华中科技大学外国留学生校长奖学金

一、指导思想

为落实我校《中长期战略发展规划》中对扩大留学生规模的要求，进一步扩大我校在国际上的影响力，优化我校留学生结构，特设立华中科技大学外国留学生校长奖学金。

二、奖学金资助对象

我校新录取的硕士生（英文授课）

三、奖学金资助标准

· 免交注册费、学费、实验费、实习费、基本教材费； ·提供门诊医疗服务和来华留学生综合医疗保险。

四、奖学金名额 每年25名

五、奖学金选拔办法 1.开放专业

我校所有可英文授课的硕士专业 2.申请人资格

外国国籍，获得学士学位，成绩优秀，有良好的教育背景，获得两名教授或副教授的推荐，语言能力达到授课专业的要求，年龄在35周岁以下。

每年1月1日——3月31日。4.申请所需材料

最高学历、学位证明（如毕业证书等）就读学校出具的在校成绩、表现证明 两名教授或副教授的推荐信 4.受理机构

外国留学生可直接将奖学金申请材料邮件至：华中科技大学国际教育学院留学生办公室 5.评审及公示

学校设立外国留学生校长奖学金评审委员会。

奖学金受理时间结束后，评审委员会按照公开、公平、公正原则选拔奖学金候选人，并在校内公示。公示结束后，学校正式公布奖学金获得者名单并通知到学生本人。

第二篇：外国留学生奖学金推荐信

推荐信

Muknapa Wiangkaew 为西南大学文学院泰国2+2项目商贸汉语班学生。

该生在校期间学习刻苦，学习态度端正，上课从不迟到早退，认真完成老师布置的各项学习任务，在上学期期末考试中各门课程均取得了优异成绩，各科成绩都达到了A等，名列班级前茅。

此外，该生还担任了商贸汉语班班长，负责配合协助班主任老师做好班级管理工作。该生组织协调能力出色，对待工作尽职尽责，能及时将同学思想动态向班主任反映，在班主任和同学之间起到了很好的沟通联系作用。该生多次组织并积极参与学院及学校的各种文体活动，先后参加了中泰学生文化交流节、西南大学第三届田径运动会、西南大学留学生泼水节等活动，并利用课余时间义务为中国同学教授泰语，为中泰学生间的文化、语言交流做出了积极努力，促进了中泰两国学生的相互了解和沟通。

该生平时团结同学，尊敬老师，乐于助人，在学习和生活上都热心为同学排忧解难，时常帮助生活自理能力较差的同学，对于学习成绩不好的同学，也主动帮助他们，深受其他同学的喜爱。

基于该生在校期间的优秀表现，特推荐为2009-2010重庆市人民政府外国留学生市长奖学金候选人。

第五篇：学业奖学金资助协议-华中科技大学研究生资助网

附件三：

华中科技大学

级学术型研究生“学业奖学金”资助协议

院（系、所）（以下简称甲方）经与导师（以下简称乙方）协商，与研究生（以下简称丙方），签订“学业奖学金”资助协议如下：

1、甲乙两方同意丙方获得奖学金资助。资助类型：（□ 全额奖学金 □ 半额奖学金），资助期限：20 年 月到20 年 月。

2、丙方在学习期间，应严格遵守国家政策、法令及校纪校规，在规定的学制内完成学习任务，不得校外兼职。

3、丙方在学习期间所取得的研究成果属于学校。

4、丙方如中途提出退学或因学业未达到规定要求等情况而被学校退学，则视为违约；由于因病（必须由华中科技大学医院出具证明）或被选派参加国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目及其他法定的不可抗拒事由提出退学的，则不视为违约。丙方因违约退学的，必须偿还在研究生学习期间累计获得的全部奖学金资助。博士生退博转硕者，须根据甲方当年自筹硕士生收费标准按学年交纳培养年限的硕士培养费。研究生退学后不再保留学籍。

5、丙方在校学习期间如因违反校纪被开除学籍而中断学业，必须偿还研究生学习期间累计获得的全部奖学金资助。

6、丙方若出现学校规定的不能参加奖学金评定情况之一者，则不能获得相应的学业奖学金资助。

7、本协议由研究生院和院、系（所）负责对执行情况进行监督。本协议未尽事宜，由研究生院会同本协议双方协商解决。

8、本协议一式叁份，经甲、乙、丙三方签字或盖章，丙方被正式录取后生效。
