5）投诉信

投诉信是一种常见的公务信函，用以向某个机构的负责人表达自己对某一情况的不满。投诉信的重点在于具体说明投诉的缘由，一般还要提出解决方案。在陈述投诉的缘由时要有理有节，措辞客观，谦恭有礼，须知收信人是帮你解决问题的人，而并非肇事者。

投诉信的正文部分由三个段落组成，其功能分别为： 第一段：说明相关性；表明写信意图：投诉。第二段：详细陈述所投诉的问题。

第三段：表达希望问题得到迅速解决的心情。请看下例： Directions:

写投诉信时语气要冷静、郑重、克制，不必过于礼貌。但也要就事论事，不能进行人身攻击。同时，在描述问题时尽量采用被动句式，使描述更加客观合理。
