2010年四六级备考黄金期听力技巧

进入四月，全国各高校四六级报名纷纷结束，距离正式开考还有两个月时间，是考生复习的黄金时期。为了取得好成绩，考生们开始了紧锣密鼓的复习，校园里学习气氛日益浓厚。在保持严谨的学习态度同时，四六级考试辅导名师建议考生，日常复习如采取以下几个方法，将收到良好效果。

第一、复习与自身兴趣结合，利用闲散时间。

很多考生在复习过程中，开始几天积极性高、主动性强，抱着词汇书按计划每天背单词、做习题，可是时间长了就难免产生厌倦情绪，感到备考枯燥无味，效率下降。

这个时候其实只要稍微改变一下复习方式，就能轻松地备考。比如，把业余爱好和四六级复习相结合，会在阅读和背单词上产生巨大的效果。喜欢看小说的同学，平时看中文小说，这个时候就改看中英文对照的。看的时候注意关注每个作者的用词偏好，这些书中常常会反复出现某些常看但难记的单词，或某个单词的多项用法，而一词多用恰巧是复习四六级单词的一个重点。爱看体育新闻、时尚杂志的同学也可以试着多看英语新闻，看电视的英语频道，从这些渠道来关注日常生活，在这样的情景下学习会变得更容易。

第二、听力材料浑身是宝，精读、背诵得高分。

四六级听力题的原文是考试中最简单的一部分，其中的小对话，场景真实、用语地道，是复习时可以拿来使用的好资料，把它作为备战四六级的突破口。考生可以每天抽出一段时间，将历年真题中的对话进行跟读、背诵，熟读每一个句子，首先对口语就会有很大提高，其次，听力原文里无论是对话还是语段，都会有生词出现，对于这些词汇，考生如果能做到一听就懂，放在阅读中自然是没有问题，很多平时背了几遍也记不住的单词就迎刃而解了，不仅掌握它的意思，还懂得如何去应用在句子中，词汇量会大幅度扩大。由此可见，四六级听力原文其实浑身上下都是宝，好好利用会令考生获益多多。

第三、提高听力绝招：坚持反复做听写。

这个方法在辅导中多次尝试过，收效良好。即考生专门准备好一段听力录音，不看文字答案，也不看选项，直接一句一句的听写。听不懂、写不出来的地方反复听两到三遍，实在写不出来的先放在一边，留出空格。一套题听写完毕再总体对一下答案，勾出错误的和没有写出来的部分，这个时候再回想一下当时没有听写出来或听写错误的原因，是由于单词连读、弱读的问题，还是由于口音的差别，还是单词拼写不正确，然后对照着修改过的重新再听一次，这时注意之前错的地方着重听。一套题可以反复这样练习，直到自己完全没有错误为止。真题的听力语速、材料、词汇与考试最符合，所以切记此方法一定要用真题。

名师老师强调：四六级是水平考试，四级测试的主要是英语最基础的认知水平，六级考查了一点点应用。近两年开始的考试改革显示了由认知到应用的过渡，逐渐向考查应试者真实英语水平的方向发展，所以考生应运用合适的学习方法，把英语融入日常生活中，循序渐进地真正提升英语水平，不要过分地将它看作考试，以平常心对待，挖掘到学习的乐趣，自然能顺利通过考试。

第三篇：备考英语四级

备考英语四级

1、词汇的积累和熟练

词汇是参加任何英语考试的基础，特别是作为全国大学英语级别考试中初级水平的四级考试。希望朋友们在10月末之前必须把四级大纲所规定4200词汇浏览3遍。注意是浏览！不一定都要背诵。这样可以在辅导班的第3阶段或者自己准备做全真题时，不会无所适从。同时用卡片或小手册强化记忆每页中难以记住的重要词汇。泛记是积累英语词汇的最有效的方法，但是短时间难以达到大纲所规定的量，不过可以作为辅助手段。

2、听力的磨练

听力可能是许多考生头疼的问题，但是这20分必须要重视，至少要得11分以上。听力薄弱的原因很多，词汇量，语音，语法结构(意群)，语气语调重读(语感)，答题技巧等。在加强自己词汇量，语法结构的理解，以及语音尽量标准的基础上，每天或至少经常加强听力练习，以听和四级命题相类似的练习为主。如果不懂，可以反复听几遍。少看或尽量推迟看文字材料。把简短对话和文章结合起来听。同时附以听写短句。难度可以逐步加大。听力要练很难。但是，也不是练不好的啦。我是在abc360上课，每天和外教一对一上课，是在线视频上课的，时间就很灵活了。上课也方便，一个电脑就好了。老师很耐心，教了我很多，课后的跟踪也很好呢。我这个学渣都成功啦，你也可以的啦。

