考试经验：中高级口译口试备考心得

先来介绍一下英语中级口译考试吧。想要拿到英语中级口译证书，需要过笔试和口试。英语中级口译考试每年举行两场，笔试在每年3月和9月的下午举行，口试则在之后的几个礼拜里举行。上午则是高级口译考试。过了笔试的话，就可以报口试，一共可以考4次。没有在这4次里通过的话，则需要再次考笔试，才能有资格考口试。

来说一下口试的测试题型吧。口试采用段落翻译的形式，即微型演讲文翻译的形式。翻译总量为四篇短文，其中两篇为“英译汉”，两篇为“汉译英”。英译汉与汉译英总量为650个词左右。每篇短文分为四个句段进行口译，每一句段播放后，有15~30秒的间隙供我们口译成目标语。这15~30秒的时间由口译录音信号控制，大家到时候练习的时候就知道了。到时候，还会发一张口译记录纸，用来在听录音时做一下必要的笔记。

从选材范围看，口试选取一般话题范围内的对话、致辞、讲话、讲座等材料，题材带有普遍性，围绕社会、时代与日常生活内容，难度适中。

准备这次口试，我买的书不多，用到就是《英语中级口译资格证书 口译实考试卷解析》 第三版（最新的是第四版）和《中级口译教程》。

《英语中级口译资格证书 口译实考试卷解析》这本书包含笔试和口试的历年真题，而《中级口译教程》则是官方指定用书，必然有它的权威性，有好几次口试的短文出自这本书，所以此书的重要性不言而喻了。

说一下《中级口译教程》的使用。这本书从第二单位开始了，讲了14个的不同的主题，每个主题下面又分四篇短文，每篇短文前都有单词词组提炼。我觉得单是这本书的信息量已经很巨大了，如果把此书背得滚瓜烂熟，口试就只是一个小case了。我那时候时间有限，只是把这本书背了一遍，再粗粗地看了几遍。练第一篇的时候，我的挫折感很大。录音放了一句话，我要翻译的时候，又是想单词，又是语法，常常连录音的内容都忘记了。我感觉直接进行口译，难度很大，所以我改变策略——降低难度，先从背诵文章开始。我会大声朗读、大声背诵，记清楚里面的语法和词汇。坚持背诵了五个单元左右，我对口译没有那么恐惧了，虽然准确率还是不高，但是已经很有感觉了。接下来，就是尝试口译了。录音放一句，我口译一句。这段过程其实是很枯燥的，有好几次我想放弃，觉得不考也没关系。可是，想想自己已经念了那么多，放弃了，以前的努力就白费了，真不划算，所以还是硬着头皮上了。这样坚持下来，效果是喜人的。

当然除了学习教程和练习真题，我还会听点VOA或者BBC。数量不多，每天一篇就行，但是要保证是精听或听写。这样的话，我既可以了解时事，还可以增加英语词汇。其中听写新闻，可以帮助锻炼大脑的瞬时记忆能力，之前我会忘记录音语句，一个是因为词汇量和语法的问题，一个就是因为瞬时记忆能力不高。所以坚持了一段时间听写新闻，明显感觉自己能记清楚了。学有余力的同学们，可以再多做几篇，效果肯定更好。

除了多听、多练、多说这些万年不变的攻克英语考试的法宝之外，英语口译考试也考查同学们的心理素质。口试考试采用的个别面试的形式，虽然试题有录音播放，但是会有两个老师监考并对你打分。假如我们准备充分，但是一紧张就忘词的话，就会影响口试成绩了。所以，大家要锻炼自己的胆量，比如不要放过公开演讲的机会等等。

以上只是我个人准备中级口译口试的方法，供大家参考，大家应该在自我实践中，找到最适合自己的方法。但是有一点很重要：不管你选择的是怎么样的方法，唯有坚持，才能成功。

中高级口译考试是全国含金量比较高的素质英语考试之一，其试题难度大，题量多。如果没有扎实的英语基础和有针对性的复习，想要通过考试还是很有难度滴~~因此如果你没通过考试要仔细想想自己是由于基础不够好还是因为复习没有针对性捏？

