(三)实施细则

1、团队组建与项目申报

(1)团队组建:参加实践教学环节的学生,以自愿原则为基础,按7~10人规模组织学习团队,并推举组长1人。不能自行组建团队的学生,由任课教师统一安排并指定组长1人。学习团队一经组建,原则上不再进行调整。

(2)项目申报:实践教学项目申报应以学习团队为单位进行。申报前,团队应就准备申报的项目进行先期研讨,分析从事该项目研究的优势和不足,并制定学习计划,共同提出书面申请。

2、过程指导与团队研究

(1)过程指导:在学生实践教学项目选定后,指导教师应灵活指导团队进程。指导教师至少参加每个团队的团队活动一次,了解各团队成员的工作情况,对疑难问题进行讲解。指导教师应将指导过程形成书面记录。

(2)团队研究:团队研究是本实践教学重要环节,是在个人研究基础上,在团队范围内集中进行的学习研讨。每一团队的研究次数不少于2次,组长担任团队研讨召集人并负责保存讨论记录。

3、撰写报告与团队总结

(1)撰写报告:团队研究报告由团队分工协作集体完成,并由一人统稿。指导教师应根据具体情况,指导学生写作。

(2)团队总结:团队组长应认真填写“毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论实践教学团队总结表”,并根据团队研究过程中成员的表现情况,按照每人对团队工作的贡献大小依次排序,贡献最大者排为第一,依次递减,原则上不并列,并参照各项评价指标,形成团队各成员的自评成绩,得分上限为25分。

4、报告评价与成绩评定

指导教师应仔细阅读学生团队提交的研究报告,并书写简要评语,根据报告质量给出团队研究报告成绩,得分上限为60分。同时,指导教师应从团队成员自评成绩、团队研究报告成绩以及个人平时成绩三个方面加总形成团队每个成员的实得成绩,其中,个人平时成绩主要依据指导教师在过程指导中对各团队成员的评价,并参考团队讨论记录中“发言重要性排序结果”得出,得分上限为15分。

三、《形势与政策》与《中国近现代史纲要》课程实践教学基本思路及实施细则

项目名称:组织学生参观爱国主义教育基地,撰写一篇不少于4000字的中国近现代重要历史事件或重要历史人物述评。

(一)基本思路

1、组织方式和实践类型:实践教学以学生个体为研究主体。学生结合《中国近现代史纲要》理论教学内容,参观爱国主义教育基地,选择中国近现代历史上一次重要历史事件或一位重要历史人物,认真研究并撰写关于这次重要历史事件或这位重要历史人物的述评。

(2)项目申报:实践教学项目申报应以学习团队为单位进行。申报前,团队应就准备申报的项目进行先期研讨,分析从事该项目研究的优势和不足,并制定学习计划,共同提出书面申请。

2、团队研究

(1)团队应制作问卷对选定课题进行调查研究,并将回收问卷(至少80份)装订成册,并连同调查报告一同提交。

(2)团队应合法使用拍摄手段制作图片资料对选定课题进行支撑论证,并将相关图片资料装订成册,连同调查报告一同提交。

(3)团队研究是本实践教学重要环节,是在个人研究基础上,在团队范围内集中进行的学习研讨。每一团队的研究次数不少于2次,组长担任团队研讨召集人并负责保存讨论记录。

3、撰写报告与团队总结

(1)撰写报告:团队研究报告由团队分工协作集体完成,并由一人统稿。指导教师应根据具体情况,指导学生写作。

(2)团队总结:团队组长应认真填写“思想道德修养与法律基础实践教学团队总结表”,并根据团队研究过程中成员的表现情况,按照每人对团队工作的贡献大小依次排序,贡献最大者排为第一,依次递减,原则上不并列,并参照各项评价指标,形成团队各成员的自评成绩,得分上限为40分。

4、报告评价与成绩评定

指导教师应仔细阅读学生团队提交的研究报告,并书写简要评语,根据报告质量给出团队研究报告成绩,得分上限为60分。同时,指导教师应将团队成员自评成绩和团队研究报告成绩加总形成团队每个成员的实得成绩。
