一、课文简介：
本课题目是“圣诞节”，是一篇阅读文章。本课围绕庆贺节日的话题展开各项语言活动，其主要交际功能项目为圣诞节和新年的节日问候。英语新课程标准中要求学生掌握的表达祝愿及问答的日常用语大部分在本课都有所体现。本课介绍了西方国家庆祝圣诞活动、圣诞老人的故事以及基督精神。学生通过学习，掌握有关圣诞节的词汇，了解西方国家的“圣诞文化”，加深对基督精神的理解，并能向别人介绍圣诞节。
二、学生分析：
初三学生经过两年的初中英语学习，有了初步的阅读能力，能借助于词典正确理解课文，庆祝圣诞情况也略知一二。他们也有能力通过网络查询有关信息。此阶段的学生还具有较强的“自我”发展意识，对具有一定知识性及历史背景的语言材料表现出浓厚的兴趣。
三、教学目标及对应的课程标准： 1.语言知识目标：
学生能够根据音标正确读出、记住kind-hearted等14个单词，了解它们的词性、语法功能及体现于词汇中特殊的文化含义；掌握even though等15个词组的用法，会使用这些词汇描述圣诞节庆祝活动，会正确使用近义词。2.语言技能目标：
听：能听懂本课录音，并回答有关问题。说：能正确描述有关圣诞活动。
读：能读懂难易程度与课文相当的短文。写：能以圣诞为题写一篇100字的短文。3.情感态度目标：
具有积极向上的学习态度，乐于进行小组合作，不懂不会之处，主动寻求帮助，积极举手回答问题，积极探究问题，不断提高学习英语的积极性和自信心。4.学习策略：

“圣诞”是西方文化的奠基。了解“圣诞”有助于学好英语并理解西方文化。通过本课的学习，学生了解西方文化及基督精神，让“It’s better to give than to receive.”溶入学生的思想中，并在提高语言能力和交际能力的同时，提高跨文化交际能力。
四、教学重点： 1.词汇：

too前加not, never,表示肯定，例：You are never too old to learn.六、教学理念： 英语新课程标准提出“将学生的发展作为英语课程的出发点和归宿”，制定了“知识与技能、过程与方法、情感与价值观三位一体”的课程功能，旨在帮助学生掌握学习英语的方法，培养他们终身学习的能力，这充分体现了“以人为本”的教育理念。英语教学应创设一种互动的、开放创新的教学关系。教师不仅仅是传授语言知识，而是学生语言技能的培养者，个性发展的辅助者，学习的指导者。师生共享信息，共同欣赏文章，共同了解异国文化，彼此交流感受与观念，实现教学互长，共同发展。在教学中，教师要关注学生的情感态度，要激发学生学习英语的兴趣及探究精神，要帮助学生形成有效的学习方法，关注学生的个体差异，帮助学生构建积极向上的健康的文化知识。
七、教学方式： 采用个人阅读、小组讨论、回答问题寻找难点、讨论解决、教师补充讲解的方法。学生在教学过程中始终处于主体地位，是学习的参与者，通过感知、体验、实践、参与与合作实现任务目标；教师是协助者、调控者。教师在教学过程中注意观察学生的表现，是否积极学习，积极参加小组讨论，积极举手发言，参与语言活动。对于积极的学生给予表扬与鼓励，对于性格内向的学生也要为他们创造练习的机会，鼓励他们大胆参与语言实践。

