外企英语面试自我介绍
大凡找工作的人，都有对英语面试自我介绍的担心，而英语面试最令人头痛。面试气氛总是紧张的，一紧张就容易出错，中文“台词”都会结巴，何况英语！
可俗话说，养兵千日，用兵一时，学了那么多年英语，好歹有些积累，总不能栽在这上面。那么，如何过好英语面试自我介绍这一关呢？
外企英语面试啥样子？
各外企的英语面试形式各异，但基本流程是差不多的。
第一轮面试一般由公司人力资源部的人员担任考官，他们会从你的个人简历出发，询问一些有关个人的问题，比如请你用英语做一个自我介绍。有些公司，也会有一部分英语笔试，如雅芳公司，其笔试中包含一个中英互译的项目，主要考查应聘者基本的语言运用能力。
第二轮面试则由部门主管经理出面，这时候，有关业务方面的问题成了面试的重点，所以英语面试也从个人情况转向了专业领域。比如应聘市场部，则应聘者通常会被要求谈一谈以往最成功的一个案例，或者自身的业务强项等。
如果前面一路绿灯大亮，那么，最后一轮面试就要和bigboss———公司的总裁面对面了。外企的总裁一般是老外，当然面试就变成全英语的了。总裁询问的问题一般会和公司的精神、企业文化有关。一位曾任职默沙东制药的小姐说，她在参加的默沙东最后一轮面试时，默沙东老总看到她是学新闻出身的，便要求她谈谈对中国新闻媒体的看法，因为默沙东制药一直对新闻媒体有其比较独特的态度。通过这样比较宏观的问题，招聘方想要发现的是，应聘者的理念是否与公司的文化精神相契合。
如何应对英语面试
英语从小开始学，可学了10来年，有的人还是“哑巴英语”。到了要找饭碗的紧要关头，则对一些“成功英语面试培训”饥不择食。其实，冰冻三尺，非一日之寒，速成是不可能的，只能在平时积累的基础上，注意一些细节，运用一些技巧，给自己加上几个成功的筹码。
首先，平时要注意训练听力，至少要听得懂考官的问题，如果考官一个问题出来，你却听得云里雾里，然后来两三个“Pardon”，那现场气氛定会急转直下。说话要流利，思维要连贯，层次要清晰，不要夹杂中文，可以用“well”、“however”这样的过渡词来给自己停顿和思考，同时，也使得自己的表述显得口语化一些。
其次，发音要标准。在与外国boss面谈的过程中，发音的正确清晰与否是最为重要的。不要因为害怕犯语法错误而不敢说，大多数时候一些细小的语法错误并不影响交际的进行，老外们也不会特别在意。如果要说某个词却一时想不起来，那就换种说法，尽量避免卡壳，卡壳会导致冷场。总之不管怎么样，都要自信满满地，把英文说得让人听上去像那么回事。
■先期准备
主要是个人情况和业务方面。专业英语的准备要充足，有时会被要求用英语解释一个专业术语或解答一个技术问题。还可去公司的英文网站了解一下企业文化，这在与bigboss面谈的中会有帮助的。

到外企面试的“八项注意”
面试是每一个现代人找工作时都必须迈过的一道坎。如今，有不少人想去外企求职，但又苦于不清楚面试时应该注意哪些问题，而不敢成行。本文特意细数了外企面试官的八大忌讳，希望对大家有所帮助。
一忌迟到失约
迟到和失约是面试中的大忌。这不但会表现出求职者没有时间观念和责任感，更会令面试官觉得求职者对这份工作没有热忱，印象分自然大减。守时不但是美德，更是面试时必须做到的事。因此，应提前10至15分钟或准时到达。如因有要事迟到或缺席，一定要尽早打电话通知该公司，并预约另一个面试时间。另外，匆匆忙忙到公司，心情还未平静便要进行面试，自然表现也会大失水准。
