Zhang Hai: Good morning Mr Mo, it's a pleasure to meet you again.张海:早上好,莫先生,我很荣幸再见到您。

Mo: Nice to see you, if you work hard,skys the limits here.莫:很高兴见到你,好的开始是成功的一半。希望你前途无量。

Zhang Hai: Thanks, shall I meet my colleagues?

张海:谢谢,我能见见同事吗?

Mo: Sure, come with me.莫:当然可以,跟我来。

Mo: Yi Di, I would like you to meet our new comer, Zhang Hai, he just graduated from Qinghua University.莫:易迪,我向你介绍一位新同事张海,他刚刚从清华大学毕业。

Yi Di: Nice to meet you.易迪:很高兴见到你。

Zhang Hai: I am new to the working world and would appreciate your guidance.张海:我没有什么工作经验,请你多指教。

Yi Di: That's all right, I will try my best to assist if you need any help.易迪:别客气,如果需要帮忙,我会尽力的。

Zhang Hai: Great!

张海:太好了。

Mo: Well, as other guys are still not in, I'll introduce you to them later.莫:其他人还没来,我晚些时候介绍给你。

第五篇:办公室礼仪

在办公室工作,服饰要与之协调,以体现权威、声望和精明强干为宜。男士最适宜穿黑、灰、蓝三色的西服套装领带。女士则最好穿西装套裙、连衣裙或长裙。男士注意不要穿印花或大方格的衬衫;女士则不宜把露、透、短的衣服穿到办公室里去,否则使内衣若隐若现很不雅观。

在办公室里工作不能穿背心、短裤、凉鞋或拖鞋,也不适合赤脚穿鞋。戴的首饰也不宜过多,走起路来摇来摇去的耳环会分散他人注意力,叮当作响的手镯也不宜戴。

在办公室里对上司和同事们都要讲究礼貌,不能由于大家天天见面就将问候省略掉了。“您好”、“早安”、“再会”之类的问候语要经常使用,不厌其烦。同事之间不能称兄弟道弟或乱叫外号,而应以姓名相称。对上司和前辈则可以用“先生”或其职务来称呼,最好不同他们在大庭广众之前开玩笑。

对在一起工作的女同事要尊重,不能同她们拉拉扯扯、打打闹闹。在工作中要讲男女平等,一切按照社交中的女士优先原则去作未必会让女同事高兴。

行为要多加检点。尽量不要在办公室里吸烟,更不要当众表演自己擅长的化妆术。如很想吸烟或需要化妆,则应去专用的吸烟室或化妆间。若附近没有这类场所,则只好借助于洗手间。

办公时间不要离开办公桌,看书报、吃零食、打瞌睡一定会引起上司的不满。私人电话接起来没完没了会招致同事们的白眼,而坐在办公桌上办公或将腿整个翘上去的样子都是很难看的。

要避免口衔香烟四处游荡,不要与同事谈论薪水、升降或他人隐私。遇到麻烦事,要首先报告给顶头上司,切莫委过或越级上告。在外国老板面前打同事们的小报告,常会被当作不务正业,弄不好会搞掉自己的饭碗。

接待来访者要平等待人,而不论其是否有求于自己。回答来访者提出的问题要心平气和,面带笑容。绝不能粗声大气,或者以拳头砸桌子来加重语气。

去别的办公室拜访同样要注意礼貌。一般需要事先联系,准时赴约,经过许可,方可入内。在别的办公室里,没有主人的提议,不能随便脱下外套,也不要随意解扣子、卷袖子、松腰带。未经同意,不要将衣服、公文包放到桌子和椅子上。公文包很重的话,则放到腿上或身边的地上。不要乱动别人的东西。在别的办公室停留的时间不宜太久,初次造访以20分钟左右为准。