为使课堂教学生动活泼，需采用多媒体制作课件，包括图片、重点词组、难点讲解和巩固练习。

一、原始课例
回顾我们一年多的教学实践，又认真观摩了多节新教材的研讨课，我们发现虽然使用了新教材，但在Speaking教学过程中仍受传统模式的干扰。导致学生在“说”课堂上动口，动脑意识不强。那么教师如何设计 “Speaking”的教学，使得课堂气氛活跃，让学生真正成为教学主体，在教学过程中确确实实地“动”起来就成为我们研究的主要内容。活动内容: 通过本模块的学习，学生可以学会表达自己的感觉和印象。
话题背景：本模块以感觉与印象为话题, 内容主要是谈论对食物等的感觉、评论以及对人的印象等。了解表感觉和知觉的系动词的用法；了解英国女孩 Sally的情感态度和喜好，很符合学生的兴趣，语言实践活动比较好开展。学生可以围绕这一话题进行大量的听、说、读、写方面的语言实践活动。阅读的重点在于理解，在此基础上学会一些描述人长相和性格的表达方式，包括句式和一些形容词。
教学目的：通过谈论感觉与印象训练学生的听、说、读、写能力，掌握使用表感觉和知觉 系动词和系表结构,养成正确表达感觉与印象的能力。
教学重点：1.能正确使用表感觉和知觉的系动词：sound, smell, look, taste, feel;掌握句子的系表结构：link verb+adj.2.能够对食物的味道、人的印象等进行评论。教学难点：

二、活动设计
活动1：Describe things 说明：先选一位同学为主持人，描述出某一物体的特征，其他同学猜。猜正确的那位同学就是下一场比赛的主持人。
活动2：Message collection 说明：四人小组活动。第一个同学先想出一样描述的物品，然后用一句话描述出来，第二个同学先重复第一个同学的话，接着再说一句。依次类推。
活动3：挑战解说员
说明：课前教师先准备好写有各种物体名称的小卡片若干，由一位同学上台随机抽选卡片，并将卡片上所写物体用It looks/ sounds/ smells/ tastes/ feels…等描述出来，若其他同学能猜出这样物品则为挑战成功，否则挑战失败。

一、本节课整体教学良好，教学步骤清晰，教学环节衔接自然，课堂组织好，能充分调动学生的积极性，激发学生讨论的兴趣。师生互动，体现了以学生为主体，教师为主导的新的教学理念，但在课堂活动顺序的安排上有不足之处，应先让学生熟悉话题内容及各自角色，在进行讨论，完成句子最后编出自己的对话。

二、学生讨论的话题和焦点不明确，设计的话题范围过大，课堂看似热闹，但收效甚微，这样的讨论浮于语言文字的表达，学生缺少对内容内涵的深入挖掘。教师仅是设了融洽的课堂气氛，没有更好的引导学生发挥想象力，设计出真实的情景对话。

三、讨论激烈，但各小组汇报的主要观点极为相似。这些雷同或重复的报告既浪费了大量的课堂时间，又缺乏创造性和新颖性，从而使学生对讨论渐渐失去了兴趣。小组内的学生基本上都能参与讨论，但小组活动中又出现了英语学习的“强者”挖掘着大部分话语的现象。讨论时老是那几组讲，其他学生仅仅听。

四、本节课教学设计很好,教学构思新颖,严谨,教学组织严密,思路清晰,话题明确,能够充分调动学生的积极性,激发学生讨论的兴趣。本节课真正体现了以学生为主体、老师为主导的新的教学理念。但是,从学生做的对话我们能够发现,学生都是千篇一律,给出的原因没有新颖之处,且好些学生还是做不出来,没有话可说。

五、本节课教学整体情况良好，分组讨论激发了学生的学习兴趣，体现了教学以学生为体的教学内容。使每个学生都能积极的参与到教学活动中。但是课文中一些角色对于我们北方学生比较陌生（Rice farmer, Sugarcane farmer）所以我们可以结合我们的情况如（Vegetable farmer, Fruit farmer）一些我们学生比较熟悉的话题。可能更宜激发学生的兴趣。同时结合Warming-up中的内容和我们Unit13 Healthy Eating的内容我们可知人们的饮食习惯发生了巨大的变化。给出学生提示。所以农民也是根据市场变化来科学、经济种田。给出学生这些提示。然后让学生根据这些情况讨论。进行比赛。

