第一部分 遗传学相关概念及内涵 1.遗传学的概念:

研究生物的遗传与变异的科学。遗传学的研究范围包括遗传物质的本质、遗传物质的传递和遗传信息的实现三个方面。2.遗传学的发展过程:

(1)孟德尔经典遗传学:以孟德尔(分离定律、自由组合定律)为代表。(2)细胞遗传学时期:以摩尔根(美国,伴性遗传定律)、、达林顿(英国)。(3)微生物遗传学时期:雅各布和莫诺(法国,大肠杆菌操纵子学说)。(4)分子遗传学时期:沃森(美国)与克里克(英国)-DNA双螺旋结构。第二部分 孟德尔的豌豆杂交实验相关的概念 1.几种符号的意义

P表示亲本;F1表示子一代;F2表示子二代(以此类推);ⅹ表示杂交;♀表示母本或雌配子;♂表示父本或雄配子;⊕表示测交。2.交配类

(3)等位基因:等位基因:杂种体内,同源染色体的同一位置上控制着相对性状的基因。具有等位基因的个体一定是杂合子。5.个体类

教师总结:说得很好,常言说:人无完人。孙悟空虽然优点很多,但他的个性放纵而不受约束。正因为他性格的多姿多彩,我们才更喜欢他。B、谈猪八戒

1、同学们说得真好,大家读书可真仔细,老师也和同学们一样喜欢《西游记》,羡慕那些长生不老、上天入地、神通广大的神仙;惊叹那些曲折离奇、妙趣横生的故事,有些情节至今想来还觉得趣味盎然。请看看老师记忆中的趣人妙事——(板书:故事)

2、相信同学们也和老师一样迫不及待地想说说其中的趣人妙事了。(四人小组先交流,再由学生代表发言)。

3、同学仔细留意会发现,这一个个故事是相对独立、完整的,但它们又相互关联着,这一百回就采用了这种冰糖葫芦式的结构。一个个相对独立完整的故事串联起来变成了一个情节跌宕起伏、内容丰富充实的完整的大故事。这也是吸引读者的一个关键因素。

(三)归纳方法,指导阅读

同学们,很高兴能和你们一起走进《西游记》!通过刚才的交流,我感觉你们都非常爱读书。但读书不是盲目地翻书,是要讲方法的。像《西游记》这一类的书,我们可以从精彩的故事和典型的人物两方面去了解、分析,感受人物的多姿多彩,故事的曲折迷离,把一个个人物和故事串联起来,那一个情节跌宕起伏、内容丰富充实的完整的大故事便展现在眼前了。希望同学们在以后的阅读中能运用方法,收获更大。

(四)全课总结,拓展延伸

这一节课和同学们一同走进了《西游记》,它把我们带进了一个奇妙绚丽的神话天地,它让我们张开想象的翅膀,遨游在美的艺术境界里,它的每一处神奇的幻境,每一个奇幻、富有魅力的人物,每一件显着灵异的宝物,都给我们带来了美的享受。其实,我们现在对《西游记》的认识现在还只是浅显的,随着我们年龄的增长,阅读能力的提高,对《西游记》的感悟会越来越深刻,毕竟它是我们民族文化中的一朵奇葩,有着永恒的生命力,它的异常丰富的内涵有待于我们不断去开掘。