如果基础不牢靠的话就要加强基本功的训练哦。基本功包括听说读写译五部分，而中高级口译考试包括三大部分，分别为翻译，听力和阅读，因此这个考试全面考察了考生的基本功。自己分析一下究竟自己的薄弱环节是什么？无论想提高哪一项踏实认真的态度是必须要有滴！

想提高听力水平的话，每天坚持听VOA,BBC是个不错的方法，如果想精听的话可以来沪江网参加VOA听写节目。当然了，看英文电影，听英文歌曲也是个不错的方法，既放松又能提高听力水平。光听还是不行的，及时归纳总结时事词汇也是很有必要的。

阅读的话建议多看英文报纸和浏览国外的权威网站。其实在沪江英语站也有不少很好的双语文章呢~。如果想让阅读更有意思的话也可以挑战一下英文原版小说，开始的时候可以挑些简单的来看，慢慢地你就会发现自己的词汇量增加了，阅读水平真的提高了。

如果是由于“裸考”造成的没通过，那可就要好好研究一下中高口的题型喽！做多几套真题，总结做题的技巧和方法很重要。而且由于中高口考试是素质英语考试，因此有针对性得复习一些热门词汇还是很重要的。

第三篇：中级口译口试备考

老师简介: K: 上海新东方学校口译研究中心成员。中/高级口译明星教师。上海交通大学英语语言文学硕士。高级同声翻译。

1、考官不是送你下地狱的魔鬼，而是盼你终成正果的天使。

考官评判时，心里要有一个大准则，是“放”而不是“卡”，就是说，每个考官都是希望你通过第二轮考试，为了让更多有实力的人或者marginal的人能通过，会结合手中的标准答案，来辨析考生们口译时给出的千百种答案的变体，是否大体符合。这是一个非常耗脑的工作，实际上对每个考官来说，就是要在当天连续作10小时的听力，而且„„其中很多是带着祖国各地口音的英语。但是，我可以保证，每一个考官都会认真听你说的每一句话，每一个词，然后，在每句的大方向无错误的基础上，踩点给分，并尽量给你多抓分。所以，要把注意力放在句子大意和每句的关键词。考官很辛苦，但都是很仁慈的。总之，我们考官的宗旨永远是希望更多的人通过考试。

2、别过分担心关于容貌、衣装、仪态这些东西。

超女快男的火爆，给了年轻朋友们草根成名的梦想，这里我对什么是“美”不作评价。但在这个作为考场的小教室里，我们对相貌没有感觉，对时尚没有感觉，对颜色没有感觉，对气味没有感觉，对“嘻哈”还是“玻希米亚”没有感觉，我们甚至对你的性别都没有感觉，我们只对声音有感觉，希望那声音尽可能清楚，意思尽可能与磁带原意“靠谱”。至于其他那些，“得体”即可，绝对一视同仁，毕竟口译考试不是选秀。

3、可以提出的小要求：

a.如感觉教室外的嘈杂声会有干扰，可提出关窗；

b.磁带声音的大小，可提要求；

c.记录纸不够用，可提要求；

d.忘带笔，可提要求；

e.进门如紧张到不行，可提出，考官都会安慰你几句让你好一点。

不该提出的要求和不受欢迎的动作：

a.考试中无理由要求重放或暂停；

b.自己去调考试录音机。

c.看自带记录纸或笔记。（属作弊，虽不至于取消资格，但会被收上去，既令自己紧张，也影响考官情绪）

d.转笔（切记，转到桌上的噪声或转到地上对大家都是麻烦）

e.考完立刻追问成绩。（考官不得在成绩公布日前告诉你，而且最终成绩需要两位考官综合，有时意见不一需要商榷）

受欢迎的动作：

a.进门寒暄后放下包尽快坐好；

b.身份证、准考证和笔带好，并记住应该报的是“准考证号”而非“考试号”；不要拿出自己准备时作的记录；

c.考完拿好所有证件和包，迅速离开。(谋事在人，成事在天）

4、口译口试流程图：

排队领号入场-------〉手机封装-----------〉进入大教室按序号等待----------〉口语准备时间（给一个topic,题目的要求也是帮你找到思路）----------〉按考场号进入考场---------〉Section A口语考试（实际一般不超过一分钟，属于热身，原则上不卡人，这时，我们除了听你说，也在记录你的姓名、考试号等个人信息）-----------〉Section B 口译考试的Directions（提要求时间）-------------〉正式口译考试1。英译汉（注意每句之间的时间间隔，靠做历年考题熟悉节奏）------------〉2。汉译英---------------〉考试结束，收拾离开。

