say, you can not change the environment, but can change their own;you can not change the facts, but can change attitudes;you can not change the past, but can be changed now;you can not control other people, but can be masters of our own;you can not do everything well, but can be conscientious in everything;you can not about the weather, but you can change the mood;you can not choose looks, but it can show a smile.Indeed, one key to the success lies in his(her)mind. The difference between successful people and the losers are: winners will be setbacks and difficulties due to personal ability, experience, imperfect, to emphasize the inherent, they are willing to continuously improve and develop the right direction;and the losers will blame on the opportunity, and the environment injustice, emphasizing external and uncontrollable factors that created the position of their life, they always complain, wait and give up!

In many cases, is a humble person who is looked down upon his own.Person's appearance, his family, and so a priori condition that can not be changed, but at least inner state, the spirit of the will is entirely their own control.Mentality, the final decision of life high. There is no absolute bad thing, only the mentality of the absolute poor people. If even the state of mind will not adjust, how they deal with things more complicated than the mentality of it!

No matter what the situation, a person's attitude is very important.Passion put to work, and numbness sluggish to work completely different.Emerson said: “A move toward their goals is always people who gave him the whole world to give way.” On the contrary, failure is not because we do not have the strength, but because we are susceptible to all around us, used to go along with the lack of assertive, attitude unstable, easily frustrated reason. As long as we believe that the strength of mind, change their attitude and courage to face a number of disappointments in life, do not despair, brave go on.I believe the power of mind, mind you're in the height of the final decision

A lesson of life

“everything happens for the best,”my mother said whenever I faced disappointment.“If you can carry on, one day something good will happen. And you'll realize that it wouldn't have happened if not for that previous disappointment.”

Mother was right, as I discovered after graduating from college in 1932.I had decided to try for a job in radio, then work my way up to sports announcer.I hitchhiked to Chicago and knocked on the door of every station-and got turned down every time.

In one studio, a kind lady told me that big stations couldn't risk hiring inexperienced person-“Go out in the sticks and find a small station that'll give you a chance,”she said.

I thumbed home to Dixon, Illinois. While them was no radio-announcing jobs in Dixon, my father sad Montgomery Ward had opened a store and wanted a local athlete to manage its sports department.Since Dixon was where I had played high school football, I applied. The job sounded just right for me.But I wasn't hired.

My disappointment must have shown.”Everything happens for the best,“ Mom reminded me.Dad offered me the car to job hunt.I tried WOC Radio in Davenport, Iowa. The program director, a wonderful Scotsman named Peter MacArthur, told me they had already hired an announcer.

As I left his office, my frustration boiled over.I asked a1oud,”How can a fellow get to be a sport announcer if he can't get a job in a radio station?“

I was waiting for the elevator when I heard MacArthur calling, “What was that you said about sports? Do you know anything about football?”Then he stood me before a microphone and asked me to broadcast an imaginary game.

On my way home, as I have many times since, I thought of my mother's words: “if you carry on, one day something good will happen.Something wouldn't have happened if not for that previous disappointment” I often wonder what direction my life might have taken if I’d gotten the job at Montgomery Ward.

Abundance is a life style, a way of living your life.It isn’t something you buy now and then or pull down from the cupboard, dust off and use once or twice, and then return to the cupboard.

Abundance is a philosophy;it appears in your physiology, your value system, and carries its own set of beliefs. You walk with it, sleep with it, bath with it, feel with it, and need to maintain and take care of it as well.

Abundance doesn’t always require money. Many people live with all that money can buy yet live empty inside.Abundance begins inside with some main self-ingredients, like love, care, kindness and gentleness, thoughtfulness and compassion.Abundance is a state of being. It radiates outward. It shines like the sun among the many moons in the world.

Being from the brightness of abundance doesn’t allow the darkness to appear or be in the path unless a choice to allow it to.The true state of abundance doesn’t have room for lies or games normally played. The space is too full of abundance. This may be a challenge because we still need to shine for other to see.

Abundance is seeing people for their gifts and not what they lack or could be.Seeing all things for their gifts and not what they lack.

Start by knowing what your abundances are, fill that space with you, and be fully present from that state of being.Your profession of choice is telling you of knowing and possibilities. That is their gift.Consultants and customer service professionals have the ministrative assistants and virtual assistants have an abundance of coordination and time management.Abundance is all around you, and all within.See what it is;love yourself for what it is, not what you’re missing, or what that can be better, but for what it is at this present moment.

Learning to trust in your own abundance is required. When you begin to be within your own space of abundance, whatever you need will appear whenever you need it.That’s just the way the higher powers set this universe up to work.Trust the universal energy. The knowing of it all will humble you to its power yet let the brightness of you shine everywhere it needs to.Just by being from a state of abundance, it is being you.

The Power of Words

The Power of Words

A group of frogs were traveling through the woods, and two of them fell into a deep pit. When the other frogs saw how deep the pit was, they told the two frogs that they were as good as dead. The two frogs ignored the comments and tried to jump up out of the pit with all their might. The other frogs kept telling them to stop, that they were as good as dead. Finally, one of the frogs took heed of what the other frogs were saying and gave up.He fell down and died.

