湖北省第二十届外语翻译大赛通知

湖北省外语翻译大赛由湖北省翻译工作者协会和武汉翻译工作者协会联合举办，已经历时29年，参与者逾20多万人，是湖北省最权威、最专业、最具品牌价值的翻译赛事，在全国翻译界享有声誉。

为了检验我院外语教学的水平，提高广大学生的翻译能力，增强就业竞争力。现要求我院学生积极参加该项翻译大赛。

根据大赛组别，我校学生可参加英语专业组或非专业组的口译或笔译参赛，也可选择其他小语种参赛。获奖比例为一等奖1%，二等奖3%，三等奖8%，优秀奖16%。具体安排如下：

初赛：2013年11月24日（周日）

1.英语专业、非专业笔译组：（上午8:30--9：30）

2.日语组、法语组、德语组、俄语组笔译：（一次赛、时间同上）

3.英语专业、非专业口译组：（听力、上午10:00--11：00）

决赛：2013年12月8日（周日）

1.英语专业、非专业口译组：听录音现场口译（上午8:30）

2.英语专业、非专业笔译组：（下午2:00-3:00）

其中笔译报名费为20元∕人，口译为30元∕人。报名时间为2013年10月28日至11月15日。非专业组的同学请在所在班级英语任课教师处报名；专业组的同学请以班级为单位到X2-318刘文飞老师处报名，报名时间为周一至周五下午，具体情况可与刘文飞老师联系，联系方式为***∕681609（刘文飞）。
