一、介绍大会筹备情况和大会活动安排;
二、提出各代表团划分及团长、副团长建议名单;
三、提出大会主席团成员、秘书长建议名单;
四、布置代表团活动,介绍大会预备会议议程;
五、团市委领导讲话。

一、现任团市委书记及部室负责同志;
二、各代表团团长;
三、先进集体、先进个人代表;
四、少先队工作者代表。
