一、课标分析:
小学英语新课程标准指出,小学英语的教学目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们学习英语的积极态度,使他们初步建立学习英语的自信心,培养学生具有一定的语感和良好的语音、语调、书写基础,以及良好的学习习惯,使他们初步具备用英语进行简单日常交流的能力,同时培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象和创造能力,教师在教学过程当中应强调语言的综合运用,注意学生能力的培养,突出对学生学习兴趣的激发,重视知识的灵活扩展,真正将英语的教学目标落到实处。
二、教材分析:
本节课是新标准三年级起点四年级上册第十模块第二单元,本节课的主要内容是萨姆向大明介绍西方的一个节日——圣诞节。通过他们的谈话我们了解了在圣诞节他们都干什么,让学生学会用句型At Christmas, we…来介绍圣诞节的风俗。借助“任务型”教学我采用春节话题导入,活动激趣,演唱歌曲,练习巩固等多样化的教学手段,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生体验到成就感和荣誉感,从而树立信心,培养学生能用英语进行简单日常交际的能力。
三、教学策略分析:
为了突破本课的重、难点,根据小学生好奇、好动、好胜、模仿力强的特别,我采用任务型教学,以活动、合作为主线,让学生在教师的辅导下,通过感知、体验、实践、合作、练习感悟等多种方法并用的方式来组织教学。改变了传统的老师教授—学生接受的教学模式,促进语言实际运用能力的提高。
四、教学目标:
新课程强调知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观三个角度的有机结合,本着这样的认识,我制定如下目标:
知识目标——
1.能听说认读单词:Christmas, merry, Merry Christmas.2.能听懂并会说句子:We sing songs.We have a Christmas tree.We give presents.We eat lots
of food.能力目标——
使学生能够学会表达圣诞节问候以及描述圣诞节的风俗习惯。
情感目标——
1.让学生了解西方的传统文化,开拓学生的视野。
2.激发学生学习英语的兴趣,让学生敢于、乐于开口积极参与交流。
3.在学习的过程中,培养学生的合作意识和竞争意识。

1.在热身环节,通过复习上节课所学春节,来调动学生学习积极性让学生进入英语学习的氛围中来。为这节课学习圣诞节做铺垫,同时为本节课让学生们比较春节与圣诞节的不同打下基础。
2.根据学生心理及认知特点设计教学。针对四年级学生天性活泼、好奇、喜欢亲身经历的心理特征及教学内容的特点,采用了情景教学法、任务教学等多种教学方法。课堂上大胆放手,让学生在体验感受、参与合作中学习语言,全体师生互动,课堂气氛活跃。
3.“圣诞节”是学生特别感兴趣的一个话题,学生对于自己喜欢的东西自然十分地敏感,记忆的速度和正确率很高。我以视、听、说、演等这些丰富多彩的活动来引导学生接受了东西要说:Thank you.培养了学生讲礼貌的好习惯。
本节课还有一些环节尚待改进: 1.应该设计更多的活动让学生更好地了解中西方文化。
2.本节课对学生的写的训练相对来说稍微少点,应该留出充分的时间让孩子多练习写。英语课堂的小容量性决定了其形式的极大丰富性。一节好课,需要师生、生生之间的互动。在一次次的感受体验中让知识悄悄地播种,让孩子们的情绪始终高涨。我坚信:没有变化就没有教学艺术,互动是一种美的旋律。