================= 为帮助各位考生熟悉真实考场情况，我总结了以下一些该做的和不该做的几件事，可以归纳为“考试三要三不要”。

1）进入考场要收好口语草稿纸；不要忘记将准考证、身份证，笔拿出。

2）坐定后要在两次Directions时及时要求音量调节、窗户关闭及口译笔记纸；不要在考试中提任何要求。

3）考试时要坚持到底；不要分心，例如观察考官脸色或举动。

【帖士一：候考时放轻松】

口试考试正式开始之前，考生们往往需要在候考室等上一两个小时甚至更久。在这段时间中，经常能看到许多应试者还在翻阅厚厚的口译教程，心中默念甚至背诵短语或表达。其实，这样做非但不能帮助记忆，反而会导致心理紧张，在等候了几个小时之后，当真正走进考场的时候往往已经是精神疲惫了，从而影响了考试时的发挥。

在这段时间中，可以看看轻松休闲的杂志，和一起候考的同学聊聊愉快的话题，尽量分散自己的注意力，或者还可以趴在桌子上小憩片刻，让自己的心情放松下来。在老师叫号的时候，当所叫的号码离自己的号码越来越近，就难免会紧张，此时不要再去记忆所背的内容，尽量使自己放松，以更好的姿态应战。

【帖士二：备考时勤思考】

从候考室出来，进入备考室，坐定后，监考老师会依次核对相关证件，可以利用这几分钟时间让自己定下心来，调整状态。正式拿到口试话题后，开始计时五分钟。

此时千万不要慌张，首先要看清题目，把黑体字的话题连同余下的提示问题全部通读一遍，如果还是觉得有些紧张，无法记忆题目要求，可以利用口试准考证的空白背面，将话题和提示中的关键字抄写下来，这样不仅可以稍稍平复紧张的心情，而且还能在考场外等待时做提示之用。

在基本了解话题后，就要开始积极思考，这里有个小窍门，一般而言，题目下面的几个提示问题往往十分有用，可以根据这些问题设计自己谈话的大致框架，依次将各个部分的“topicsentences”确定好，再将每个部分展开，加入具体的事例，增加说服力。最后再理顺一遍思路，并尝试默念着表达一下，看看自己对整体的把握如何，哪些地方还需要补充。

此外，准备的内容应该越多越好，可以多挖掘几个角度，或者尽量多举例子来阐述观点，以备临场表达时不时之需。之后，在考场外待考时，还应反复回忆或是模拟对于整个话题的表达，此时往往是整场考试过程中最为紧张的时刻，必须尽量放松，反复模拟，使自己尽快进入考试状态。

【帖士三：考试时要投入】

进入考场后，大部分的考生会紧张，但是千万不要慌张，即使对面的两位老师神情严肃，也不用慌张，必须精神高度集中。

第一部分话题结束后，就要立即投入第二部分的考试，这一点十分重要，必须迅速全身心地投入到接下来的一个速记和语言转换的过程中。即使听过两段英文后，精神上会有些许的疲惫，但也不能懈怠下来，否则很容易少听或漏听接下来中文段落中的语句。要保持高度紧张的状态，需要时时刻刻提醒自己不能放松，此刻的感官以听为主，反应要快，完全投入其中。

在遇到具体不会翻译的词句或是忽然“卡住”时，要注意随机应变，融会贯通，学会用意译的方法来翻译，做到最基本的“信”，忠实于原文。

比如，在参加上一次的口试阶段考试时，口译的过程中，需要翻译有关紫禁城的内容，涉及许多传统文化的表达，比如：内宫、外宫等等，我就按照意译的理解将他们的大致含义翻译出来。另外，在介绍桂林的山水的一段中，提到了桂花。当时我一时想不起来“桂花”这个词的表达，于是就把它翻译成了aspecialflowerthatgivesoutnicesweetscent。虽然表达有些问题，但还是顺利表达了意思，不至于“卡住”。毕竟，口译考试对翻译“信、达、雅”的三个标准中的后两者要求并不高。

