弘扬机务精神 唱响我的民航梦

鱼，因为有鳍而鱼翔浅底；鹰，因为有翅而鹰击长空；人，因为有梦想而铸就生命辉煌。

习主席在十二届全国人大一次会议闭幕会的讲话让我至今记忆犹新，他所提到的中国梦更是在我心中激起千层浪，这个“梦”承载着祖国千年的文明演义，延伸着炎黄子嗣们永不停歇的“梦”。梦不是虚幻、缥缈的，而是深沉的意志、宏伟的想像、炽热的激情，梦是生活的信仰，是生命的阳光，是人生的追求。年轻的我们用刚刚丰满的羽翼承付着一份份厚重与博大，也承载着一份份让人为之奋斗的责任！

“空谈误国，实干兴邦”这八个字激励着千千万万个国人把学习十八大精神的成果转化为实际行动。作为机务人的我们“实干”二字显得尤为重要，我们不需要华丽的外表，不需要堂皇的语言，我们要的是踏实认真，严谨细致的工作态度；积极向上，不断学习的进取精神；对工作、对乘客负责的责任心；团结互助，目光长远的大局意识；将我们的力量和智慧凝聚在地服公司、浸透在民航事业里；我们要用全部的力量努力将双流机场打造成世界顶级空港枢纽，努力把双流机场打造成乘客安心托付的温馨港湾。这就是我们的“梦”，我们机务人的“民航梦”。机务人的“民航梦”要靠聚力的实干去实现。“梦”的深刻内涵反映的是追求、体现的是抱负。在中华民族伟大复兴的背后，是千年的回响、百年的渴望。要想梦想照进现实，关键在于行动、在于实干。美好蓝图形象化，内化于心，外化于行，物化于力。机务工作更要讲究实干，不干，这些“梦”也只能停留在梦中。只有行动第一，实干第一，才能为自己的梦照进现实打下基础提供根本性的保障。机务人的“梦”，要靠坚持求真务实，一切从实际出发，勤勉工作，杜绝追求表面文章，不讲实际的形式主义，要一步一个脚印地描绘蓝图，实现梦想。

机务人的“梦”要靠敬业精神做铺垫。功崇惟志，业广为勤。只有具备了正确的职业意识、健康的的职业精神和满意的职业规范，机务人才能热爱机务工作，才会全身心地投入到机务工作中去。司马光在《资治通鉴》中写道：“凡百事之成也在敬之，其败也必在慢之。”要做好机务工作也是如此，必须心存崇敬之情，倾注全部精力，终身追求，孜孜不倦，并将个人荣辱与航空安全紧紧相连。敬业是事业成功的内在动力。只有把机务工作当作一项崇高的事业，对机务工作抱着一种自豪感和责任感，热爱每一颗螺丝，每一个机械设备，热爱每一个乘客，始终以一种崇敬的心情和饱满的热情对待它，才能做最好的机务。机务人的中国梦要靠渊博的专业知识为依托。古人说：“学如弓弩，才如箭镞(zu)。”学问的根基好比弓弩，才能好比箭头，只要依靠厚实的见识来引导，就可以让才能更好的发挥作用。我们要在工作中不断学习，不断成长，积累经验，把提高知识技能作为一种责任、一种精神追求、一种生活方式，树立梦想从学习开始、事业靠本领成就的观念，让勤奋学习成为事业远航的动力，让增长本领成为青春搏击的能量。熟悉地掌握专业知识，保证航空器的正常运行，保证同胞们的的生命财产安全。

机务人的“民航梦”要靠不负重担的责任心去推动。林肯说过“人所能负的责任，我必能负；人所不能负的责任，我亦能负，如此，才能磨炼自己。” 什么是责任，从大的方面说，就是要对国家负责，对企业负责，对航空安全负责。遇事严谨细心，古人云：一事不谨，即贻(yi)四海之忧；一念不慎，即贻百年之患。做为机务人，要永远谨记：事前的谨慎，胜于事后的追究。因为我们的工作关乎人民的生命。无论付出多少的代价也挽回不了我们马虎带来的损失。没有谨慎的态度，专业知识再丰富，也不能成为正真的机务人。

实现 “民航梦“要树立大局意识。黑格尔讲过这样一个观点:一个民族有一些关注天空的人,他们才有希望;一个民族只是关心脚下的事情,注定没有未来。大局关系到整体，党的利益、国家的利益、公司的利益，所有的局部利益都要服从和服务于这个利益。从根本上讲，“民航梦”是一个需要全体民航人共同努力奋斗才能最终实现的伟大目标。这个全局的目标，决不是局部的利益、局部的成功所能代表和代替的。不管是民航人还是机务人，每个岗位上员工都该具备大局意识，只有大家共同努力才能最终实现梦想。

是树，就要撑起一方的蓝天；是草，就要点缀一方的山河。既然是机务人，就要知道自己的脊梁永远背负着公司的希望；自己的身姿，就是要迎来大地的每一个暖春，换来万家的安宁，为双流机场争取每一份荣耀。