六、本节课谈论的话题“耕地的使用”，学生们都比较熟悉,因为他们都生长在农村,对于这个话题, 他们都有热情,应该尽量让每个学生都发言,作为老师,同时应该把学生可能使用的单词和词组写在黑板上,便于学生利用,提高学生的口语水平.评课
七、本节课虽然讨论热烈,但缺少教师的指导及情景介绍,容易使学生的即兴发言变成没有深度与内涵的语言表述.我还发现,这样的讨论看似热烈,却体现不出学生之间思想火花的碰撞或语言水平的长进,即使对于学习好的学生,教师也应该履行好其管理者与资源提供者的职责,并随时关注讨论活动的进展,适时反思并进行教学.评课
八、教师在课堂上的主要任务之一就是帮助学生从依赖性学习转向自主性学习.但是,我们不能片面的追求学生在讨论过程中的完全自主,有些学生在小组讨论时常用母语交流;有些小组把讨论变成了闲聊;有些学生讨论时态度不积极.所以,本节课的讨论活动从
表面上看似乎充分体现了学生的主体地位,但实际上经过一节课的讨论,学生并没有任何提高.指导教师点评：
点评
一、本节课的教学内容是speaking,它属于任务型的课堂教学。这节课突出了教学重点，也突破了教学难点，难能可贵的是课堂组织好，能充分调动学生的积极性，使大部分学生都能参与进来，有张口说话的机会，这是大班额背景下课堂教学的好表现，也体现了以学生为主体，教师为主导的新的教学理念，较顺利地完成了教学任务，这一点应在以后的教学中坚持下去。这节课也有一些不足之处，主要有以下三点：1.教学思路不够清晰,教学过程的步骤顺序安排不当，先让学生熟悉话题内容及各自角色，然后填充句子空白,再进行讨论，最后编出自己的对话。2.在学生的对话表演中,学生对Useful expressions的使用不是很好,因此，要让学生先熟悉Useful expressions, 再进行讨论。3.没能让大量学生进行课堂表演，这样可能会使一些懒于开口的学生养成长期不发言的习惯。
点评二、一节课应该使学生学有所获,而不是乱喊一堂。这节课的目的是让学生通过讨论学会对提出建议和做出决定的一些英语表达用语的使用，所以，在每个学生的发言中都应该尽多的使用本课这些词语，这样，我们就做到了既训练了学生的口语，又能使课堂重点突出。我建议先组织学生学习Useful expressions，再提出讨论内容，让学生编对话。
四、反思，总结：
学生积极参与话题讨论，在表达自己观点的活动中运用了所学语言，从而取得了较好的教学效果。经过课后反思，笔者认为该活动取得成功的主要原因是：
1)结合学生所学的内容，以发生在学生周围的一段与现实生活紧密相连的时事为背景材料为话题导课，容易激发学生的兴趣。
2)分角色进行讨论，各自表达不同的观点，听取其他人的建议，体现了全员参与的理念。3)采取这种话题讨论的方式，有利于学生学会发表自己的看法并听别人的意见，也有利于培养学生的发散性思维能力。
4）重视过程性和开放性的讨论，关注学生的实际学习效果。笔者实施小组合作讨论学习虽然不到一年时间，但也深刻体会到：课堂观察是无止境的，应贯穿于教学活动的始终。教师应用敏锐的职业眼光，捕捉课堂中的各种现象，不断反思自己的教学行为。成功的教学案例是宝贵的，而不成功的教学案例也值得珍视与斟酌。只有这样，教师才能在较高水准下更好的运用小组讨论的教学模式。
第三篇：初中英语课点评
1.目标明确，重、难点把握准确，知识主线提炼精确。
2.教学设计体现了“听说课”的教学模式，从复习热身、感知体验、强化巩固到语言应用，设计的思路清晰，步骤明确，体现了“层层递进”的教学原则。
3.设计的流程遵循了学生的认知规律，由感知体验到语言应用，注重了知识获取，能力形成的学习过程。
4.能够突出学生的主体地位，面向全体，每个学生有任务，且每个学生都有展示的机会。
5.通过小组间的合作，引导学生进行自主、探究学习，敢于质疑，善于解惑，学会总结，大胆评价。
6.教学效果良好，学生参与面广，参与机会多，参与的积极性高涨，兴趣浓，知识与能力、过程与方法、情感态度价值观得到了很好的落实。
纵观本节课，教师对教材的把握老道，教学目标定位准确；教学环节设计丝丝入扣、层层推进；听说读写训练全面、透彻；教师教学方式灵活多样，既活泼，又实用；教学活动设计面向全体学生，学生积极主动参与，主动发展。教师的教学风格已形成鲜明的特点：口头训练领先、读写及时跟进的原则贯穿始终。
建议：
1、教师再多增加一些让学生展示的机会，以便进一步增强学生的自信心、提高其积极性，进而获得成就感；
2、教师应进一步锤炼自己的课堂语言，从而使课堂教学可以更加流畅地进行。复习课课堂教学实录
在本节初三复习课上，该教师的课堂教学活动不再拘泥于对词语和课文的理解、背诵，而是把大量的时间花在对所学知识的运用上，用本单元的词、短语、句式等进行口、笔头造句和作文。采用的形式也丰富多样。从听、说、读、写等方面进行全方位的训练与提高。因此学生的综合语言运用能力得以提升。由于给学生提供了很多口头表达、对话交流的场景，这对学生的心理素质、表达的胆量、趣味的提升、成就感自信心的形成大有裨益。但本节课仍有极少部分同学处于“静观其变、不以为然、不为所动”的状态，似乎教学中热烈的语言交融与己无关。因此，教师在组织课堂教学活动中还要多关注这些英语学习中的“弱势群体”，做到个个能张口，人人能表达，真正实现面向全体，人尽其能的民主和谐、活泼紧张的创新课堂。