3、语法结构的加强

尽管现在单独作为考试题型的语法结构越来越少，可是在任何一个四级和六级的考试题型中，语句的理解还是以语法结构为基础，特别是结构。所以大家可以阅读恩波谢忠明《3＋2核心笔记》中的语法结构，同时精选10篇左右文章(建议新概念3后30单元的)，细看，精看，涉及到每个词，结构，篇章来温习和锻炼自己长句，复杂句等的理解，同时逐步加快速度，可以提高自己在考试中，特别是阅读理解中阅读的速度。

4、完形和简短回答

该项是综合题型，只要基本功加强了，扎实了，再练习若干，不会有多大问题。可以在11月左右，在学习技巧后给予更多重视。

5、阅读理解的掌握

阅读是四级中最重要的部分，得阅读者，得天下。但是反之亦然。所以应该极力重视。但是阅读是综合才能。词汇，结构，逻辑，篇章，理解等对阅读产生很大的影响。在加强基本功的基础上，再附以技巧和训练。现在朋友们的阅读不必上量上速度，要精看，找出自己理解的长处和短处(特别是错误后的反省)注意阅读步骤的培养：浏览—看题—找答案点—理解含有答案点句子或段落—看和理解选项—对比和对应选项和答案点。掌握技巧和方法是现在必须要做的，所以完成一篇文章后，最好要返看，提炼自己的得失，总结出题特点和思路，同时提炼好的词汇搭配，结构甚至写作中可以用到的精彩句子。然后逐步加大量和提高自己的速度。

6、写作训练

唯一一项是由人工批阅的部分。也是综合基本功的体现。现在在词汇，结构，篇章等能力提高的同时，遵循从翻译单句，长句，段落到翻译文章的步骤，可以中英文互译，对比和原文的差别，找出自己表达的不足。同时注意平时要练笔，交给老师或朋友修改，找出自己的问题，最好可以分类联系(记叙，说明，论说，信件，图表等)。同时注意把阅读和写作结合起来，积累好的词汇搭配，表达法，结构，篇章等，毕竟读书破万篇，下笔如有神嘛。

第四篇：英语四级备考方案

大学生英语四级备考方案

随着英语四级的逼近，作为大二的我们正面临着一个严峻的问题，那就是英语四级。没有四级证书，就没有毕业证书，所以英语四级对于我们来说极其重要。

英语四级总体分析：英语四级的总分数为710分，而听力和阅读理解共占497分，各占248.5分：翻译和写作共是213分，各为106.5 分；而四级的及格线为425分。所以我们只要在497分中拿到300分，在213分中拿下126 分，这样我们就可以冲破及格线了，我们害怕什么呢？我们还在担心什么呢？所以，作为学委的我会带领打家重点突破听力和阅读理解！

具体安排：

1．听力：在晚自习期间放听力，每周至少三次，由课代表负责（有选修课的同学自己在寝室作听力）；

2．阅读：晚自习期间做完听力可以做快速阅读，也可做其他课程的作业，最低要求每个同学每周至少8篇（也可以做自己买书籍）；

3．作文：每同学每周至少写一篇作文，在周日晚点名的时候上交给学委，从而来提高同学们的写作能力；

4．翻译：每同学每周至少要上交一道翻译题； 5．要求同学们充分利用网络资源，下载一个记单词的软件，以此来积累同学们的词汇量；

6．每月组织大家进行一次真题月考；

动员全班同学实行“帮扶计划”成绩好的同学帮助成绩差的同学，同学们相互帮助，互相学习。班干部要以身作则认真学习，才能带动班上同学更好的学习。课代表要主动去联系英语老师来辅导监督同学们的学习情况。让大家为四级一起来拼一把吧！不逼自己一把你怎么知道自己有多优秀呢？

是英语教师）可用英语对演讲内容及其相关问题进行提问，参赛者用英文回答；

B评分规则。由在场同学进行投票，由工作人员进行最后统计，按票数多少进行评奖，按成绩排名分别为一、二等奖；

C 奖项设立。一等奖一名，二等奖一名，暂不设三等奖； D颁奖。有英语教师在比赛结束后颁发奖品。
