第四篇：研究生学习

首先，和很多人一样，刚上研究生的时候我也迷茫过。我是跨专业读的研——说的好听点，是多学科背景；说的不好听点，是半路出家，底子薄，样子花啊！研一开学之后，和人家科班出身的一聊，哎，发现自己什么都不会，压力很大。想看书，可不知道看什么好，确切的说是无从下手——西经，管理学，这些基础课需要看，另外，还有很多专业课书要看。没办法，只好去找导师，希望能从导师那得到些建议——事实证明，这点很有用。导师告诉我：书是要看的，多读书很好，但是没必要全读；精读几本经典专业书，然后以此为发散，扩展自己的知识面；另外，多读读专业类的期刊，了解学科研究前沿和方向。有了导师的指导，我开始了自己的读书生活，研一基本上是这样度过的。所以，我要告诉大家的第一点是：学会读书，明确方向。即选择性的读书，精读和泛读结合，并且要有一定的方向性。

其次，多和导师沟通。不要认为导师不好接触，也不要认为导师水平不行——任何一个导师都有他的长处，只是一些人一眼就看出来，一些人要慢慢的发现。我导师我还是很崇拜他的，经常和他沟通。研一上学期，我是每周五9点准时到他办公室找他谈话，自己最近看的书，遇到的问题，都和他说。每次，导师都是必答。当然了，有时简短，有时详细。不过，我敢说，能像我导师这样每周都很学生聊天的人不多了，我很幸运。一是导师肯聊，二是我自己主动。我导师还带其他专业的几个同学，他们2年来和导师见面的次数估计没我半学期的多。我是脸皮厚，没事了就去，有问题了就去。呵呵，收获很大。因此，要告诉大家的第二点是：多和导师沟通，要主动去沟通，导师都很忙，主动定期约学生的导师是少之又少，所以自己一定要主动。

再者，多和其他导师聊。一个培养机构，导师一般也不少，找几个和自己专业相近，学问做的好的导师，多和他们聊聊，向他们学习做学问的经验，交流一下知识。要知道：思想的火花是在碰撞中产生的。研究生这2年，除了我导师，我和2名其他老师一直保持着密切联系。一个是30多岁的博士副教，观点新，思维密接，和这样的人聊天，很有收获。另外一个是我的计量经济学老师，我研一的时候就请教她问题，研二课程结束的时候开始和她合作做统计局的课题。和她关系一直不错，一是她没带学生，二是我导师在定量分析这方面不占优势，而她绝对厉害，刚好可以弥补我导师这方面的不足。这就是我告诉大家的第三点：除了自己的导师，还要和其他老师多交流，但千万注意要平衡好各方面的关系，导师之间是很忌讳学生乱串的，自己可别触犯了这点。

第四点是写论文。我第一次开始写东西是研一下学期，导师教育厅的一个课题，急着结项，就让我做了（他早评上正教，这种课题对他没用），呵呵，我是战战兢兢，总算是完成了吧（当然，他没少修改）。这次经历可能对我专业知识进步帮助不大（不是我专业的课题），但是我知道了写文章的基本“流程”：首先是有想法（或者叫灵感，感觉，方向吧），然后搜集资料，要大量搜集，不停翻看，发现其中的问题，这样才有可能写出东西，否则，自己想当然的写，纯属闭门造车。

第五点是如何写。很多人苦闷，不知道写什么，我也深有这样的体会。于是强迫自己去图书馆看书，后来发现看大部头的书不行，要想写东西，有灵感，还是得看期刊，专业的期刊，学科内顶级的专业期刊。有人曾经开过玩笑：做学问就是追星，要追学科最新的星，赶在最前面，那就是创新，就是研究方向。暂且不论比喻是否恰当，但是我个人觉得绝对有道理，而且是在自己经历过那样一个过程之后，越发觉得有道理。这也是我要告诉大家的第五点：多看专业顶级期刊，而且要看外文的；看期刊，不仅能了解前沿，而且能启发灵感。

第六点是多看教材。呵呵，不矛盾，这是我反复体会出来的。刚起步开始的时候，基本经典的，然后扩展知识面，达到一定程度后，开始看专业期刊，有了灵感记下来，要敢动手写，这样才有手感；期刊上面会经常出现一些自己陌生的知识或是名词理论之类的，这时候别轻易跳过去，要翻教材，自己给自己补课，这样才有进步。也就是“教材——期刊——教材”不停这样的反复进行，并坚持动笔，才有收获。

第七点是记笔记。到现在，我已经记了2本多笔记了，什么都记，只要是自己敢兴趣的，没事的时候翻翻，挺有意思的。我有个习惯，是高中养成的，就是记笔记之前，会表上日期，长久下来，就成了一个“日记”：显示日期，然后是当天自己看的书或是杂志什么的。呵呵，没事的时候，一翻，就能知道自己那天干了什么。

第八点是会修改。自己的文章，要自己修改。写好了，不是万事大吉，没事的自己改改，也可以发给导师，让他帮忙改改。我之前的几篇文章，都是导师帮忙改的，他提出修改意见，我再不停的反复修改，知道他说可以往外投了。再后来，就是我自己修改，觉得可以了再给导师他，呵呵，后来几次，他基本看看，也不改了。