桑干家老师的这一堂课是一堂清晰实在，扎实系统，动静结合的英语课。教师以新的课程理念为指导，充分考虑了学生这一年龄阶段的特点，在本课的教学设计和组织上注重了以下几个方面。
1、游戏导入，充分调动起学生兴趣。良好的开头对一堂课的成功与否，起着关键的作用。本堂课一开始，教师就用tpr活动导入新课，使学生的注意力在最短的时间里，被激活。接着教师利用游戏引出新词教学，自然有效。
2、关注教学方法，体现了一个活字。
教师的教学方法灵活，新单词呈现形式多样。应该说整堂课中，教师在引入新词时，都是比较新颖而又自然，而且具有生活化的。教师还注意利用实物，图片，卡片，身体语言，表情动作等作为教学资源，创设讲解，操练和运用英语的情景。桑老师能贯彻以学生为中心的原则，关注教学过程，尽可能发挥学生的主体作用，让学生真实的去感受知识，体验知识，积极参与，努力实践，在活动中学会用语言表达交流，较好的体现了从不懂到懂，从不会到会，从不熟练到熟练的过程。
3、教学活动的设计丰富多彩，有效，训练方式多样，有全班活动，师生互动，小组活动，双人活动，个人活动等，在活动中突破难点，在活动中发展能力。
教师为了巩固本课的内容，精心设计了多个活动:有歌曲，谜语，游戏，内容非常丰富不但使单词、句型的操练面广，练习次数多，而且还调动了每一个学生的参与热情。将热闹的形式与有效的语言实践有机结合。
在英语课中，活动的设计和开展还应该有利于学生学习英语知识，发展语言技能，从而提高学生的综合运用语言的能力。英语课堂的活动应该以语言运用为落脚点，本堂课上，桑老师很好的贯彻了:在用中学，学中用，学用结合，学以致用的原则。同时体现了以学生为主体，教师为主导的新课程理念。在这样的一个学习过程中，学习者处于相对自然的态势，不断的在习得和使用语言，学和用每分每秒都和谐的交织在一起。
本课中值得探讨的地方:
1、本堂课中，老师在布置任务前或句型操练前，未能起到很好的示范作用，导致学生操练时场面有些混乱。
2、教师语言不是很丰富。其实这也是我们较多老师的一个毛病。我们说当我们老师有足够多的input（输入）的时候，学生才能有output（输入）。这可能就需要我们老师平时多多进行阅读,丰富自己的课外知识。

