刘春兰
光阴似箭，岁月如梭。晃眼一个学期已过，通过上个学期的教学和期末测试的结果，我的感慨很多。于是，我开始反思和总结上学期的教育教学工作，并改正上学期的不足。
改进措施： 1．多与学生沟通。经验不足，教学技巧性不强，难免会有学生听不懂，多些主动和学生进行沟通，了解学生掌握知识的情况非常重要，这样有利于针对性的对学生进行教育，无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不同学生的情况，只有沟通、了解，才能更好地解决各个学生的不同问题。另外，有个别学生基础较好，加强师生间的沟通就能更好地引导这些学生更好地学习。2．注重组织教学，严格要求学生。大部分学生的学习基础较差，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成老师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的，对于容易掌握的内容他们也不敢沾染，所以必须严格要求他们。由于学生缺乏学习自觉性，所以上课时间是他们学习的主要时间，教师应善于组织、调动学生进行学习，更充分地利用好上课时间。3．注重打基础。由于英语是初一学生初次接触的一门新鲜课程，上课时多以简单的口语知识作为切入点，让学生更易接受，从熟悉的内容转到新内容的学习，做到过渡自然。对于学过的内容也可能没有完全掌握，则可以花时间较完整地复习学过内容，然后才学习新知识。作业的布置也以基础题为主。4．运用多种技巧教学，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。对于初一的学生来说，英语是一门新鲜课程，大部分学生开始学习兴趣都很高涨，“兴趣是最好的老师”！教师应利用学生热情好奇的这一特点，从日常生活中的口语出发，尝试用英语与学生对话，或用趣事吸引学生注意力，引发他们的兴趣，使学生对本课程产生兴趣。并且，在教学中要运用多种教学手段，注意听力与口语的训练。

榆中县城关镇亨威幼儿园整改报告
今年11月20日我们接受了县教育局和城关镇学区的相关领导对我园进行了为期一天的评审验收工作督查，分别在园舍、设备、教工队伍、园务管理、保教质量等方面进行了评估，通过资料的分析以及现场活动观摩，对幼儿园的各项工作进行了全面的观察、了解、座谈。上级部门给与我们的评估是客观和合情合理的，首先肯定了我园的硬件设施以及场地宽敞等，同时指出了在我们软件方面存在的问题和建议。
根据检查组各位领导的评估意见，我们组织了全体教职工和中层干部进行了学习和反思，我们了解到自己的不足与问题，因此我园将利用检查组给与我们的帮助和指导，对我园目前存在的问题作出相应的整改，以求达到规定的要求，最大程度地为幼儿园的发展作出努力。我们初步从以下几个方面进行整改。
一、针对办园条件方面的问题，我园主要做了一下整改：
增设了专门的保健室，购置了保健室各类器材用品；增设了消防设施（8个灭火器），保证每层楼达到标准数量；给每班配置了保温桶，方便幼儿饮水；增添了一批桌面玩具。
二、管理是服务，管理是责任，管理是使命，重视管理的科学性和有效性，激励为机制，进一步建立健全了各项制度，补充了门卫岗位职责、保育制度、财务制度等，使教职工的工作和行为有章可循、各尽其所，立足于在质量上提升、行动上务实；服务为民，责任为重，不断提高保教质量和服务水平，营造良好的制度环境，规范了各类运
行记录的登记和填写，制订了《亨威幼儿园传染病预防应急预案》，做到分工明确、有章可循。达到积极有序的应对突发事件。
三、针对保育教育方面，我们做了以下整改：制订了幼儿一日生活要求，将周活动按照幼儿园作息时间进行了调整，把每日活动安排细化建立教师花名册，取消了一些教学内容，将小学化情况严重的问题得到改善。
四、管理机构方面
1、加强领导班子及中层干部的学习，统一思想。使班子成员能在园内发挥引领作用，提高分层管理的有效性能力，发挥中层干部作用，以项目责任制形式促进新的管理网络形成
2、争创一级园是我们当前的重中之重，加强目标和规划实施的监控机制很关键，定期每周一作为领导班子的工作汇报日，及（带着问题、带着思考、带着结果、带着反思、），提高中层的管理的有效性。加快责任项目的推进，对照一级园的标准，细化各项实施细则，寻找差距，加强薄弱环节管理，努力为争创一级园奠定良好的基础。
3、在整改中，我们根据一级园的标准，将三年规划和近期学期目标结合，将园的责任项目和质量监控机制结合；教师的队伍建设与培养计划结合；内部结构工资分配机制由原来的静态管理转变为动态管理；幼儿园的重点项目工作有被动行为转变主动行为（骨干的引领、做与不做、做得好与做不好、多做与少做的区别）力求以制度约束人、以规范行为引领人；真正使幼儿园的结构工资变成动力能起到激发人积极向上的作用。从项目计划入手、以措施的可行性上操作、以日常