二忌数落别人
切勿在面试时当着面试官数落现任或前任雇主和同事的不是。这样做，不但得不到同情，只会令人觉得你记仇、不念旧情和不懂得与别人相处，反而更会招来面试官的反感。三忌说谎邀功

须知，除非你是对方急需的人才，一般地，让你去“面试”的单位是不会与你在此有很大的谈判余地的，也就是说，你只能按照其薪酬标准行事。故此，没有必要大谈特谈你的薪酬理想，而只消说说你过去的薪酬水平，并一定要说明换工作是要付出代价的，这对你个人来说也是有成本概念的，如果你过去的薪酬水平较高，在此并不指望开始时就能保持与过去相一致，而要经过工作的实践来检验；另一方面，也应说明各单位都有自己的规矩，入乡随俗
是基本的礼貌和程式，这样，既回避了相对敏感的问题，也体现了你的修养和对对方的尊重。你如何看待本单位？
有的应聘者，在遇到这样的问题时，总是显得很焦急，颇有想一蹴而就的欲望，在回答问题，侃侃而谈什么“贵单位是我的理想所在”、“这个单位条件好，有发展前途”、“这是个举世闻名的企业”等，可要知道，你现在去应聘的单位再好也未必适合你于此谋生择业。因此，一味地赞颂是不明智的，只会使对方产生反感，认为你花拳秀腿没有真本事，溜须拍马阿谀奉承却未见有实实在在的内容。其实，无论你此前对该单位是否有所了解，客观地说一说你的观感和印象，是有益的；而当你要说到对方的弊端或缺陷时，不要一味否定，而后缀以“若在××方面再加以注意也许会有较大的改善”会让人觉得你有观察力，又有宽宏大量的气度和改善面貌的欲望和能力，这是会受欢迎的。
你如何看待你所应聘的岗位？
通常，各个岗位在责任、权利、利益、分工、合作、技能、技巧等方面，都有明显的要求，而这往往是区别于其他岗位的，每个岗位都有其对员工的特殊性，在专业化日益增强的今天，“万金油”式的人越来越不被看好。所以，你切不可说“我能干这也能干那”，而应明晰在管理的半径、层面、空间上是有着很大差别的。有人往往在此时急求事功，在未详细了解岗位的具体要求情况下仓促应允，以为自己什么都干得了，这不明智，而且容易招致面试方反感。该岗位需要的所有内容，正是面试者想从你这里听到的，你也只需照此行事即可。你如何证明自己是最优秀的？
这是一个不大好回答的问题，你说自己是最优秀的，会被认为是夜郎自大，而你说自己不是最优秀的，又会被认为是缺乏自信心，你回避不答，则可能被认为是没有考虑或是对面试方不够尊重。这时，你最好回答“以我的职业素养，所受过的良好教育，以及此前在××行业、××企业从事××工作的经验的背景，能够胜任此工作，并能在不久后脱颖而出，为单位的发展尽力”，来应对此问题，显示你的应变能力和良好的谈判（或谈话）技巧。你有何业余爱好？
如果一个人下班后就知道柴米油盐，那么他应该是个家务型的人，在如今的紧张生活中，大概被看做是缺乏情趣和格调的人，也是个与众格格不入难以沟通的人。这种人不大重视情操的培养与陶冶，习惯于单位—家庭的线性生活方式，可过于倾慕在业余生活上的人，也会有太爱吃喝玩乐不务正业的嫌疑。设想，如果你看足球比赛时经常向场内投掷酒瓶子，可能没有人会说你是个社会安全因素。因此，在回答这类问题时，应该不温不火，既要显示自己的情调与修养，又能展现自己的事业心，以此为原则说明实际的情况。
你的住处离单位距离如何？
这也许是在看你对待上班时间以及需要加班时的想法。如果这真是你理想中的单位，而你的住处离此单位又较远，应该在回答上体现出遵守单位规定的作息时间，按时上下班，如需要经常加班则可以想办法住得近些，不会影响工作也不会给单位增添麻烦。
