为各校区招生计划数的30%。

这意味着,无论重点初中还是普通初中,都有机会获得名校的学位指标。

参照去年数据,广州全市省、市、区示范性高中的招生数为29910人,按30%的学位计算,约有8900多个“到校指标”。

据统计,全市有初中学校近400所,去年参加广州中考的考生约11.8万人,以此推算,100人中有7-8人能获得名校指标。

●分配方法

省、市属示范性高中采取二级分配模式

示范性高中招生指标如何分配?《意见稿》明确了指标分配拟采用“市归市、区归区”的办法。也就是说,省市属示范性高中可以向全市初中分配学位,但是区属示范性高中,只能面向本区中学分派学位。具体操作为:省、市属示范性高中采取二级分配模式,即先按比例分配到各区县,区内作整体“打包”,然后通过电脑派位方式分配到校;而区、县级市属示范性高中的指标分配则采用一级分配模式,即直接由区按比例分配到校。

●录取优惠

指标生降30分,落榜了仍可正常录取

根据《意见稿》,指标生仍需参加中考,但能享受降分录取优惠。即享受报考学校在近3年提前批次录取平均分数的基础上,下调30分。

假如在“指标生”中落榜,该生仍继续按照正常批次录取,即学生多了一次冲击名校的机会。

●实行目的普通初中上重点高中的机会变大了

教育局相关负责人解释,实行“指标到校”初衷是为促进教育的均衡发展,在一定程度上缓解择校热。如此一来,“小升初”时,家长[微博]们也没必要为了重点学校的高升学率而去挤名牌初中,在按人头分配的指标下,优等生在普通初中上名校的机会将更大。

●报考条件报考示范性高中指标计划的学生,需同时满足三个条件,具有广州市户籍(含政策性照顾借读考生)、就读学校正式学籍、在本校一直就读到毕业的初中应届毕业生。意见稿其他变化

今年实行异地中考方案

为配合广东省异地高考方案,广州市异地中考方案也将在今年开始实行。

广州市教育局副局长江东透露,目前该方案细则正在制定,制定方案的初衷是为保证在广州市参加中考的考生,获得在广州参加高考的资格。

根据《征求意见稿》规定,只要满足四个条件的进城务工人员随迁子女,便可报考我市公办普通高中公费计划。四个条件:

1.监护人在广州市有合法稳定职业;2.合法稳定住所(含租赁);3.按照规定在广州市参加社会保险满三年;4.具有广州市初中学籍满三年的初中毕业生。

越秀海珠荔湾实行分区招生

对比往年,《意见稿》分区招生最大变化为:从今年开始,越秀、海珠、荔湾三个老城区将不再视为同一个招生区域,实行分区招生。

从去年开始,全市示范性高中招生壁垒被打破,全市考生可自由选择市内任何一所示范性高中报读。三区独立招生后,其学生将和全市其他考生站在同一起跑线上,竞争示范性高中优质学位。

这也意味着,从今年开始,三区考生在报考各区属示范性高中的竞争压力将加大。比如,越秀区某考生,想考海珠南武中学(区属示范中学),在分区之前,考生除了能在提前批次报考该校,还能在第一批次报考,即有两次机会报考同一所中学。在分区之后,他只能和全市其他各区市学生一起竞争南武中学在提前批15%的学位。

“小升初”体育艺术特长生招生微调

《意见稿》提到,小学升初中的学位分配办法由各区、县级市教育局按“免试就近入学”的原则确定,可保留一定比例的体育、艺术特长生,经审定的国家、省、市体育传统项目学校和体育、艺术特色学校可按规定招收不超过当年本校招生计划的10%的特长生。

由于个别学校开展项目的不同,根据合唱、交响乐队等要求人数多的特点,今年这类学校的招生计划微有调整,在经教育局审批后,此类学校招生比例由原来不超过15%调整为16%,非经审定的学校不得招收特长生。

归国创业人才子女入学与本市学生同待遇

《意见稿》进一步规范、完善了多项特殊照顾政策。

在义务教育阶段政策性照顾借读生对象认定,由“合法领养的适龄儿童孤儿”,修改为“合法领养或家庭寄养的适龄孤儿”,证明材料修改为“民政部门发的助养证或家庭寄养协议书、助养人的户口簿”。与此同时,完善了“父母均长期患重病或失去监护子女能力的残疾人委托本市监护人照顾的适龄子女”、“殡葬工人的适龄子女(其中一名)”、“海外华侨华人子女”等三类对象的证明材料。

在高中阶段政策性照顾借读生资格认定方面,在去年增加“进藏干部职工子女”一项的基础上,今年根据新修订的《广州市鼓励留学人员来穗工作规定》,再增加“归国创业留学人员适龄子女”一项,凭借广州市人力资源和社会保障局印发的《广州市留学人员优惠资格证》、单位证明,可以获得和本市户籍学生同等的入学待遇,但同时,取消其中考加10分投档录取资格。

《意见稿》同时明确表示,参与“指标到校”录取的考生,不能重复享受加分和照顾录取政策。