评俞春娟老师的课：（俞月红、高微微）
1.俞老师的教学基本功扎实，课堂设计独特新颖，教学目标明确，重点突出，课堂气氛活跃，学生积极参与，圆满的完成了教学任务 2.俞老师非常关注学生读音标的能力，每个单词都一个个音节地教，非常扎实，学生的读音也比较好，朗读课文很流畅。本节课从三大城市的基本信息入手，由浅入深地解析城市的方位，人口，习俗等。学生学习的积极性很高，课堂气氛活跃，师生配合默契。
评俞月红老师的课（高微微、俞春娟）
1.她先带领学生复习了三大城市上海，曼谷和东京的方位，人口，习俗等信息，引出洛杉矶进入新课时学习。此环节不仅复习了已授内容，而且新课时的导出也较自然。课内，俞老师采取不同的形式如回答问题，对话等，学生学习的积极性很高涨。本节课内容充分，形式多样，学生很有收获。
2.俞老师在教学过程中，不过早地出现结论，肯花时间让学生对新语法知识进行深入的探讨，保证学生有足够的探究时间和体验的机会。

1、高老师和蔼可亲，基本功扎实，教学严谨，教学目的明确，课堂环节设计合理，兼顾到各个层次学生的能力。

教学目标与教学内容方面，吴老师通过对课标、教材以及学情的认真分析确定了本课的三维目标。教学目标完整、准确且科学性强。在读前，老师用PPT展示图片（即4个身材匀称，笑容灿烂的明星）并询问学生这些明星是否Looking Good.学生豪不犹豫的给出了肯定的回答，但其实他们已经暴露了大众“以瘦为美”的审美偏差。当然此时老师并没有指明这种偏差。而是继续深入，从“人为什么会变胖？”和“如何减肥”方面启发学生进行讨论。此时，学生已经能大致了解到本堂课的主题。但并没有发现老师已经在为后面揭示正确的审美观及健康观做了铺垫。单是一个导入，已经能够看出老师设计的缜密心思。到了读中，老师启发学生猜测题意，知道学法。第一封E-mail从指导读法，到引导归纳填表，再到帮助学生复述。期间通过结构式PPT图片设计拉出知识层次，帮助学生大胆开口表达，树立信心。第二篇E-mail采用精读教学，着重细节阅读，从更细的方面进行归纳总结，提升对学生能力的要求。第三篇E-mail采用问答法，通过老师提问推动阅读。此时学生回答已经不再有任何帮助，他们必须通过阅读前两篇E-mail学到的方法组织自己的语言进行回答。能力要求再次拔高，学生进行口头作文的训练。三篇阅读完成后，老师用练习进行巩固，题型直指高考，实用性强。最后，老师的教学由书本回归生活，再次展示一组与“读前”的“身材匀称，笑容灿烂”的明星完全不同的“身材肥胖，但笑容依然灿烂”的明星。首尾呼应，揭示“Feeling Good”比 “Looking Good”更重要的主题。学生的审美观和健康观在此时得到了升华。由此这堂课达到高潮，可谓非常精彩。
教学结构与教学方法方面，老师主要采用“链条式”的教学结构，层次分明，环环相扣，有始有终。以问答法和任务型教学法穿插教学。注重智能培养。不过，这样单一“链条式”的教学必须以学生精准的回答为前提。听课中我们不难发现，吴老师执教的这个班级中，语言能力较强的同学往往能近乎完美的命中目标答案，即使语言能力较弱的男同学，命中率也相当的高，这些都成为了老师顺利推动课堂进程的条件。所以，如果在更大的班级，或是学生语言能力水平差异较明显的班级。当学生说出的答案并非正确答案或靠近正确答案时。这种“链条式”结构如何发展下去就成了一个问题。在这一方面，执教老师并没有给出一个满意的回答。事实上，当有学生说出其他不一致的答案时，老师也只是一味强调标准答案，忽略不计。有时候还自己进行抢答。