另外，万一在规定时间内没有翻译完，也不要着急，直接停下来，接着翻译下一段就可以了，千万不要因为前一段的内容而影响下一段的翻译。

【帖士四：最后复习忌劳累】

通常在拿到口试准考证的同时，许多考生就会定下一个计划：从现在到考试那天为止，通览口译教程并进行记忆和背诵，有些考生甚至背诵了整本教材。其实这样的复习并不见得对每位考生都有效果，而且所记忆的内容经常会随着课文的递进而遗忘。

我们的建议是：以教程为主，中英文对照着看，不要刻意去记忆，只要熟悉一下模式即可。此外，应当阅读大量的时事新闻和英文报纸，尤其要注意相关热点问题的英文表达，可以多记一些，对考试会有一定的帮助。

一、笔记要少而精，清晰易读。记录的应当是能提示整个意群的字（如“不断扩大”四个字，只要记录“扩”，或者用上升符号代表），反映逻辑关系的字，和数字等要求精确的细节词。写字要尽量快，但不能为了速度牺牲清晰，读不懂的笔记还不如根本没有记录。

二、要学会借助划线和符号，表示常用词汇以及句中逻辑关系。例如，“V”可以表示success,“/”可以表示of, 所以当我们听到success of the American society时，我们可以写下 V/A；又如，在一个动词下面加一条下划线，可以表示进行时态，如“正在进行改革”就可以记录成“ 改 ”。不难看出，合理的使用符号对于对于口译成功的重要性。

三、要少线多指，即用同一种符号代表多种相互关联的意思。例如，（意指一条横线穿过圆圆的地球）可以表示across the world, worldwide, global, international, universal, the earth;而globalization便可用

n 来表示。这样避免了使用过多符号反而更复杂。

四、要少横多竖，即按照译群，勤换行，尤其是列举的时候，竖着记录更为清晰。例如，We’ll invest in schools, colleges, universities, libraries and our communities.最好记录成：

|-comm.五、快速书写。毋庸置疑，在保证清晰的基础上，比及应该尽量快。

六、明确结束。在每一段结束后，画上一道线，或者隔开一段距离再记录下一段的内容。

【口译笔记六不要】

初学者往往会陷入一些笔记的误区，造成口译的困难。

一、不要把笔记作为目的，占用大量脑力，重心一定要放在听懂上面。脑记和笔记的协调是需要大量练习才能提高的，但是把握整体意思、结构的重要性永远大过将部分字句记录下来。

二、不要力图把每一个字都记下来。除非熟练掌握速记，否则不可能做到把口译考试的内容都记下来进行视译（sight interpretation）。因此笔记要记的是反应核心意义的关键信息以及细节信息，如数字、专有名词等等。

三、不要在一段录音结束后拼命把最后几个字都写全。初学者往往喜欢这样做，但实际上，这样做既不必要，又不合理。按照心理学上记忆的规律，最后一句话已经没有倒摄抑制（retroactive inhibition），是不容易遗忘的；如果花了几秒钟在记录最后几个字，导致录音结束后迟迟不开口，浪费宝贵时间，使非常可惜的。

四、不要书写的过于拥挤，以免过后难以辨认。

五、不要刻意追求使用符号。符号有很多优点，但是创造过多的符号、以至于听到某个词之后脑力用在了回忆其符号之上，就成了本末倒置。

六、不要现场发明符号。经验表明，在口译现场大脑高度紧张的状态下，从未使用过的符号在事后口译时往往会难以再现其含义。因此，包含符号的笔记系统，一定要平时建立、熟练应用，而临场不要创造符号。

