（二）期末考试安排的通知本学期大学英语
（二）期末考试时间为13周周六（2014年5月24日）和14周周日（2014年5月25日）上午，具体时间（第一场5月24日8:00-10:00，第二场5月24日10:20-12:20，第三场5月24日13:10-15:10，第四场5月24日15:30-17:30，第五场5月25日8:00-10:00，第六场5月25日10:20-12:20），17周周一（6月16日）上午第一场（8:00-10:00）为卓越班英语二考试。考试地点为云塘校区综合实验楼A区计算机中心机房。具体场次以及考场（名单）安排见附件。
考试注意事项
1．http://10.64.6.9:8000进入机考界面,证后六位数字，以“X”结尾的注意大小写；
2.关闭手机并将不得屏蔽机考屏幕界面上的照片以便监考老师核对身份；
3.考生须按照考场名单上规定的时间地点参加考试，未经主考许可，不得更换考场（如因设备故障或座位不够需在原考场及更换考场签名），否则考试成绩无效；
4.不得使用任何移动存储设备，否则作舞弊处理；
5.随身携带的书包与资料放在监考老师指定的地点；
6.如遇计算机故障，应举手示意并听从监考老师安排处理。

学金评选工作的通知
各学院：
根据国家财政部、教育部和湖南省财政厅、教育厅有关文件精神，学校将开展2012年国家奖学金、国家励志奖学金和国家助学金的评选工作。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、资金来源与适用范围
国家奖学金由中央政府出资设立，国家励志奖学金、国家助学金由中央政府和地方政府共同出资设立。国家奖学金、国家励志奖学金、国家助学金的奖励和资助对象为全日制本专科（含高职、第二学士学位）学生。
二、奖励资助标准与基本申请条件
（一）国家奖学金
奖励对象：在校生中二年级以上（含二年级）学习成绩和在校表现特别优秀的学生。
奖励标准：每人每年8000元。基本申请条件：
1.热爱社会主义祖国，拥护中国共产党的领导； 2.遵守宪法和法律，遵守学校规章制度； 3.诚实守信，道德品质优良；
4.在校期间学习成绩优异，上学年无不及格现象，综合测评在本专业排前10%；如排名在10-30%之间，则需在道德风尚、学术研究、学科竞赛、创新发明、社会实践、社会工作、体育竞赛、文艺比赛等某一方面表现非常突出（需提交详细的证明材料）。
5.在社会实践、创新能力、综合素质等各方面有突出表现。
（二）国家励志奖学金
奖励资助对象：国家励志奖学金用于奖励资助在校生中二年级以上（含二年级）家庭经济困难学生中成绩优秀的学生。
奖励资助标准：每人每年5000元。基本申请条件：
1.热爱社会主义祖国，拥护中国共产党的领导； 2.遵守宪法和法律，遵守学校规章制度； 3.诚实守信，道德品质优良；
4.在校期间学习成绩优秀，上学年无不及格现象，综合测评在本专业排前40％；
5.家庭经济困难，生活俭朴，并已建立家庭经济困难学生档案。
（三）国家助学金
资助对象：国家助学金主要用于资助在校生中家庭经济困难学生。学生学习成绩和在校表现可作为参考条件，不作为评选依据。
资助标准：一等国家助学金4000元/年，二等3000元/年，三等2000元/年。
基本申请条件：
1.热爱社会主义祖国，拥护中国共产党的领导； 2.遵守宪法和法律，遵守学校规章制度； 3.诚实守信，道德品质优良；
4.学习态度端正，勤奋学习，积极上进；
5.家庭经济困难，生活俭朴，并已建立家庭经济困难学生档案。
四、评选基本原则
1.国家奖学金、国家励志奖学金、国家助学金的评审坚持公开、公平、公正、择优、努力扩大受益面、充分发挥其激励作用和资助功能的基本原则。
2.学生可根据申请条件，按学年向学校提出申请（每学年一次，符合条件的学生可连续申请）。
3.在同一学年内获得国家奖学金的学生可以同时申请国家助学金，但不能同时申请国家励志奖学金；获得国家励志奖学金的学生可以同时申请国家助学金，但不能同时申请国家奖学金；获得国家助学金的学生可以同时申请国家奖学金或国家励志奖学金。
4.国家奖学金、国家励志奖学金、国家助学金的评审要按照《长沙理工大学奖（助）学金管理办法（试行）》（长理工大学[2008]46号）文件精神执行。
五、评选时间安排
（一）国家奖学金
10月15日-16日，各学院进行班级动员，学生本人向所在学院提交书面申请，填写《国家奖学金申请审批表》（含成绩单、获奖证书复印件等证明材料）。
10月17日—21日，各学院受理学生的申请材料，确定初选名单，在本学院学生集中的地方公示三个工作日，将学生资料录入系统，并将相关材料于10月21日前报送学生工作部学生事务管理办公室。具体报送材料包括：《国家奖学金申请审批表》（纸质版与电子版）一式两份，学生成绩单、获奖证书等相关证明材料复印件一份，《国家奖学金获奖学生初审名单表》（纸质版与电子版，纸质版须由副书记签字并加盖公章）。
10月22日—23日，学生工作部汇总材料，进行审核。
国家奖学金评审表、汇总表可到学生工作部网页下载中心下载。评审表必须正反双面打印，不得使用复印件，不得增加页数，不得更改表格的内容、格式，不得涂改或出现空白项（如该项无内容请使用斜杠标明）。推荐理由、院（系）意见及签名之处必须由相关负责人亲手签写，其他内容可以使用电脑输入。
（二）国家励志奖学金、国家助学金
10月15日—20日，各学院进行班级动员，学生本人向所在学院提交书面申请，填写《国家励志奖学金评审表》、《国家助学金申请审批表》。
10月21日—11月2日，各学院受理学生的申请材料，确定初选名单，在本学院学生集中的地方公示三个工作日，将学生资料录入系统，并将相关材料于11月2日下午5:30前报送学生工作部学生事务管理办公室。具体报送材料如下：
1.《国家励志奖学金申请评审表》（纸质版），《国家励志奖学金获奖学生建议名单表》（纸质版与电子版，纸质版须由副书记签字并加盖公章）；
2.《国家助学金申请审批表》（纸质版）、《国家助学金受资助学生建议名单表》（纸质版与电子版，纸质版须由副书记签字并加盖公章）。
11月3日—8日，学生工作部汇总材料，进行审核。
国家励志奖学金、国家助学金评审表、汇总表可到学生工作部网页下载中心下载。
六、发放办法
国家奖学金申请材料由学校报省教育厅审核后报教育部批复，国家励志奖学金、国家助学金由学校汇总后报省教育厅批复。获批复后，国家奖学金、国家励志奖学金一次性发放给学生，国家助学金分秋季学期、春季学期两次发放给学生。国家奖学金由教育部颁发国家统一印制的奖励证书，并记入学生档案。