The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could.Once again, the crowd of frogs yelled at him to stop the pain and just die.He jumped even harder and finally made it out. When he got out, the other frogs said, “Did you not hear us?” The frog explained to them that he was a little deaf.

He thought they were encouraging him the entire time.

This story teaches us two lessons:

1.There is power of life and death in the tongue. An encouraging word to someone who is down can lift them up and help them make it through the day.1,你的话有决定生死的力量。

2.A destructive word to someone who is down can be what it takes to kill them.2,而一句消极的话足以杀掉一个消沉的人。

Be careful of what you say.Speak life to those who cross your path. The power of words is sometimes hard to understand that an encouraging word can go such a long way.

Anyone can speak words that tend to rob another of the spirit to continue in difficult times.Special is the individual who will take the time to encourage another.

He was in the first third grade class I taught at Saint Mary's School in Morris, Minn. All 34 of my students were dear to me, but Mark Eklund was one in a million.Very neat in appearance, he had that happy-to-be-alive attitude that made even his occasional mischievousness delightful. Mark often talked incessantly.I had to remind him again and again that talking without permission was not acceptable. What impressed me so much, though, was his sincere response every time I had to correct him for

misbehaving.“Thank you for correcting me, Sister!” I didn't know what to make of it at first, but before long I became accustomed to hearing it many times a day.

One morning my patience was growing thin when Mark talked once too often, and then I made a novice-teacher's mistake.I looked at him and said, “If you say one more word, I am going to tape your mouth shut!”

It wasn't ten seconds later when Chuck, another student, blurted out, “Mark is talking again.” I hadn't asked any of the students to help me watch Mark, but since I had stated the punishment in front of the class, I had to act on it.

I remember the scene as if it had occurred this morning.I walked to my desk, very deliberately opened my drawer and took out a roll of masking tape.Without saying a word, I proceeded to Mark's desk, tore off two pieces of tape and made a big X with them over his mouth.I then returned to the front of the room.As I glanced at Mark to see how he was doing, he winked at me.When I

walked back to Mark's desk and removed the tape, his first words were, “Thank you for correcting me, Sister.”

One Friday, I asked the students to list the names of the other students in the room on two sheets of paper, leaving a space between each name. Then I told them to think of the nicest thing they could say about each of their

classmates and write it down.It took the remainder of the class period to finish the assignment, and as the students left the room, each one handed me the paper.

That Saturday, I wrote down the name of each student on a separate sheet of paper, and I listed what everyone else had said about that individual. On Monday I gave each student his or her list. Before long, the entire class was smiling.“Really?” I heard the whispers.“I never knew that meant anything to anyone!” “I didn't know others liked me so much!” Then Mark said, “Thank you for teaching me, Sister.”

No one ever mentioned those pieces of paper in class again.I never knew if they discussed them after class or with their parents.

Soon I was asked to teach junior-high math. The years flew by, and before I knew it Mark was in my classroom again. He was more handsome and more polite than ever.Maybe since he had to listen carefully to my instruction in the “new math”, he did not talk as much in the ninth grade as he had in the third.

That group of students moved on.[cn]

Several years later, after I returned from vacation, my parents met me at the airport.Mother gave Dad a side-ways glance and simply said, “Dad?” My father cleared his throat as he usually did before saying something important.“The Eklunds called last night,” he began.“Really?” I said.“I haven't heard from them in years.I wonder how Mark is.” Dad responded quietly.“Mark was killed in Vietnam,” he said.“The funeral is tomorrow, and his parents would like it if you could attend.”

I had never seen a serviceman in a military coffin before.Mark looked so handsome, so mature. After the funeral, Mark's mother and father found me.“We want to show you something,” his father said.“They found this on Mark when he was killed. We thought you might recognize it.” Opening a billfold, he carefully removed two worn and frazzled pieces of notebook paper that had obviously been taped, folded and refolded many times.I knew without looking that the pieces of paper were the ones on which I had listed all the good things that Mark's classmates had said about him.“Thank you so much for doing that.” Mark's mother said.“As you can see, Mark behaved better and better at school. It's all because of you and your list.”

Mark's classmates started to gather around us.Charlie smiled rather sheepishly and said, “I still have my list. It's in the top drawer of my desk at home.” Chuck's wife said, “Chuck asked me to put this in our wedding album.” “I have mine too,” Marilyn said.“It's in my diary.” Then Vicki, another

classmate, reached into her pocketbook, took out her wallet and showed her worn list to the group.“I carry this with me at all times,” Vicki said without batting an eyelash.“I think we all saved our lists.”

That's when I finally sat down and cried.

Sometimes the smallest things could mean the most to others. The

density of people in society is so thick that we forget life will end one day and we don't know when that one day will be.Compliment the people you love and care about, before it is too late.
