Ladies and Gentlemen, good afternoon.I'm Xu Ruipeng, from Jinan Foreign Language School International Centre.Like my fellow recipients, I feel greatly honoured to receive the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Award.I regard this as not only a milestone in my high school years, but also a confirmation of my abilities and past efforts.Indeed, I believe that all students have tried their best in these examinations.So, what exactly makes us stand out? My answer is, communication.So, what is communication then? According to my personal experiences, the term communication may be divided into three major sub-divisions, which are expression, discussion and evaluation.Even though these abilities will not only provide you with efficiency in daily studies and important examinations but also be beneficial to you in terms of social communication, I didn't recognise the significance of these until I studied the A-Level Information Technology course.I have a variety of interests.However, before I entered high school, I liked to describe myself as a 'sole worker' due to the fact that all of my interests such as playing the flute or playing chess would only require me to work independently and try to be an expert in these fields, rather than making use of the benefits of communication.Later on, during my studies, the need for high-quality expression lay before me when I began to show interest in reading and writing poetry.I was amazed by the beauty of language and fascinated by foreign literature.Fortunately, at the same time, I had the opportunity to be a member of Jinan Foreign Language School International Centre, studying Cambridge International A-Level courses and trying to maintain these interests.But only then did I find it challenging since A-Levels require a range of abilities such as comprehending and evaluating multiple case studies, expressing coherent arguments, managing time effectively, as well as being enthusiastic for the courses you selected.By the end of my first year in the centre, I had developed a thorough passion for data analysis.Hence, my desire to study information technology was enhanced.Frankly, there were times when I struggled in studying this subject as it contains the most up-to-date knowledge in relation to a wide range of subjects such as economics and sociology.It was obvious that one would find it impossible to acquire all the knowledge they needed to learn without group work and discussions.Hence our teacher divided topics into small tasks and assigned them to each student individually.Later on, students would be required to give presentations and discussions regarding their research based on the assigned tasks.The rest of the class would be asked to provide valuable evaluation in the form of feedback, which would be helpful for our communication skills as well as critical thinking.In this way, all students including me would benefit from group work and discussions.Therefore, my personal effort would not burst into bloom without communicating with other brilliant people in and outside of my class.Now, I would like to give my sincerest thanks to the Cambridge Assessment International Education for