一、口译口试考试流程：

1.必要的三证：准考证、口试证、身份证。

2.按口试证上的时间地点报到、候考。

我的口试证上写的是上午7：30，上海外国语大学“三号楼一楼”。早上7：25我到了该楼，楼口处有许多等着进场的学生，一位老师发套伞的塑料袋（当天早晨下大雨），另有几位老师进行第一道检查（检查三证）。

通过检查后进入候考教室。教室门口有位老师负责将考生的手机（关机状态）封进信纸袋。随后等待老师叫号、分组。因为叫号是随机的，所以要集中精神听老师叫号，错过了就只能轮到下一批甚至最后一批。叫到号后老师会告诉你一个组号，即为你的组号。随后按次坐在教室第一排，进行第二次三证检查。

检查完毕后就被带入走廊尽头的另一个教室，再次核对三证后发口语Topic的卷子。阅读并准备5分钟后收卷。该卷上不能作任何记录，因为要循环利用。如要写提纲可以写在自己的纸上或口试证的背面。但考试时不能看。

收卷后沿着走廊按组号分散坐在各个教室或办公室门口的位子上，等待正式考试。

3.进入考试教室后，面前有一张A4大小草稿纸和两台录音机，一台播放录音，一台录音你的口译。两台录音机后坐着两位老师。

检查口试证和准考证后开始录音，先要用英语说“My name is...”和“My registration number is...”。然后开始讲Topic，讲到等老师喊停后停（一般不会说满5分钟），开始口译部分。

4.口译部先后为两段英译中和两段中译英。每段又分为两小组句子（中口句子较短，高口的句子比较长），组间停顿时间为中口约25-35秒，高口45-50秒。

口译结束后，收拾东西离开，但是草稿纸不得带出考场。二、一点点心得：

1.摸清“地形”很重要。

就我所知，口试在候考和考场就是上外的“逸夫会堂”和“三号楼”。如果不熟悉上外（本部）的校园建议早些出门或提早“踩点”，考试当天就不用浪费很多时间找楼了。要知道口试证上写明“迟到者不得参加考试”的。

2.吃饱但不要喝足

因为候考时间很难把握，所以为了保证有充分的体力撑到考试的那刻，早饭要吃饱，还可以带点巧克力这种高热量的食品做能量补充。如果是下午考，则不宜吃太饱（容易犯困）或可以提早些吃午饭。进入候考教室后就是一轮一轮的叫号，这时不宜走开，所以不宜喝太多水。

3.战胜紧张就赢了一半。

不紧张是不可能的，但是要想办法让自己尽可能的放松，这样才不会影响发挥。我在候考时与身边的一位同学交谈了一会儿，就感觉轻松了很多。而且候考处的老师和判分的老师都很和蔼，一点也不用“畏

惧”。紧张很可能导致舌头打结或是漏听许多信息，或“聋”或“哑”还怎么做口译呢？所以克服了紧张的情绪这场仗就赢了一半啦。

4.A bad beginning is just a bad beginning.虽说“A good beginning is half done.”，但对于口译考试来说“A bad beginning is just a bad beginning.”。由于紧张或未进入状态，加之第一段是英译中很可能发挥不好，这时应该及时调整心态，不能因此而乱了阵脚，影响之后的口译。所以考试中的不断调整也是相当考验心理素质的，相信这也是作为口译员最基本的能力吧。

5.做笔记不能走火入魔。

许多参加过口试的同学都说考试时笔记写不全，而且最后潦草得自己都不明白是什么意思了。我认为这是个误区，个人认为记是重要的，但是听比记更重要。听时理解句子的意思和句子间的逻辑关系就能把握准意思主干，加上适当的笔记作为提示，这样才能译得完整。一味地追求完整笔记，记的时候忽略了理解反而会捡了芝麻丢了西瓜。

================= 【以听听说说为荣，以默读默译为耻】

视译，也就是以主句、从句、分词和小词为单位断句，基本按英文材料的语顺，一边看一边顺翻。这是翻译训练的重要方法，也是同声传译的基础。方法虽好，但在准备口译考试的过程中，尤其是临考的两三个月，应该坚决放弃视译，开始听译了。英译汉应该结合外国人原声朗读的磁带听两句，译两句。汉译英也应该结合磁带，或两人结成对子，互念互译。看见的文字和听到耳朵里面的文字根本是两种类型的东西，考试的状态是听了说，不是看着说，但由于很多同学更习惯于沉默的学习方式，以往也不重视听说训练，造成积重难返，复习情景和考试情景完全脱离，事倍而功半。

