纵观历史的发展，许多伟大人物的成就都是与他们的良好习惯分不开的。华盛顿是美国历史上最令人尊敬的、堪称美德典范的总统，他的诚实故事家喻户晓。他从小看得最多的一本书，是一本随身携带的小册子——《与人交谈和相处时必须遵循的文明礼貌规则110条》。好习惯成就了一个伟大的总统和一个伟大的人。由此可见，拥有一个好习惯就意味着拥有一个成功的人生。那么，不良的行为习惯又会给我们的生活带来哪些危害呢? 2003年1月18日下午1时46分，在武汉某高校研究生考点外，一考生被几个保安人员拦下，被告知超过了规定入场时间(1时45分)，眼睁睁地失去了考试资格。在上海，也有考研生因为进不了考场而痛哭流涕，其中一位不断向老师苦苦哀求：“我为今年考研已经准备了3年，我很有信心考上，老师给我一次机会吧。”泪水，值得同情;规则，应该遵守。须知，“守时”，既是一种行为规范，也是一种必不可少的品格修养。