也许机务工作带给了你许多磨砺，但它同样也给了你坚强的脊梁；也许前路的风雨会让你伤痕累累，但同样会使你更加坚韧；也许为了保障航空安全你付出了自己的青春和豪情，但它也带给了你无比信仰与责任感；无论怎样你都不能犹豫，不能徘徊，不能退缩，不能失去前行的勇气、不能失去机务人的精神。因为，我们有梦，有着一起为之奋斗的“民航梦”

每天，当太阳还睡着懒觉的时候，机坪上早已出现了一群忙碌的身影；而当深夜来临，已是繁星点点时，他们的身影还在机坪上忙碌着。他们总是在机坪上迎来第一缕曙光，又在机坪上送走最后一线夕阳。无论是严冬还是酷暑，无论是刮风还是下雨，哪怕是漫天纷飞的大雪，也丝毫挡不住他们朝天的干劲。只要有飞机，就有他们的身影。他们就是机务工作者！而我正是他们中的一员。

一提起民航，人们想到最多的是英武的飞行员，漂亮的空中小姐，而忙碌的机务工作者却往往是被人们所遗忘的一个群体。机务工作的性质注定了机务工作者将缺少众人关注的目光，只能是幕后的英雄，而我们也习惯了这种被人遗忘。然而这并不意味着我们就甘于平凡。机务是飞行的后勤保障，机务工作需要的就是踏实的工作作风。只有默默辛勤的工作，才能换来飞行的安全。为飞行提供安全适航的飞机，为旅客提供更为舒适的环境，这是我们的职责，更是我们的骄傲。

在很多人的眼里，机务不过是一个勤务工种，机务工作者也如同一只只小小的蚂蚁，无足轻重。当你在机坪上，看到他们穿着满身油污的工作服忙碌时，你也许会投上轻视的一瞥，心中暗想：不过是个干机务的。可是当你走近他们，你就会发现他们的可爱。当你知道他们都是受过高等教育，有的还是硕士研究生的时候，你是不是又会想到些什么呢？爱美之心人皆有之，更何况这些年轻的小伙子们。谁不想每天穿得干干净净，工作在舒舒服服的环境中。可是我们不能，既然选择了干机务，就得在油污中摸爬滚打。怕脏、怕累是干不好机务工作的。

机务工作的苦与累不是所有人都能理解的，也决非是一个“累”字就能解释得清楚的。由于倒班，大礼拜、节假日都与我们无缘。即便是休息时间，只要是一个电话或是一个传呼，就得马不停蹄的赶到外场，或是排故，或是跟班。我们的主任，我们的工段长，又有哪一个没有亲身经历过呢？

我干机务工作也有三年多了，可是在这几年中，四个大年三十我都是在机坪上度过的。当除夕的夜幕降临时，别人家里早已是热热闹闹：包饺子，看春节晚会，吃团圆饭；而我们却在机坪上工作着。要是遇上个故障，没准一干就是一个通宵。谁不想回家过个团圆年，可是为了保证飞行的安全，航班的正常，我们必须全身心地投入工作，保证飞机的维护质量。

机务工作也决非只是苦干、死干就能做好的。机务工作责任大，风险高。没有过硬的技术本领，吃苦耐劳的精神，细致入微的工作态度，也是干不好的。机务工作中，往往一个小小的差错，都会造成巨大的损失。几年前西北航空公司的tu154飞机就是因为两个插头插反了，结果造成了机毁人亡的惨剧。而去年南航又有一起因为一个快卸解刀的十字头遗落在网发动机中，而造成发动机打伤的事故。这些看似一点点的小事，对于机务工作却是丝毫马虎不得的。安全关系你我他，没有安全意识是不行的。保证飞行的安全就是我们的责任。

尽管机务苦，机务累，可却也给我带来了独有的乐趣。工作中有酸更有甜，有苦还有乐。机务工作者性格直爽，为人坦诚，和他们一起工作充满着欢乐。特别是在一车间这个充满活力的集体中，我们即是同事又是朋友。工作中少不了团结协作，我们总是并肩作战。当我们经过一夜的苦战，终于排除了故障，保障了航班的正常时，看着旅客们登上飞机时的网那一张张笑脸，在我们那布满血丝的眼里，也会露出欣慰的笑意。当经过我们双手放飞的飞机安全返回机坪时，我们就象迎回了自己的孩子一样，心里凭添了几许的自豪。

曾经有人问起过我，“干机务，你后悔不？”。“后悔？”，我反问道：“看看我们那些辛苦了一辈子的老同志，想想自己肩头担负的责任，能后悔吗？”在别人眼里，我的工作也许是平凡的，但我热爱我的工作。人的一生不一定都得轰轰烈烈，但却绝不能庸庸碌碌。能在平凡的岗位上踏踏实实的做好自己的本职工作，自己的人生也会因此而不平凡。

机务工作，选择了你，我无怨无悔！选择了你，我无怨无悔