【以练习段落语篇为荣，以死背单词句型为耻】

学口译始终要以语篇段落为单位，英译汉时对于不会的词只有利用英文整齐的结构猜测，猜不出就只好扔掉胡说，无论心多虚，嘴上要振振有词，说到底就是拼命地利用听懂的东西。汉译英不会时，要靠断句、降格和做小词的办法，靠转化解决问题。比如，不会说“妇产科”，就说THE DEPARTMENT FOR WOMEN AND CHILD BIRTH；比如，“凭借新加坡雄厚的经济实力，他们取得了很大成就”，不会翻“凭借”，就把这句话拆成，“新加坡有雄厚的经济实力”，“所以，新加坡取得了很大成就”；在比如，“北京大学市历史悠久的大学，隶属教育部”，不会说动词“隶属”，就做小词，挂在主句后面，说“北京大学市历史悠久的大学，under教育部。”再一次提醒大家，口译考试和4、6级、托福、雅思、GRE都不一样，你只能利用你以往的单词基础，在口译练习的过程中一定程度地积累一些口译的常见词和用法，但靠大规模的背单词，完全不会帮你考试过关。

【以聪明利用答案为荣，以照搬笔译式答案为耻】

一切口译教材的答案都是笔译式的。英译汉时，是听大意，参考答案主要是参考英文原文，不是英文的译法。主要看看自己哪里没有听出来，译的时候可以很自由，不要太纠缠具体的措辞。英译汉口译，像考政治大答题，大体的几个点出来，就拿分了。汉译英时，主要是看不会的词怎么说，句子结构不可学习答案的复杂结果。汉译英口译，一般都会把句子拆碎，多说碎句子，主谓清楚，主谓一致即可，一定不要大句子套小句子，小句子又套上孙子辈儿的句子，自己说着说着就把自己绕进去了，听你说话那位老师的心里一定也非常郁闷。

【以根据口译题型找复习材料为荣，以漫无边际练习为耻】

口译的出题是有范围的。英译汉多是演讲体，但讲的是严肃的话和事，措词不会太口语化，速度不会很快，所以听电影，听语速稍快的CNN、BBC、VOA新闻就不会帮助你提高口译的听力水平。又因为是中低端考试，内容不会很专业，不会很专题，多是泛泛而谈的东西，所以很政治经济类的，如温家宝新闻发布会，很科技类，介绍航天飞机技术的都不会考。汉译英也是泛泛的讲话，内容浅，多是介绍中国情况、中国特色和中国政策的。但因为不专业，所以唐诗宋词、四大名著、疟疾伤寒都不会考。题材特点二是比较追逐最新关注话题，例如环境、艾滋病、姚明、奥运会都会成为考点。题材特点三是多半会结合一些数字。

口译学习没有技巧，但有科学的方法。不管你今天是个什么能耐，只要你按照这些科学的办法学习，就有可能爆个冷门，侥幸通过考试。因为你毕竟只是在一个陌生的监考老师面前暴露一会儿自己，他不了解你的过去，你过去多差都没有意义，只要在这一刻你表现好就行了。我们中国的事情是，门口挤着太多的人，一旦冲进去了，你就舒服多了。记住，你今后的口译工作会比你现在的考试容易。请你坚持住。

中高级口译口试常见句式总结

中高级口译考试的口试部分，向来以题目难度大，要求苛刻而著称。整个考试，特别是高级口译的口试，对考生听说译的基本功要求都很高。当然，在苦练基本功之余，考生们也不妨花点时间，了解口试中各类题材的特点和常用句型，取得事半功倍的效果。

第一大类、大会讲话类（Conference Address）

大会讲话为中高级口译考试必考题材，特别是高口，几乎是无讲话不成题。这类题材是最能体现套路句型威力的一部分，一旦抓住展现背诵成果的机会，将给大家的应考带来很大的优势。反过来说，如果这个部分完全不熟悉句型套路，翻船也几乎是一定的了。