第四篇：世界这么大我想去看看美文
20××年7月1日星期三上午10:30:00，结束物化考试，我的大二也宣布结束。这两年的大学生活竟然能够清楚的记得，自认为我的记忆力是越长大越差，过目不忘的能力也仅限于when I was young，但就是这样的记忆我依旧大言不惭地这样说。不知是时间走得太快以至于两年其实也就这么一点，还是我掌握了特殊的记忆技巧，还是生活每天都一样所以不需要我太费力去记，或者其实三者都有之。我更愿意相信是最后一种，每天充斥着各种事，大大小小，杂七杂八，今天去填个表，明天去统计名单，后天要赶一个deadline，还要在各种事情中抽出时间来娱乐一下玩一下手机。
插一点题外话，感觉smart phone的出现，严重占用了我们的时间，也降低了做事的效率，比如在图书馆本来要花三个小时完成笔记，结果一放下书包拿出手机连上WiFi打开微博就刷了一个小时，于是原本能够完成的任务就被拖到另一个时间段去完成，恶性循环，最后只剩在寝室咆哮一句：“已经不能忍，今天的任务又没有完成！”现在依旧很怀念那段没有这么多诱惑的时间，安安静静地做事，效率奇高。现在一旦有一天我整天都没有摸手机，我就会对这一天的自己特别满意。转向正题*/
就是在这样的多样的繁杂的生活状态下，我看到很多人把它过得很精彩。或是专注科研，总是一本正经脸；或是热心学工，结识了上下五届的同学，和谁都能说上一句；或是两者都涉足，全面发展；或是玩转社团，形成自己的圈子，在这个圈子里成为让人称赞的达人。无论哪一类，都增加了自己的关于另一个新鲜事物和周围世界的经验。大学生活里，我更想的就是这个——增加关于各种事物的经验。学习，增加科学世界的经验；学工，增加与人交流、办活动的经验；志愿活动，增加服务他人的经验；社团，增加对一个特定事物的经验；甚至浏览微博也是增加对外面世界的经验，经常在浏览完微博后说：“天呐，我的三观又被重建了！”一切的一切，从一进校开始，就开始不断去经历。
这就像一个试错的过程。在大学以前，我不知道别人是什么情况，但我自己是过得就像“别人家的小孩”，父母没有操心我的青春期叛逆，因为我好像没有青春期，或者是我的青春期在不经意间溜走了，或者我的青春期过渡得很温和，也会闹脾气但没有到把家都砸了的地步。而在我的认知里，很多人都是在青春期接触到某种新鲜事物然后将之视为乐趣，所以，很遗憾，我没有pick up什么新奇的乐趣。要说我喜欢什么，我会说曾经我学了一段时间的素描和水粉画，记得我画出第一幅静物素描，老师说了一句：“你以前学过？”“没有。”“那你很有天赋啊！”当时心里乐开了花，心想我以后是不是就是一名艺术家了？然而这样的日子只持续了很短一段时间就终止了。后来又通过各种途径学习了写作、音乐方面的东西，都只能是皮毛，是真正的皮毛。
但这些都让我对这个东西有了新的认知，就像严方方说的“打开了新世界的大门”。很感谢这些经历，丰富了我的知识，让我在面对它们的时候不至于是一个无知的人。而这种对什么事情都能说上一句的感觉，或许连着我的快乐的神经，让我产生愉悦的感觉。于是，从小到大，我都乐于去接受新的事物。就像我喜欢看问答挑战节目，在对答题者产生敬佩感的同时get到以前不知道的知识；在很小的时候没事就去看中国地图世界地图，看地区国家的位置，长大一点学各种洋流、气候、土壤、植被等（嗯，其实如果没学生物，我可能就去学化学或者地理了）。