organising such a wonderful event, giving me the opportunity to receive this award and deliver a speech today.I would also like to thank all the teachers and people who gave me guidance and encouragement during my studies.I also want to share this happiness with my parents for their invaluable support throughout my high school life.Many roads lead to SUCCESS, communication is just one of the shortcuts that I choose.At the end of my speech, I want to give my sincerest wishes to all of us: we shall meet again in our final destination of success!

大家好,我叫XX,来自外国语学院英语1401班。非常荣幸能作为学生代表在此发言。首先请允许我代表所有曾获国家奖助学金的同学向关心我们成长的各位领导表示衷心的感谢,对辛勤培育我们的老师表示崇高的敬意。感谢你们对我们的关心和鼓励,感谢你们对我们的支持和帮助!谢谢你们!(鞠躬)我一直都相信:只有耕耘才有收获。成功之门是为敢于拼搏,时刻有准备的人敞开的。对于我来说,我是一个普通家庭的孩子,我的家庭没有给予我厚实的财富。但却给了我坚强向上的品质。来到这里我明白自己已站在新的起点,所以不管任何时候,我都严格要求自己。在这里,我能凭借自己的努力获得奖助学金;在这里,我能做到不给家庭添加任何负担。大一刚进来的我,便更加立志努力学习。生活上,我作为学校的贫困生,却不以贫困为负担,积极参加学校提供的勤工助学工作,并用充满阳光的心态面对生活上的困难。学院的辅导员知道我家庭困难,也经常鼓励我,告诉我在大学应该如何更高效率的学习。终于,在老师的鼓励帮助下,也通过自己的刻苦努力,我连续两年获得一等奖学金、国家励志奖学金、三好学生标兵,还获得过优秀团员、优秀团干。
也许你认为,奖助学金的获得只是跟成绩挂钩,那你就错了,国家奖助学金的获得不仅仅是要成绩优异,还要综合素质强。是的,我投身于学生工作,曾任校宣传部干事,院办公室主任,播音员及记者。我也乐于参加各种课外活动,获得过“枫叶杯”全国征文大赛优秀奖,湖南省公益征文比赛二等奖,湖南省祖国在我心演讲比赛二等奖等43项荣誉。除此之外,我还跟着老师参与了2016湖南省研究性学习和创新性实验计划项目。说到这些,我不得不感谢领导。是领导们的关心,让我们能有机会获得奖助学金来上大学,来完成自己的梦想。我不得不感谢老师,是老师们的栽培,让我们能有机会在这些领域收获一二。奖助学金不仅是物质上的帮助,更是一种精神上的激励与促进,鞭笞着我不断前进。既然受到了帮助,那么我们也希望能帮助别人,能把这份爱心传递下去。因此,我参加过志愿者活动策划大赛,策划过保护湘江的活动;我跟随学院青志联去过株洲市小动物保护协会,为流浪小动物们洗澡,上药。我还积极响应学校的爱有所依活动,把自己的军训服装及旧衣捐助出去并且积极鼓励室友也参与进来。虽然自己已经取得一些荣誉和成绩,但这只能说明过去,不能代表将来。掌声终究会消逝,奋斗的脚步还要继续。国家奖学金以及国家励志奖学金,它不仅仅是一种荣誉,它的设立,寄托了党和国家对我们的殷切期望。而从某种意义上来说,更是一种责任,他促使我们学会高效学习,给与我们继续前进的动力,更重要的是,它教会我们学会感恩,回报社会。我们作为新一代的大学生,享受着党和国家的关心、照顾,我们更应热爱我们的祖国。在提高学习成绩的同时,提高我们的综合素质。正如我们湖南工业大学的校风一样:“明德、精业、求实、创新”。今后,我会继续努力,带着感恩的心,踏踏实实一步一个脚印去迎接未来的挑战。并时刻提醒自己努力真正做到多层次,全方位地发展,树立远大志向。回报父母,学校,国家。

尊敬的各位领导老师,亲爱的同学们:
大家好!我是经管系国贸1101B班的…………。很荣幸,可以作为国家奖学金获得者的代表,在本次表彰大会上和大家分享感言。三年的成长,三年的积淀终于获得了这一荣誉。虽然国家奖学金评定的依据是上一学年的综合表现,但我始终相信,这是我大学三年不断积累的结果,量变促成了质变。
国家奖学金是教育部为在校本(专)科学生设立的、荣誉最高、奖金额度最大的奖学金项目;它体现了党和政府对我们大学生的关心和爱护,代表了国家和社会对我们大学生的鼓励与期待。首先,请允许我代表所有获得国家奖学金、国家励志奖学金和国家助学金的同学,对关心我们成长的党和国家,政府,学校领导和老师,表示深深地感谢,感谢你们对我们的关心和鼓励,感谢你们对我们的支持和帮助!尤其是我们系的各位领导老师,是你们的教导和支持,给了我们勇气,让我们的梦想起飞。谢谢你们!
时光荏苒,回想大学三年的生活,我感慨很多。大学是一个自由的天地,是成人式的学习,我们从老师手里接过学习的接力棒成为领跑者,在这场比赛中,可以跨栏,可以抢道,可以跳跃,而绝不能在起跑线上等待老师牵着你跑。只有自主自立的学习,才能取得好成绩。身为学生,学习当然是我们的首位任务,但要学的不仅是知识,还有为人处世的道理以及应用实践的能力。也正是基于这点考虑,在学习上我从不放松自己,成绩始终名列前茅;为锻炼自己的组织协调和工作能力,我在学生会工作中认真务实,大胆创新;为提升自己的动手和应用能力,以便未来更好地就业,我积极参与各种学课竞赛和创新活动,逐渐超越自己。在这些活动中,我不断地发现自己的缺点和不足。但有缺点才有进步的空间,我们要做的就是:没有最好,只有更好。
同学们,在大学制定一份自己专属的学习计划十分重要。所谓:凡事预则立,不预则废。毫无计划的学习是疏懒散漫的,很容易被外界的事物所影响。尤其是大一的新生,很有必要为自己做一份职业规划,认真思考一下在大学你要学哪些东西,考取哪些证书,为了你的目标,你会做哪些准备;等等,不必太详尽,却可以使你有效避免被动和无目的学习。
前段时间,无意中发现这样一句话:当你的才华撑不起你的野心的时候,你就要静下心学习了。在我看来,每天睡到自然醒,每晚游戏到天明的生活方式不应该属于一个有理想的年轻人。冬天近了,天气越来越冷,你是选择每天蜷缩在被窝不愿起床,还是早早爬起、风雨无阻呢?谁都渴望成功,但不付出岂有收获。每天早起一点,每天多学一点,每天进步一点,看似微小的改变足以让你脱胎换骨,所向披靡。当然,改变不是一件容易的事情,否则福布斯财富排行榜就没有意义了,因为每个人只要愿意改变,向好、向前,都可以成为亿万富翁,关键是你肯不肯去做。不要总是羡慕别人的荣耀和光环,想想自己和哪些你觉得优秀的人之间的差距在哪里,为什么他可以我不可以?回想起三年前,大一的我像你们坐在台下,以十分惊羡的目光看着上台领奖的学长学姐们,那时我暗暗的告诫自己:他们能做到的,我也能!今天,我做到了。我明白,荣誉,是终点,更是起点。不管曾经取得怎样的成绩,都只代表着过去。我们要把握的是现在和未来!所以,从今天,勇敢地去做吧,甩开无谓的枷锁,用热情点亮梦想,把你头脑中的计划逐项落实,无论发生什么,相信自己,任何事情只要有1%的希望,就要尽100%的努力!心之所向,命之所属。只要敢想,敢做,下一个国家奖学金的获得者就是你!
