在这一年里，班内多次组织对“九项原则”、“六大禁令”的学习与讨论，找出自身的不足，共同学习进步。通过这一年的学习，班组未发生一起安全事故事件，没有违章违纪行为。

二、夯实基础——“清洁型”班组

从班组实际出发，从每一个细节入手，首先加强班组及岗位安全防护用品和日常用品的规范摆放，做到物品摆放有序，环境整洁美观。

一年一度的五型班组创建活动正在有条不紊的进行，作为第一批被公司评为五型班组的刘伟班为了做到更好结合近几年来公司的发展壮大和各个层次不断的提高本班全体成员也在积极的努力，做到有则改之无则加勉，发扬本班的光荣传统。

一、近几年由于生产需要装置改造和人员也有许多变更，在此期间结合自身的不足，积极主动的学习和新氨压机流程，在学习中发现问题及时汇报并进行整改，新来的员工在很短的时间内能独立上岗。

二、遵章守纪、尽职尽责、认真执行厂规厂法，及车间工段的纪律要求。本班在历次劳动纪律大检查中未发现一名员工违纪现象。发现有不精神的同志也能主动去提醒甚至与其聊天并带到生产操作中来，都能以饱满的精神状态完成自己的工作任务。

三、在日常生产工作中克忠职守，对安全生产无一疏漏，牢记安全第一、以人为本，对待每一项首先想的是安全。对本班人员及新来的同志进行经常性空气呼吸器的佩戴，本班全体员工经常进行反事故演练；各个对装置的有毒有害气体了如指掌。无论做什么工作首先通知班长，经再三思考后才进行，做到先安全后生产，不安全不生产的原则。

四、清洁生产，节能降耗，注意日常工作中的环境卫生情况，没有一个好的卫生环境就不能保障安全生产，如门前卫生，操作间的电脑台、地面以及施工现场的卫生，经常组织班中人员进行清理工作，做到桌上摆放整齐，地面光洁无杂物，以及对加药间的清理，为职工创造一个舒心的工作环境。

五、班中人与人之间互相帮助，和谐有爱。如在新来员工的学习上和个人问题上都主动去询问与帮助，做到一方有难八方支援。从没有人打架骂人的现象，使班中的气氛有家一样感觉心里暖暖的以便自己在岗位上更好的工作与学习。
