这两例咨询信语言朴实，自然，将所要回答的问题具体、毫不含糊其辞地表达了出来，便于收信人对问题做出及时、正确的答复。另外一个共同点是每则咨询信都只是提出了一个具体问题恳请答复。例文一是代亲友就一些具体政策手续向有关部门写信咨询的；范文二是一位迷惘的女孩因感情问题向自己信赖的人寻求帮助的咨询信。范文一最大的特点是简明扼要地交待缘由，提出具体问题并不失礼节地“请拨冗予答复为盼”。范文二由于它不同于范文一对有关政策的咨询，又是一位迷惘陷入困境的女孩发出的求助信，其真情实感蕴寓其中，让人们在了解女孩境况的同时对其也充满了同情。相信善良的人们一定会热心帮助她摆脱困境重获新生的。当然行文中这位女孩把自己的问题如实地向对方提出来，交待清楚自己陷入感情漩涡的起因、状况、现状等，有利于对方对症下药，提供及时有效的帮助。这便是这篇范文的成功之处。还有，范文一在结尾处交待了联系地址，如“郑州市金水路××号××上”。范文二则不同。一般来说，咨询信的格式还是比较灵活的，视具体情况而定。

咨询信

咨询信指的是用于了解信息、资料和情况等等的信件。写咨询信要注意以下几个问题：

首先，从措辞上来讲，一定要有礼貌，要比较客气地说清楚你想了解什么或者有什么要求。

其次，所提的问题一定要具体、明确，不能含糊其辞，否则会让对方感到无从回答。

然后，如果同时有好几个问题需要对方回答，可以考虑分段写；如果问题比较简单，则无需分段，但一定要将每个问题分别写清楚。

最后，一定要记得在信中向对方表示感谢。

写咨询信的时候，一般分三个部分来写。首先说明自己的情况，写咨询信的目的；第二步讲明自己要咨询的问题，要简洁明晰；在新的结尾要向对方表示感谢。此外，记得要注明联系地址与电话，以便对方答复。
