靠什么来证明我们就是自己

知名民谣歌手周云蓬发微博说，他想进入扬州瘦西湖时没有携带证件，为查验其盲人身份并免票，检票员要求他摘下墨镜。周云蓬因为眼睛有缺陷而不愿摘下墨镜，最终选择购买全票入园。有关方面表示，就工作程序而言，检票员并没做错。周云蓬表示，自己没带证件也有过错。（《晶报》4月26日）
景点对盲人免费，这本来是彰显社会关爱残疾人的善政，然而，理想中的善政却没能释放出应有的制度善意，反倒“两败俱伤”。不仅仅是周云蓬，前不久，某地一位老人乘公交车时忘带老年证也遭遇麻烦。当时有网民就此感叹，在这个浮躁时代，不知我们该靠什么来证明我们就是自己？
靠证！
这是个证件无所不在的时代：计划生育证、出生证、独生子女证、学生证、居民身份证、毕业证、就业证、上岗证、结婚证、老年证……不知道每个人一辈子到底会有多少证，每个证件必然代表一种管辖权。虽然近年来从上至下严厉打压“办证经济”，但隐藏其后的权力能否“就范”并廉洁服务，这很成疑问。如此一来，证件到底是规范了权力，还是为权力寻租埋下了伏笔，各人心里各有一杆秤。
而像周云蓬和那位老年人那样碰上“认证不认人”的情形，也就见怪不怪。当然，办证自有其必要性，但证件过多过滥，反倒容易使制度变得过于僵硬，社会关系变得日益冷漠。至于办多少证才合理，其实是公共管理部门与社会公众二者间的博弈。如果公共管理部门过于强势，办证的简单化管理很容易占据上风，但现实中往往又难以赢得公众的理解和支持。当前证件过多过滥，本身就折射出管理部门管理手段过于简单，甚至难逃懒政思维之嫌。也正是这样的简单化管理，压缩了原本更具人性化的社会空间，证件比本人重要的反常现象自然层出不穷。就发生在瘦西湖的这件事来看，检票员除了证件之外，无法判断周云蓬到底是否为盲人，是否想以此蒙混过关。而周云蓬除了证件和当场被“验明真相”外，似乎也没有更好的办法令对方信服。这倒不是说检票员不应坚持原则，而是在很多时候，看不到诚信机制闪耀其应有的光芒。

树奉献氧气吸入二氧化碳，为人类净化空气，抵御沙化、风尘、赤潮。但是，中国森林面积只有15．8亿公顷，森林覆盖率也只有16．5％。地球森林覆盖率已经下降了20％—30％，如果再不加以节制，人类将失去这个朋友。动物，人类的伙伴，因为偷猎，有些动物濒临灭绝。
树木，动物的家园，失去家园，动物何处容身？
湿地，在中国盲目地围垦、掠夺开发、污染加剧、过度利用等因素，全国三分之一的天然湿地面临被改变、丧失的危险。
保护环境对于我们不是一个新问题，我们完全可以从我做起，从身边的小事做起，如随手关水龙头，购物自带小包等等，小事虽然不起眼，却能体现我们具备了多少环保意识。保护环境，对我们每个人来说都很重要，而且对我们每个人的幸福也有很大的关系。世界各地不断出现台风、地震、泥石流等自然灾害。这些是多么可怕的现实啊！我们必须马上行动起来，从现在做起，保护我们的家园。
保护我们周围的环境，讲究卫生，不乱扔废弃物，不乱倒垃圾，爱护花草树木，保持校园环境干净整洁。
保护我们周围的环境，建立“绿色环保”少年岗，植树造林，控制土地沙漠化，扩大绿地面积。
保护资源环境，就是保护我们自己。只有每个人都齐心协力，齐抓共管，才能使明天的家园，变得更加美丽。

第三篇：回忆终究是回忆 幸福还要靠我们自己
夏天的风，伴随着一场清凉的蓝色雨。

近期，“关爱他人、关爱社会、关爱自然”三关爱志愿服务活动正在全国如火如荼的进行，在全国热烈庆祝党的十八大召开之际，三关爱活动无疑为创建和谐社会、促进社会建设发展起到了重要的作用，不论是关爱老弱病残孕、关爱建设美丽家园、关爱保护自然环境都是在向所有人展示，关爱身边的一切其实就是在关爱我们自己，因为我们是社会的一员，我们也有需要帮助的时候，只有人人伸出温暖的手，阳光才能普照、生活才会美好。
关爱他人体现了社会的互助精神，中国从古至今就是一个提倡邻里关怀、相互帮助的国家，很早就有“老吾老以及人之老、幼吾幼以及人之幼”的说法，时至今日由于经济的高速发展，人们倦于工作的劳累，生活在单间独房难免已经遗忘过去那种鸡犬相闻、谈笑风生的大院落日子，让大家都走出高楼帮助周围遇到困难的人们，会重塑互助的良好社会形象，提升人情味，打破冷漠的坚冰，为大地带来春意。
关爱社会体现的是社会公众道德观，每个人都是社会的一份子，都有责任和义务维护社会的公共秩序，但时至今日很多不文明、不道德的语言行为充斥在大街小巷，让我们身处其中感觉到许多尴尬和无奈，不论是家庭还是单位，不论是酒店还是公园，不论是公交车还是地铁站，只要是人群所在的地方其实都是自己的家园，都需要自己去呵护，子曰：子所不欲勿施于人。让人们都行动起来，共同劝导不文明现象，让人们都觉悟起来，共同做出符合道德规范的善行，社会就会变得更加有章可循，每个人就都会自觉维护社会的良好秩序。
关爱自然体现的是对大自然的尊敬和对自己的负责，非洲有一句谚语：“自然资源不是我们留给子孙的遗产，而是子孙让我们保管的财富。”环境的污染已经是个不争的事实，我们必须要正确的对待，虽然个人无力改变这种状况，但是只要稍微一个小动作、或者一个小想法就会为保护自然做出贡献，少开一天车、少吸一口烟、洗了手关紧水龙头、开空调时调高一度等等，都能让自然少受一份污染，明亮的天空、清新的空气不正是我们梦寐以求的吗？让我们都用行动来践行关爱自然的承诺吧，让子孙后代都拥有这份宝贵的财富。
