【自我介绍的基本知识】： “如何作自我介招？”这个问题看上去似乎很简单，人人都会。其实并不然，有很多人说的并不是很理想的。主要的现象有几下几点：

1、银行工作特别烦忙，所以，相对与每一个人来说，口试时间是比较短的。太原浦发连续两界的口试都是以自我介绍为主要内容。

2、口试前要预备一个比较好的应聘自我介绍，并且反复熟练。留意一定不要把自我介绍内容搞成品行评语，那样是最糟糕的，要能够突出自己的特点和上风，可以在口试前好好分析一下自己，找出自己应聘这个岗位（金融产品营销）的上风。但是，我个人建议，不要生硬的编造一些东西来使自己“适合”这个工作，要让真实的自己，真实的最好的自己展现在口试官眼前。个人建议，再往口试前可以找人坐在对面练习一下“自我介绍”，可以发现题目。我在口试时，就由于自我介绍太“官方化”而感觉自我介绍像中学时老师的评语。呵呵。还好，及时改正，开讲我的优点什么的，不然肯定没戏了。所以，提前演练一下是很有益的。

3、表达能力很重要，由于这个岗位是营销中心的，所以，良好的沟通能力是非常重要的。

4、自信是最重要的，但是要适当自信，过分自信或夸大其辞的表现自己是个忌讳。由于，我们一界有这样的例子，自以为很能力很强，在学校甚至是风云人物，都没有被选中，可想，是自信过度了。

5、要留意细节，比如进屋要敲门，口试官示意坐了再坐，不要将椅子拖出声音，离开时轻放回椅子，把门关好，记得说“上午好”/“下午好”和“再见”。不要表现的太激动，最好不要主动和对面的口试官握手。还有，衣着要得体，至少要干净爽利。奇装异服尽对不行，个人建议，也不要太学生气和孩子气。

6、再等待口试时也要留意，浦发银行很留意自己形象，其客户群也都素质较高，所以，一定不要喧哗。

以上很多看似空话，但都是比较轻易忽视的，希看你们都能如愿进进浦发，而不是由于细节败北。

今年浦发的招生广告比以往覆盖面都广很多很多，竞争也会激烈，同时，选人也难免有偏薄，所以，没有进选得人也不要感觉失落或对自己产生怀疑，对于成功来说机遇的成分也是很大的；进选了的，也不要沾沾，呵呵。在实习的过程中还有考核，假如发生比较严重的题目，回被辞退的。

另外，我还得说的是，再实习结束后有很多人感觉失看，以为与想象差距很大，也有中途放弃的。但是，我个人以为，工作就是工作，与学校本就不同，多劳多得这一定理同样适用于工作，积极的工作过了才会有心理上的满足。另外，就是为了自己将来找工作，也要坚持下来，浦发的品牌会帮你在求职路上的第一关——简历筛选。

我们一起实习的到现在还是很好的朋友，这会是一段很珍贵的经历。还有就是，我们在实习时也经常会有抱怨，有时也对浦发有过失看；但是，找工作后，发现，浦发的工作环境和治理还是特别好的。实在，没走上社会的我们，把企业、把社会过度理想化了，呵呵。总之，在国内还算一流企业的浦发多少会给在那工作过的人一些积极影响和经验的。加油吧！

我想，可能有很多人想知道实习内容，实在，每一界的内容都不同的，但是都会是围绕“个人金融中心”业务来的。什么是“个人金融中心”呢？呵呵，就是个人的银行业务，大学生实习工作的中心就是营销这些与个人业务相关的产品。比如，银行卡、基金等等；但是，给学生的任务很少，重在宣传。

总之，我个人还是比较喜欢浦发的，也很感谢它。究竟，在地处内陆，尚很闭塞的太原，能为大学生提供实习的企业本就凤毛麟角，更何况还是具有一定影响力的企业。

珍惜机会吧，不要觉得自己实力不足而放弃参与，被选种的不见得都是一贯被以为“有实力”的，也不见得你比那些你以为有希看的人差。没有尝试，哪有机会？
