针对主张的谬误

(1)含混笼统的谬误：语词或概念的意义模糊暧昧。

如P.379所谓的“真正意义上的经济学家”，这个概念是如何界定的？ 如P.377所谓的“中国将承担A350飞机5%的设计和制造工作”，5%的概念同样界定不清。

(2)混淆概念：把不同的概念当作同一概念来使用。

如P。374关于公关的论述。

文革中这样的表述：你在外国有亲戚，你就是里通外国，就是特务和汉奸。

(3)分解的谬误：将集合体或整体的意义分配给所属的个体或部分。如P。374关于公关的论述。由中国市场总的营业额的增长推算出每家公司的增长。

政府法例规定，行走此公路的汽车最高时速为七十公里。所以即使载着快要生产的产妇，亦不可开得快过七十公里。

(4)合成的谬误：将个体或部分的意义归于由它所组成的集合体或整体。有这样一份材料：两年前，兰州一家家族企业发展到一定规模后即寻求上市，从外部聘请了一名总经理。不料没多久，上亿元的资产被总经理偷偷转移一空。由此在私营企业界总结出了 一个“忠诚比能干更加重要”的用人标准，并据此断定：家族化管理体制还是有优势的，还是自己人管理自己企业好。

我们准许濒死的病人注射海洛英，基于人人平等，也应让其它人注射海洛英。

(5)熏鲱的谬误：通过引入一个不相干的问题来转移论题。

本意是在逃避猎犬追踪时，用一条熏过的鲱鱼来引开猎犬，使其不循迹追寻。通过引入一个新的和不相干的话题，以转移对方对实际问题的注意力。

太太：如果你不是在卧室里而是到外面去抽烟的话，这不是更好吗？ 先生：吸二手烟并不比吸每天早上停在我们大门口空转的小卡车排出的柴油味更糟。有一次那种气味弄得我非常难受，差点要上医院急救了。

是的。柴油味是有害的，但问题在于，出去抽烟是否对其他人来说更好，而不是柴油味是否比抽二手烟更糟。

(6)稻草人的谬误：虚构或者歪曲对方的主张。

中国社会科学院人口所所长蔡日方曾经这样表述：“如果整体工资水平上涨太快，甚至持续超过经济增长的速度，找工作就会越来越难，有可能导致整个国家人均收入水平无法提高，或者提高得慢，而且收入差距也会拉大。”

有位读者是这样反驳的：“按其逻辑，是不是在用工量最大的珠三角地区，12年来农民工工资只涨68元已经很正常了？或者，目前，4．5甚至5比1的基尼系数所表现出来的贫富差距还不够大？”。

这个“归谬”有什么问题吗？应该注意到，被反驳的观点是一个有条件的判断（“如果„„有可能„„”），说明这个论题适用的范围是有限的，在一定条件下和在一定程度上才成立。而反驳者则把对方的条件忽略了，他所推出的两个结论，不是从对方有条件的判断中推出来的，而是从一个已经被绝对化了的论题中跳跃地推出来的，实际上已是另外两个具体的论题———比作者真正要反驳的观点要更容易反驳的论题。这在逻辑学上叫做转移论题。他提出更容易反驳的新的论题，在逻辑学上叫作“稻草人谬误”———等于换了一个靶子。

又如：“进化论者认为所有事物都是随机的。”

（大部份进化论者认为，在自然选择的解释下，可能包括偶发的成份，但并非全然依靠随机。）

又如：进化论说人是由猩猩演化而来。

（进化论只是说人和猩猩有共同祖先。）

(7)反唇相讥：引用对方的过错来逃避对己方的批评。

妈妈：儿子，不许你这么跟我说话。我可是你的妈妈。

儿子：可是，妈妈，你又是怎样跟外婆说话的呢？

(8)不一致的谬误：不一致的问题；不一致的主张。自打嘴巴、自相冲突、自我推翻

“拔尖”有两个意思：一是出众，超出一般;二是突出个人，出风头。“冒尖”则有四个意识：一是装满而且稍高出容器;二是稍稍超过一定的数量;三是突出;四是露出苗头。“拔尖”和“冒尖”二者似乎相差不大，强调的都是突出、出众的意思。但是只要稍微对两个词做以思考，不难发现，二者的区别不在于“尖”，而在于前面那个动词。也就是说，那个“尖”是如何出来的?这才是问题的关键。

我们经常说拔尖创新人才，但是却没有对拔尖创新人才做清晰的界定。这一点，如果单独说拔尖人才，不会产生歧义，但和冒尖放到一起，就会发现其中的不同。看起来，拔尖中的“拔”，与拔苗助长的“拔”应该是同义的，即采用外力使其成为“尖”。对于人才来讲，“尖”就是通过外力拔出来的，是矮子里面“拔”将军的结果。基于这个意思，拔尖人才表示的内涵就是通过某种办法，或机制、或手段，反正是外力使人才超乎一般。从教育者和管理者来讲，应该采用多种办法使人才脱颖而出，所以拔尖人才是合理的教育和管理手段，无可厚非。冒尖指的是通过人才自身的努力脱颖而出，比较强调内力的作用。

在拔尖人才成长过程中，人才是通过某种机制拔出来的，或评选、或推荐，不是自发的、内生的。在冒尖人才成长的过程中，自身是主体而且必须有愿意冒、敢于冒和能够冒的勇气和能力，外力是条件，要有支持冒的机制和氛围。冒尖人才的出现是在有利于人才成长的氛围中水到渠成的结果，其中当然可以是拔的结果，但更为重要的应该是人才自身的自觉、自在和自为的行动结果。

“拔尖”与“冒尖”一字之差，体现了对人才培养的不同理解。如何让人才愿冒、敢冒、能冒出来成为“尖”，而不仅仅是被拔出来成为“尖”。
