【摘要】商业广告的翻译受到营销战略、商业规律、商业法规和文化障碍的制约，并有极强的目的性。翻译英语广告必须先分析它的语言特点，再按功能对等的原则来翻译。很多有关英语广告语翻译技巧的文章都从词法、句法、修辞手段及文化差异等几方面，并结合奈达的功能对等翻译理论来分析广告语言的特色及其翻译技巧。而本文将另辟蹊径，带给人完全不同的思考方式以体味英语广告语的妙用。关键词；英语广告语，使用，翻译，分析
一，引言
广告作为信息时代重要的交流手段，已经渗透到社会生活的每个角落，极大地影响人们的消费、生活和价值观。在广告语篇中，词句恰到好处的使用不仅有助于广告语篇语义的一致，从而有助于产品和服务的销售。有时候，简单的看似风马牛不相及的几个单词运用在广告语中，却能妙笔生花，达到意想不到的效果。本文以英文广告语为研究对象，从我们所熟悉的颜色词，数词，近反义词，比较最高级词，创新词，俗语谚语套用等方面研究英文广告语的实际运用。希望通过这种研究，我们能更好地掌握和理解英文广告语的发生和理解机制，从而为英文广告的实际创作提供强有力的理论指导。
二，英文广告语的实际应用
1，颜色词的使用
色彩与人类的生活息息相关，是人类认识世界的一个重要领域。色彩不仅具有物理属，还有着丰富的文化内涵和延伸意义，因此是语言、文化及翻译研究中的一个重要课题。在广告语中，色彩也常常被赋予特殊的含义。
例1 The label of achievements.Black commands more respects.译文：酒是功成名就的标志。黑色标志使您更显尊贵。
（black在此处是借代用法，用酒商标的颜色来代替酒本身）
例2 To me，the past is black and white，but the future is always color．
译文： 对我而言，过去平淡无奇；而未来，却是绚烂缤纷。（轩尼诗酒）
（black ,white此处是象征意义，表示颜色单一，平淡无奇的意思）Slim, Stylish, Sliver.译文：银色外壳，轻便美观。（扫描器广告）
（sliver此处是原意，表示物品的颜色；而且，此广告语还使用了压头韵的修辞法，简单明了的三个词就能将该扫描仪外观，颜色，特点描绘出来）2，数词的使用
英、汉数词在固定结构中的语用意义上形成对比。学者们普遍认为，数词在固定词组中所表达的概念一般来说是虚指而非实指，而且数词在实际广告语中大多具有比喻、夸张、委婉等修辞含义。
例1 Trust us.Over 5000 ears of experience.译文：相信我们吧。历经5000多只耳朵的检验，有着5000多年的经验。
（这是一则助听器推销广告。5000在此不是确数，表示数量众多。从字面看，它说明了该产品已经接受了众多消费者的考验，但字里行间巧妙地嵌入一对谐音字ears-years，充分暗示了该产品悠久的历史，久经考验的上乘质量。）
Talk like a millionaire!Make up to 1500 minutes of FREE phone calls!译文：1500分钟自由通话，百万富翁般的享受。（国际通话卡广告）
（此处1500是确数，表示该通话卡的一项功能---1500分钟自由通话）
This firstdeep.美不仅仅在外表。
（这则广告推销的是一种亚麻籽油的防腐剂,它能渗入木芯,使木材长时期不腐烂,并能保持木材美丽的自然花纹。通过对谚语Beauty is but skin-deep.(美丽只是外表)稍加改动,结合产品的性能,复制出意义相反的的广告语,提升了产品的引导功能。）例5
Thirst come, thirst served.渴了就喝,喝了不渴。
（这则啤酒广告语是由First come, first served.(捷足先登)演变而来。由于原谚语知名度很高,因此该广告语一出瞬间便拉近了与受众的距离,诱导广告受众跃跃欲 三：总结
英语广告翻译最重要的就是表达清楚原文的意义，译文要根据广告的所宣传的产品特性遣词造句。要始终考虑广告的功能，使其在译文中得以再现。注意广告的文体特征，要尽可能地在译文中保留这些特殊的语体风格，包括词汇特征、句法特征和修辞特征等，但是这绝不以为着死套原文句式，一成不变，而要根据汉语的表达习惯，适当变通，做到语义明确，语言流畅，读来朗朗上口，便于深入人心，达到促销的目的。广告翻译中译者尤其要注意美学要素的再现，兼顾音、形、意几个重要方面，做到音美、意美和形美。

10英本3班 林晓昧 39 多年以来，中国博大精深的文化又有了新的发展。今天我们主要谈论在广告方面的成语文化。广告成语文化可以说是传统成语文化和现代营销文化相结合下的产物，它借助于传统成语文化的外壳，巧妙地运用谐音，成功地创造出另外一种新型的广告文化，这是一种文化创新和文化丰富的途径，其中蕴含着许多技巧与意义。如今，在各种媒体，街上的招牌和许多地方，我们都能看到被篡改的成语广告词。下面，我们来举例子进行具体分析。
比如，黄河冰箱广告中用的广告语是“领‘鲜’一步”。这个广告词的原身为领先一步，意义本就比较积极，只在说明自己的冰箱比其他牌子的冰箱更优秀。“鲜”字的使用与“先”首先是谐音，其次又体现了冰箱的作用，保质保鲜，一举两得。再看某热水器广告语：随心所浴。沐浴本是一件舒心的事情，在沐浴的时候人们可以得到很好的放松。这个广告词用的成语是“随心所欲”，其意义指沐浴的时候可以随心所欲，将“欲”变为了“浴”又与商品的主题相吻合，还旨在暗示消费者买此品牌的热水器可以随心所欲的沐浴，是一个好的选择。这实在是一个巧妙的用法。还有商家将有些成语巧妙的贬义褒用，造成一种幽默有趣的效果。比如某种涂料的广告语为好色之涂，其原身为好色之徒。好色之徒本为贬义词，巧妙的是商家借用“色”的本意，指涂料的颜色多样，“徒”又恰巧与“涂”为谐音字，体现了商品的属性的同时，又有了令人觉得焕然一新的效果。从这个成语
可以看出，商家意在宣传自己的涂料喜欢各种颜色的涂料，于是他们能将自己牌子的各种颜色的涂料都做到好，另消费者满意。
还有许许多多类似的例子，如某自行车广告语为：乐在骑中;某洗衣粉广告语为：衣衣不舍;某口服液广告语为蜜腹健;某烧鸡广告语为鸡不可失；某保温杯广告：有口皆杯;某饮料广告：饮人入胜;某加湿器广告：湿出有名;某眼镜广告：一明惊人等等。
这些广告巧用成语，妙用谐音字，另商品增色不少，同时也为中国成语文化画上了新鲜的一笔。