写到这里，发现其实我也不是对什么都乐于接受，比如我是怎么也不能理清历史上各种人物与其所处朝代发生的事情，考试考历史我都是一考完就忘。所以应该是乐于接受感兴趣的事物。在不断经历不断尝试的过程中，发现自己喜欢的事，并且为之倾洒热情。对于我喜欢的事物，我愿意付出全部的时间去完成，而对于不喜欢的，除非外力压迫而草草应付，否则就是弃之不顾。这样一个试错的过程中，发现自己兴趣爱好的同时也发现自我、认识自我、塑造自我，打造独一无二的自己。可能也是这样一种对事物认知的态度，让我对什么也不能说是精通，曾经也为这而有少许遗憾，但我自己还是知道，我是不可能在一件事情上专注很长一段时间甚至是一生的，又或许我只是还没有遇到让我能够一直保持热情的事物。这些喜欢与不喜欢、感兴趣与不感兴趣，全凭本人感性判断。之所以喜欢，可能是它们很对自己的气场，又或许是特定气场在某一偶然因素下被激发并不断强化，总之，总是可以看出它们之间的共同点的。我想要做一个有丰富经历的人，想要做一个看遍世界的人，这是一个很大的梦，也是一个持续一辈子的梦。
写到现在，太阳变得温柔了许多，我也该去看看今天的天是否也如昨天一样蓝，风是否如昨天一样带着时而清凉时而和暖的气息。（其实是去聚餐了——浪浪浪~）

看看外企怎样辞退员工：“放水养鱼”胜过“炒鱿鱼”
在辞退员工问题上，许多外企都持慎重态度，帮助员工成长，给下属改正错误的机会，是外资企业具有凝聚力的原因之一。
据一项最新调查显示，如今外企80%的“跳槽”者是主动辞职、另谋高就的，只有20%的人属于被原单位辞退。而这20%也决不都是外企“炒”的。正规的外国公司，“炒鱿鱼”是有“讲究”的。
IBM：不合格≠炒鱿鱼
据说，IBM中国有限公司每年都要进行一次绩效考核，考核结果分为一、二、三、四等，四等为不合格。若某位员工被评为四等，是不是就会马上被“炒”呢？不是的。对不合格的员工，IBM将做具体分析，是态度问题，还是能力问题？据此进行有针对性的帮助，并给予改正和提高的机会。IBM中国有限公司不能容忍员工犯两种错误：一是违法；二是违背职业道德。如果有人敢“越雷池一步”，那就只好请他“走人”了。
西门子：允许员工犯错误
西门子有这样一个口号：员工是企业内的企业家。
这句话不是空洞的。在西门子，员工有充分施展才华的机会，工作一段时间后，如果表现出色，都会被提升。即使本部没有空缺，也会安排到别的部门。优秀员工可以根据自己的能力和志向，设定自己的发展轨迹，一级一级地向前发展；对那些一时不能胜任工作的员工，西门子也不会将他们打入“另册”，而是在尽可能的情况下，换一个岗位，让他们试一试。许多时候，不称职的员工通过调整，找到了自己的位置，干得与别人一样出色。
朗讯：“放水养鱼”胜过“炒鱿鱼”
为了缩短员工能力和公司需求之间的差距，外资企业通常采取“放水养鱼”的方法，使员工迅速成长起来。
朗讯科技(中国)有限公司推行了这样的员工职业生涯规划：当一名新员工进入公司后，部门经理必定与他进行一次深入的长谈：来到本公司后，你对个人发展有何打算，一年之内要达到什么目标，3年之内要达到什么目标，为了实现目标，除个人努力外，需要公司提供什么样的帮助。在朗讯，这已成为一项滚动发展的制度，每到年末，部门经理都要和员工一起对照上一年的规划进行检查，制定下一年的规划。人力资源总监李剑波说，职业生涯规划不仅为员工架起了成长的阶梯，而且使公司的发展获得永不衰竭的能量。