检查为手段、以考核和评估促动力、以反馈和反思作行为跟进；园领导加强项目、目标、责任、质量四位一体关注。同时形成上下相互监督、相互督促、相互提醒和反馈，及时调整，发现问题做到及时的提醒、帮助和解决。
五、开展科研工作，增强科研强园的意识
1、学做科研，建立科研制度，建立科研领导小组，开展切实可行的符合本园实际情况的科研项目，以解决保教工作中的实际问题，梳理清楚共同性课程和选择性的两者关系，即：选择项课程是对目前共同性课程缺失部分的补充。
2、鼓励教师尝试和运用已有的科研题进行教育教学，改变自己的教育行为，从而促进保教质量的提高。加强科研与教研整合的意识，制定适合与本园的科研题。
3、完善《主题背景下生活中数活动的研究》将科研工作落实到细处，钻研到深处。有骨干牵头，做到人人参与课题，力求参与课题研究的教师能达到80%
4、要求教师能根据小、中、大各年龄段幼儿的实际情况来设计与生活有关的数活动案例和教案，在实践操作中，运用科研的手段提升自己对选择性课程的理解和运用。小班：致力于生活中的数活动研究；中班：着重与游戏（运动、区域等）中的数活动内容；大班：关注与学习活动的思维和动手操作，让数学更贴近幼儿生活经验。在教研的同课异构和一课三反思中，边实践边研究，不断完善和充实，在尝试实践活动中做好资料的积累和收集，为园本化课程打好基础，并
将好的个案收集汇编整理成为幼儿园数活动的园本课程。
六、环境
利用整改时间，理清思路，将环境作为一项重要的教育资源和隐性课程实施，我们通过学习，感受到环境是幼儿每天所处、所接触的,幼儿的身心发展的内涵重要因素，社会化发展以及个性发展，无一不受到它的影响。因此幼儿园环境对幼儿园的日常教育活动起着重要作用，督导提出的问题也是我们所思考的，为此，在幼儿园的环境创设中，我们开展了教师之间的讨论，认识到；环境不仅是装饰，更应注重它的教育内涵，是孩子的生活的所见，有层次和互动性以及挑战，才能引发幼儿思考和关注，才能促进孩子的发展，运用教学的内容，利用孩子和家长的资源，做到家园共育，根据课程内容，我们把幼儿园的环境创设作为本次整改的重要内容之一；
1、墙面布置力求美观与实用相结合，体现其教育功效，教师平时要多观察，抓住随机教育。
2、教师善于抓住主题活动的支点，让幼儿参与环境创设，与墙面产生互动，推动主题活动的发展
3、利用家长资源，让家长参与到环境布置中，从而使环境教育做到家园分享，促进家园的互动。
督导的日子很短，然而督导的意义却非常之大，留给我们的思考和思索是难以时间来计算，我们将通过一个月的时间，用我们的行动做出整改的承诺！2013年11月28日篇五：小学安全隐患排查及整改报告

小学安全隐患排查及整改报告
安全工作，是我校常规工作的重中之重，为进一步贯彻安全第一、预防为主的方针，防止安全事故的发生，全力打造平安校园，确保学生健康成长的良好环境，学校就就当前安全保卫工作的形势，召开校委会、班主任会、全体教师会、层层部署安全保卫工作任务，强化安保措施，并根据工作职责与要求认真开展自查整改，现将我校自查整改情况报告如下：
一、学校安全工作责任落实到位。建立健全了安全保卫工作领导机构，健全了安全工作规章制度，实行了安全工作责任制。在学校出入口、校内主要道路、校园学生主要活动区域等人员聚集场所安装了电视监控系统。学校重要部位及管理死角都纳入到24小时实时监控范围内，构筑起学校安全管理工作的立体防范网络。
二、安保队伍建设情况。学校选配了责任心强、业务素质高的教师成立学校安全保卫工作机构，安保工作人员加强了对校园的检查力度，保证把校园日常的安全保卫工作落到实处。严格学校门卫制度。学生在校期间校园实行封闭式管理，对进入校园的校外人员严格盘查，认真履行登记手续；未经学校批准，坚决禁止校外人员随意进入校园；严禁非学生家长将学生带出学校。
三、领导带班值班情况。我校根据上级要求，进一步加强了学生上学、放学护导工作。学校组织全体教师，由中层以上领导带队，每天上学、放学时，在校门口进行护导工作，确保了学生进出学校安全。
四、安全教育情况。学校经常对学生进行安全知识教育，坚持“预防为主”的方针，把安全工作放在首位，利用国旗下讲话、主题班队会、校园广播、黑板报等、经常性地开展安全工作教育和培训，提高师生的安全防范意识和遇险自救的基本技能，学生掌握了一些必要的自护自救知识，除日常安全教育外，学校在放假前和开学后都要对学生集中进行安全教育。学校与教师积极利用校讯通与学生家长联系，架起了家校安全教育的连心桥。
五、加强安全档案管理。安全档案的建立、完善和管理，是安全管理工作的重要组成部分。学校根据实际情况建立安全工作计划、部署档案、消防档案、重点部位档案、易燃易爆危险品档案，完善各种安全工作预案。通过此次排查，我们更清醒地认识到平安校园创建的重要性，任务艰巨，唯有各方努力，大力配合，方能保一方平安。

