I once came across an American tourist.She said, “China has a history of five thousand years, but the US only has a history of 200 years.Five thousand years ago, China took the lead in the world, and now it is the US that is leading.”My heart was deeply touched by these words.It is true that we're still a developing nation, but it doesn't mean that we can despise(鄙视)ourselves.We have such a long-standing history, we have such abundant resources, we have such intelligent and diligent people, and we have enough to be proud of.We have reasons to say proudly： we are sure to take the lead in

工作总结

时光荏苒、岁月如梭，几年的时间很快过去了，从2005年大学毕业进入公司，安排到变电工程处从事变电项目资料管理工作，我在各位领导及同事们的关心与帮助下圆满的完成了各项工作，在思想觉悟方面有了更进一步的提高。现将这几年的总结汇报如下：

一、思想品德及职业道德方面

以共产党员的标准严格要求自己，遵纪守法，爱岗敬业，具有强烈的责任感和事业心，积极主动认真的学习专业知识，工作态度端正，认真负责。由于从事的专业与所读专业的不同，基建工作经验又少，自己从书籍、互联网、相关部门等多种渠道认真学习相关电力行业的规范文本、验收标准等送变电工程方面的各项法规政策、规范。通过学习这些资料、规范的执行这些建筑标准，在我项目部的基本建设管理过程中收到了良好的实效。

二、工作业绩及工作经验方面

最近3年，本人前后参加了以下几项工程：①海口玉晋110kV1#、2#线路改造工程；②昌江霸王岭35kV变电站二期扩建工程；③ 昌江昌城110kV输变电工程；④昌江十月田35kV变电站改造工程；⑤海口新琼110kV变电站增容改造工程等工程。脚踏实地工作，想尽一切办法完成领导交办任务。自从担任项目资料管理工作以来。因资料管理工作比较琐碎，但为了搞好工作，我不怕麻烦，向领导请教、向同事学习、自己摸索实践，在很短的时间内便熟悉了资料管理的工作，明确了工作的程序、方向，提高了工作能力，在具体的工作中形成了一个清晰的工作思路，能够顺利的开展工作并熟练圆满地完成本职工作。我本着“把工作做的更好”这样一个目标，开拓创新意识，总结出资料管理工作经验如下：

①做好本项目部工程的工程资料与工程进度同步，收集整理齐全工程前期的安全、质量、厂家等各种资料。

②凡涉及到工程的所有资料都应以图纸为依据

③必须和监理处好关系，凡有搞不明白的地方就去请教他们，尽量按监理的要求去做，确保资料签认的通过率

④在规定的时间里完成了竣工资料的收集和整理，并按要求合格的交付业主单位及公司工程部进行存档。

总之,资料工作从技术部、工程部到物资部甚至经营部一直渗透到项目部各个角落，各部门、人员各尽其责又相互制约、环环相扣，尤其是资料交圈性的要求，更像一条绳索将项目部所有资料相关部室、人员紧紧捆绑在起，这就要求所有资料相关人员必须步调一致，完美合作，坚决防止多诺米骨牌效应的发生。孤掌难鸣，强有力的领导及制度是硬件保证，具有高素质及优秀业务水平的员工是软件保证，两者兼具才能塑造一个攻无不克，战无不胜的优秀团队，优秀团队才能干出一流的工作。

三、专业技能学习方面

在工作期间，本人先后过二级建造师考试、进网电工作业许可证高压类、资料员岗位证等。

专业的知识的学习是必不可缺少的，只有有效将理论与实践相结合才能使自己成为一个合格专业的人才。

四、存在不足及今后的工作思路

从事质量、安全、厂家资料的收集和整理这几年来，常常感受到工作的繁忙、责任的重大；大事、小事压在身上，往往重视了这头，却忽略了那头，没能全方位地进行系统地工作。没有足够地学懂各种规范，导致在进行资料的填写时出现漏洞，这样虽不能影响工程质量、安全质量的验收，但总觉得自己没有做好，希望在今后工作中自己将努力做到更好。

通过总结多年来的工作，找出工作中的不足，以便在以后的工作中加以克服，同时还需要多看书，认真学习好规范规程及有关文件资料，掌握好专业知识 提高自己的工作能力，加强工作责任感，及时做好个人的各项工作。

总之，在今后的工作中，我将不断地鞭策自己并充实能量，提高自身素质与专业知识水平，以适应时代和企业的发展，成长为一名优秀的电力工作者。

一． 社团目的：

传授棋类理论知识以及举行棋类比赛，提高棋艺；促进同学之间的交流；丰富大学生生活；领悟棋理，提高思考高度、广度、深度以及创新能力。

二． 棋种分类：

中国象棋社——这里有车来车往，骏马奔腾，炮声隆隆，兵来将挡的王者争霸。你可以在楚河汉界之间尽情厮杀，展现你逐鹿天下的王者风度。

棋

社——在方寸之间突显你的聪慧绝伦，在争锋之中寻觅你的人生知己。运筹帷幄于手，决胜于千里之外。

军

棋

社——千军万马由你摆布，万水千山任你纵横，轰轰烈烈地拼一次吧！赛棋也是赛人生！

五子 棋 社——初学貌似简单，规则却也不甚难，待到高手对阵时，如见迷雾锁深山。才悟见：五子也难连一线！

三． 棋社活动：

1、交流会——每周日利用周末举办小型交流赛，以娱乐为主，竞赛为辅，提供棋类知识传授，是以棋会友的最好体现形式。

2、大型比赛——每月举办各社大型比赛，主要目的是促进校园棋文化氛围的发展，丰富校园文化生活，在对弈中不断进步，领悟人生道理。

3、校际交流——积极联系各大高校的棋类社团，举办友谊赛，促进各高校同学们之间的棋艺交流，给大家一个更大的以棋交友的平台。

4、高校联赛——作为一个发展中的社团，政宇棋社将积极联系其他高校间的各种棋类比赛。我们为我校的众多棋类高手提供一个一展才华的机会。

四． 社团意义：

1.传承棋类文化，丰富大学生业余生活，使大学生能投其所好，学到自己想学的棋艺。

2.棋类的提高不仅仅影响同学的表象棋类技能，而且还能加深学生的素质、内涵、心智等各方面能力。

3.通过棋类学习生活和各类棋种的比赛，让同学们在互动中学习、在互动中成长，使同学们的大学课余生活丰富多彩。

五． 社团主要成员简介：

社长：王政琪

王政琪，08级人文科学系 汉语言专业。从4岁起开始学习围棋棋艺，启蒙老师王旭东，曾为所在大学围棋冠军。家中棋风浓厚，与长辈多年切磋，颇

有造诣。在高中时期，曾被同学誉为五子棋中的棋魔，其他棋类多有涉猎，略知一二。

副社长：王佰宇

王佰宇，09级人文科学系 法学专业。酷爱军棋、象棋，具有较高的学习能力，对于棋类有较强的领悟能力，在多次与社长的棋类讨论中都有自己的独到见解。从初中时期开始涉及各种棋类的竞技。