1、讲话类可以是很口语的句子。

比如：“今天我很高兴在这里跟大家谈谈求职面试的话题”。听到这句话后，考生立刻作出判断——这是非正式类句型，不用大词，力求口语化。所以以下的句型是要脱口而出的，“I’m glad to talk to all of you about job interviews.”这个句型简单，所以输

出一定要十分流畅，毫不犹豫。

2、讲话类也可以很正式。

比如：“今天我很高兴在这里就中国在知识产权保护领域所做出的努力，向大会发表讲话。”我们立刻判断出几点：A跨国交往B较为正式C需要比较唬人的句型。所以立刻反应出这样一句：“ Today I’m honored and privileged to take this opportunity to address the conference on the topic of China’s efforts in protecting Intelligent Property

Rights.”

在这个句型里，honored and privileged 是套话，不仅要背诵，还要念得好听到位。To take this opportunity 是原句中没有的一层意思，建议考生炫一下，展示自己曾经背过，心中有料。Address的用法特别需要强调，后面往往跟conference，audience 等的表示场合的集合名词，不大跟表示个人的短语，如 distinguished guests here 等，更不能跟everybody here，you guys 等不严肃的称谓，原因显而易见。

以上两个句子，只是在监考老师“不想认真考仪式讲话”的时候，一带而过进入正题用的，如果他们要板起脸来考考句子的话，就很可能会出现以下的句型。

3、“值此a-XXXX(往往为金风送爽，春暖花开，秋高气爽等四字格)之际，我谨代表b-XXX,并以我个人的名义，向各位远道/从百忙中拨冗前来参加今天的c-XXXX的各位嘉宾们，表

达我的d-XXX。”

虽然考试中，考仪式类讲话也未见得会这么复杂，但是我们还是要做好准备。除了整句要背，而且是背到不假思索、滚瓜烂熟，还要会关注其中的变量（variables），即XXX的部

分。我们一个一个的看看：

a.后面跟的四字格往往在中文的部分已经让人望而却步，很多考生甚至在四字格一出来，已经心理崩溃，无心恋战了。其实这样的四字格有一个很聪明的处理办法——把它们作为时间状语放在句子的最后，而不是在整句的开头去拼命想要翻一个文采惊人的版本，因为这恰恰是很多考生考场失语的主因。当其他的句子成分都已经成功解决之后，这个时间状语只要点到跟季节有关的词，如Spring, Autumn之类的，过关已经足够，如果能再加上 when the agreeable breezes of the beautiful Autumn bring us another harvest season 等等和原文不是那么贴近，但是比较像样的句子，已经是锦上添花了。

b.往往会出现某要人的名字及头衔，如“公司总经理张先生”等。这里只要注意“先姓名，后头衔”的原则，就不会有问题了。比如上面的例子，最好口译为“Mr.Zhang, the general manager of our company”。我们要尽量避免汉语的语序，如：“the general manger of our company, Mr.Zhang”。当然，如果用了后面的这个版本，虽然不是很地道，但是过

关还是可以的。

c.往往有某活动，某会议这样的词汇。口译中常用的词汇当然少不了。口试中meeting, conference 都已经不乐意考了。如今一出手往往就是Seminar（研讨会），Symposium(学术报告会)，forum(论坛)，gathering/ evening(晚会)等等，所以各种类型的会议名称

大家一定也要成竹在胸。

d.大家要多准备几个“表达”的语汇。最常见的当然是 to extend my heartfelt thanks/ my deepest appreciations，其次我们可以说to extend my greetings(表达问候)，to extend my warmest welcome(表达热烈的欢迎)，to extend my sincere/ earnest congratulations(表达衷心祝贺)等，这些都是口译考试中常常出现的套语。

除了背诵句型之外，大家也要关注笔记。因为这个部分的句子往往更长，考生大多需要借助笔记。为了降低笔记压力，这些背诵过的句型，大家不妨减少动笔次数。最佳的策略就是“多记变量，少记常量”。更具体的问题，欢迎大家在课堂上展开讨论了。