天镇-大同高速公路建设管理处：
收到贵处下发的《关于对葛洲坝集团第五工程有限公司天大高速公路第五合同段项目部进行限期整改的通知》（天大建办字［2010］46号文）后，我母体公司高度重视，积极响应，安排公司副总经理于4月4日进驻项目部，组织项目部人员分析工程进度滞后的原因，寻求解决问题的办法；并及时根据文件要求加强项目部内部管理，组织主要管理人员和机械设备、作业人员到位，规范内部管理，建立健全各项管理制度。母体公司也于4月9日向贵处回函《关于对天大建办［2010］46号文的回复》(葛五函［2010］5号)，函告了公司拟采取的整改措施。4月13日公司总工程师率领公司路桥专家一行16人亲临项目部，根据本地区的气候特征，征求了建管处前线组、总监办对工程进度的要求，重新编制了施工进度计划，并根据工期安排，调整了劳力及机械设备的投入。现将我部整改情况汇报如下，请贵处予
以审查。
一、建立强有力的项目管理机构，加强项目部内部管理
项目经理已经于2010年4月6日到位，全面展开项目部的各项工作。建立健全了以项目经理为中心的项目管理领导机构，明确项目部领导班子人员的分工，明确各级管理人员的职责。项目部全体人员紧密团结在项目经理周围，项目经理总负责，项目副经理、项目总工等主要管理人员在项目经理的统一领导之下开展工作，做到政令畅通，令行禁止，以强有力的项目管理结构抓好项目部各项工作。
二、组织主要管理人员到位，确保各项工作的顺利开展
项目经理、项目总工、专职安全员、质检工程师等主要管理人员已经到位，进场的管理人员达到33人；近期公司还将陆续从其他工地抽调公路施工经验丰富的管理人员和技术人员充实到项目部，以加强项目部技术力量和现场管理力度，确保各项工作的顺利开展。
三、积极组织施工作业人员、机械设备、材料进场，工作面全面铺开
根据业主第一阶段工期要求，我部在近期组织了施工人员、机械设备和材料进场，截止目前，进场的设备、人员、材料能基本满足工作面全面铺开的要求，具体进场情况如下：
1．施工作业队伍：路基施工队进场3家，共计45人；桥涵施工队进场2家，共计83人；梁板预制队进场1家，共计30人；人工挖孔桩队1家，共计60人，机械钻孔队1家，共计13人，拌合站1家，共计9人，进场作业人员总计240人。
2．机械设备：进场装载机6台、挖掘机4台、推土机3台、平地机3台、压路机4台、吊车2台、自卸车25台、洒水车5台、发电机10台、混凝土搅拌运输车3台、旋挖钻机1台、电焊机14台、钢筋弯曲机3台、钢筋切割机3台。箱梁模板6套，墩柱模板38m，平面钢模1000m2。
4、材料：进场钢筋1096t，水泥381t，碎石2700m3，砂1021m3。
5、拌合站建设情况：建成的1000型搅拌机已经投产；计划再增加2台750型搅拌机。
6、预制厂建设情况：已经完成预制厂场平和龙门吊轨道混凝土的浇筑，已经浇筑完成6个箱梁台座；龙门吊已经落实，近期进场。
7、试验工作开展情况：试验室建设完成，各项制度和操作规程都已经上墙，完成了我部所需混凝土的配合比试验和土样标准试验。
8、工作面开展情况：K24+550、K24+800、K28+460、K29+
315、K30+360、K31+866等六座涵洞已经开工，其中K30+360涵洞基础混凝土浇筑完成；K24+080通道桥人工挖孔桩开挖已经完成（12棵桩，共计144米），桩基混凝土浇筑完成6棵；K28+906、K31+100、K31+560等三座桥梁桩基人工挖孔作业基本完成（18棵桩，共计216米）；钢筋加工制作完成100t；土方路基填筑试验段正在施工中，路基二次清表基本完成。
四、结合施工特点及节点要求，编制了详细的施工进度及资源配置表
根据业主进度要求，并结合山西气候特点，我们组织人员重新调
整了施工进度计划，将项目总体完工时间定在2010年10月20日，比计划完工时间提前一个月，并设置了四个节点工期：6.15完成桩基施工；7.30完成涵洞通道；8.31完成盖梁桥台；9.15完成梁板安装。针对节点工期要求，在进度计划中详细说明了日强度要求及材料、设备的配置需求，以指导项目日常施工工作，确保项目能按期完成。
五、建立健全各项组织措施及管理制度
项目部编制和完善了项目部有关的安全管理规章制度和操作规程，汇编成《天大高速第五合同段安全生产管理制度汇编》和《天大高速第五合同段安全操作规程汇编》，并已经印发到各施工队。建立健全了项目管理领导机构、安全、质量、环保管理机构，并制定了安全、质量、环保管理保证体系。建立健全了项目部廉政建设、农民工工资领导小组，编制了廉政建设制度和农民用工管理办法等。
以上是我部根据贵处要求和项目部的实际情况采取的整改措施和落实情况，请建管处予以审查！