先写这几点，高中同学约着见面，一会回来继续写。

接着前面的继续写，送走了同学，呵呵，开始上班了。还好，这地方不忙，领导也还没来，咱们继续交流。

上面基本是写作的经验，建议大家可以看看王泛森的《如果让我重做一次研究生》，咱们论坛里面有，可以搜搜看，大家写的东西，看着明白，条理还清楚。下面说说投稿的事情： 首先：永远不要一稿多发，但可以一稿多投。呵呵，这是我的感觉啊。一稿多发，就像有个帖子说的那样，是重婚罪；而一稿多投，至多是我同时多相了几次亲。作为学生来说，一稿多投也是没办法的事情啊！核心期刊的审稿周期最少最少也得一个月，一般以2个月的居多，而且发稿时间特别长，少则3、5个月，多则7、8个月，一年什么的。想想咱们三年的研究生（有的只有2年），是什么时间开始写论文的？我是研一暑假开始写第一篇文章的，算是比较早的了（当然，那些牛校的牛人或是其他学校的牛人很多本科，研一都开始写的），咱们这里针对大多数人的情况。按研二开始写、投，随便被核心拒一次稿都是半年的时间啊！耽误不起。所以，我的观点是，可以一稿多投，但同时录用了千万别一稿多发！另外，当你水平见长，而且对自己能准确评价的时候，可以试着只投一家，也算是为净化学术氛围出了一份力吧！

其次，可以参考借鉴别人的文章，注明出处，但别做低水平的抄手。天下文章一大抄，可是，为什么有些是抄袭，有些是创新呢？其实就是是否有新东西进去，这新东西就是自己的劳动。这是我和那位年轻博士聊天他告诉我的，并且告诉我一开始走学术道路时，一定要对自己严厉，这样才能有成果。另外，人大的一位博导也告诉过我，做学问，一定要有责任感，不能只为论文而论文，否则会迷失自己的。

呵呵，前面说的都是原则什么的了。下面说说投稿的一些技巧吧！

首先，要明白，我们的稿子被拒，并不意味着我们稿子质量差，也很可能是我们的文章不合人家期刊的风格。这就是我说的第一点技巧吧！一个好的期刊，一般有自己的风格，比如讲求观点的新颖，重视研究的深度，要求定量的分析等。我们投稿子的时候，可以先对这个期刊做一些了解，翻看一下过去一年，或是几年他们的目录。看看他们过去刊发的文章集中在那些方面，最近的集中在那些地方，自己的文章是不是之前他们已经等过类似的(登过的话，如果自己写的可以，那么录用的可能性就很大了)，是不是很他们近期等的热点类接近的。注意了这些，可能很大的提高自己文章中的可能性。

其次，是项目。有些期刊重视项目，有项目支持，是课题或者文章的重要性的一个反应吧。一般来说，级别越高，越说明研究的必要性等，编辑看见的时候就可能会不自觉地产生倾向性。但不是说，有项目就一定能中，项目只是我们的筹码，关键还得是自己的文章有质量，投的期刊和栏目对头，这时候项目这个筹码的作用才会体现出来。大家可以考虑下这点，但不要自己没项目去造项目，这种行为也是有悖学术道德的。

再者，就是格式，投稿之前，先看看要投期刊的投稿要求，然后对着要求修改自己的文章，这样也会增加命中率的。写好文章了，可以单独备份份，这个除了文章，不要有其他的个人信息等东西；选好期刊后，照他们的要求修改，然后投出去。每次投稿都按这样的顺序来，不仅节省时间，还有的放矢，增加命中率。

还有，就是和导师合著。不管导师第一作者或是第二作者，有时有个“大牛”压着阵，还是很管用的。不过，现在有些导师不喜欢自己学生投稿带自己的名字，也是怕惹是非，可以理解。有些则是“豪夺”，也没办法，这个就看个人的造化了。呵呵。

最后，这点是我们没法改变的，就是我们的硕士生的身份。有些杂志，有个莫名其妙的规定，若是学生投稿，就只发博士以上学历的论文（好像在校老师不受这个限制）。我有次投《科学管理研究》，请教一个朋友的时候，他告诉，这个杂志一般不发研究生的文章，除非导师放前面，否则希望不大。遇见这种情况，也是我们没办法的时候，安慰一下自己吧。谁叫咱还不是博士，只能继续奋斗吧！

Recently, a debate concerning whether we should recycle our textbooks or not has appeared in our school.

As far as I am concerned, we ought to recycle textbooks as a way of protecting environment.

For one thing, recycling textbooks can not only save natural resources such as wood, but also reduce the waste of material.

For another, the notes on the textbooks, made by the graduated students are of much help to those who want to reuse the books.

As a current research show , recycling books has been proved an effective way in Australia, which obtains a quantity of benefits from this new-developed method.

To sum up, I consider recycling textbooks useful and helpful. I hope it can come into being in our daily life as soon as possible.

The causes consist of two aspects. Firstly，people’s lack of reading habit explains the main reason，which is the most urgent and difficult thing to change. Secondly，it is obvious that people nowadays care more about material gains than the enrichment of the mind.

It’s high time that we paid due attention to developing good reading habit as it can bring us enormous benefits. For one thing，reading enables us to acquire knowledge and thus broadens our horizons.
