第一篇:接待小结

1、由本地区(单位)负责外事工作的领导牵头建立一个有专职陪同人员、专业对口业务人员、谈判人员、翻译、保卫和后勤等方面人员组成的接待班子。

2、将洽谈的项目或技术资料、图纸事先译成中文,供有关人员事先消化并全面掌握。

3、外商或外国专家来或回国时,应安排职位相同的人迎送,并协助办理有关手续。抵达后应由负责人出面接见。来、去时,由接待单位负责宴请。

4、在安排好外商或外国经济专家(包括家属)的食、宿、行、工作场所、文娱活动的同时,还应搞好安全保卫、环境卫生等工作。

5、涉外交往中,不要主动赠送礼品。外国专家在华期间结婚、过节、生日等,经组织批准可以个人或集体的名义赠送适当的纪念品。为做好团结工作,我方人员可同外国专家正常往来.6、有关人员应虚心向外国专家学习有关理论知识和管理经验,学习、消化有关技术、资料。

这是第二次与他会面, 第一次在香港, 因为时间有限,只大概的谈了一些王里论上可能涉及到的基础的东西, 这一次时间稍多, 确定了双方合作的可行之后, 他特地飞到我们工厂所在地,详细探讨细节, 我说想说的就是一点第二次接待他的过程中一些感触.客户所经营的產品在美国除了沃尔玛之外,其它大型超市都有他產品的影子.可以说是一个很大的客户, 我就不细讲我们谈判需要克服哪些困难, 相信同行们接触过客户的都清楚一些.美国人很认真, 很严谨, 做事很谨慎, 而且不喜欢听王里由,一件事忄青办不成就办不成, 他不要听太多的because,but;时间观念很强, 每次来访行程表安排得很紧密;在投入一项新的產品到市场之前, 分析得相当透彻, 包括这个新產品进入市场的可行忄生, 有哪些亻尤势,哪些劣势,哪些消费君羊体,以及如何发展这行业的市场, 所有前景都分析过了.讲得头头是道, 你不得不心生佩服;我印象最深刻的是他讲了一条关于他们公司员工的生存王里念, 有三个字: 1.go 2.do 3.be 这是什么意思呢?go代表着go out,don't wait, just do yourself;do 代表着create,be则意味着be all you can be,如果你能成为一个工程师, 为什么要让自己做工人呢? 还说一些例子如苹果公司,微软的不断创新,和相互之间的竞争,才能让他们如今这么成功等等, 听完他的一席话,真是让我受益菲浅, 尤其是那三个单字,我还要求特意记下来,回到公司后,跟BOSS讲了, BOSS也很重视, 要我保持整王里,下次开会的时候讲给大家听, 呵呵 说亂了, 请谅解!

如何接待客户

电子商务网络营销的客户成交率大概是10%,而来到展厅拜访的客户成交率却高达40%.(只代表我自己的总结)所以,能够从国外到你这里来的客人,成交几率是非常大的,如果你想在接待客户方面游刃有余,大大增加成交,网上很多关于如何接待外商的“技巧”,什么商业礼仪啦,各国禁忌啦等等„..说句不好听的纯属蒙人看热闹的。做生意本来就忙得够呛,第一次接待外商又紧张,还去记这些繁琐的不知所云的东西,累不累啊?„..商业礼仪„现在广交会上有多少人还傻乎乎西装革履? 各国禁忌„世界开放性的今天,来了个俄罗斯客户结果一看是穆斯林移民, 或者美国的新兴犹太人, 你说禁忌什么?

一 心理准备:调整好心态

没有什么好准备的,外国人也是人,有些人的素质还相当差,就是跟咱中国农民起家的批发户一样,见多了就,没感觉了,就平时怎么跟人说话就怎么跟他们说就行。

外商不是来做慈善外交的,而是来跟你合伙赚钱的,赚钱永远是第一。外商心里具体在琢磨什么,你猜不到也没必要去猜,只牢记一点,大家合作赚钱,这样心态就平和了,不卑不亢。抛开这些不切实际的东西, 放松自己, 做个真实的而不是装模作样的人, 往往更能赢得外商的尊重,把事情办好----外商和我们一样,愿意跟一个看上去比较稳重地道,而不是一个跑前跑后、慌张亢奋的家伙做生意。

STEP ONE:心理的准备。

二行程安排

同客户商讨参观访问行程表, 同工厂(公司接待部门)沟通, 一切敲定之后, 发送邮件货传真让客户确认, 同时让工厂做好接待准备。

既然是来赚钱,而不是来旅游观光,商务性的、务实的、紧凑的行程安排总是最受欢迎的。大摆宴席以及陪他们旅游反而不一定能促成交易。

因此,事先跟外商详细商量好他的行程,但外商访厂/公司阶段的安排则最好由你自己做出, 看哪些产品和车间, 扬长避短, 把你想展示给外商的东西充分安排进去。可以征求外商的意见,也可以把自己设想成外商,“如果我到一个陌生国度的陌生供货厂去考察,希望看到什么?”

实际到访的时候,严格按照行程计划来做(甚至故意严格去做也无妨),常能给外商以好印象。---道理很简单,采购商并不讨厌古板的供货商,最怕说了不算、无明确计划的厂家。

STEP TWO:如果可以,实现跟客人商量好行程安排,至少应该知道客人来中国的时间和班次和联系方式。

三公司信息的把握

这个前面已经说过,你首先应该对公司产品,生产流程,技术参数了解了才有可能带领客人参观。

STEP THREE:事前最好准备一些关于公司的英文介绍,整个生产流程的英文,省的到时候翻译出现困难。另外,对于一些客人可能问到的问题要提前准备好。

四 客人信息的打探

1、了解客户,包括客户的详细联系资料,公司背景,公司实力,经营状况,经营范围,客户此次来访的目的,主要对什么感兴趣。还包括外商公司的股份结构,经营现状,技术水平,近三年的资产负债数字。

2.详细了解外商的谈判代表的具体情况,包括年龄,学历,爱好,身体健康状况,他在外商公司中的位置,他在经商履历中的业绩,他对投资项目的兴奋点。调查客户性质:客户来之前你就需要对客户进行一些评估,是哪国人?是零售还是批发?网站是什么内容?针对于哪些产品?区域市场在哪等等。了解客人的宗教问题,以方便接待。多了解客人国家习俗,习惯和喜好,注意细节,对自己所在城市文化以及景点也尽可能多了解,对本国文化当然应该多了解,客人问及时至少也应知道一点,不要

这些都能赢得客人对你的尊敬。不仅在工作上,在其它方面都是这样。

STEP FOUR:了解客人公司及其本人的信息,更能达到知彼!

五 准备接待材料和工作(STEP FIVE)参观和谈判可能用到的物品:

数码相机、预先准备好的CD盘刻录的产品目录和企业介绍(包括你们常用的付款方式,生产周期等),产品册子,易于携带的小样品;

色板,计算器,尺,笔记本,订书机,图册还有针对性的报价单。记得要在客人来之前回顾一下以前的来往邮件,作好基本的准备。

一个专门的记录本子,计算器,价格表,记录本子 最好选用有活页的夹子。过一段时间可以整理一下,但是,已经记录的不能随便扔掉,整理好备查。

2、公司大厅的欢迎客户来访之类的接待牌,让客人感觉其受到重视。提前告诉前台接待有XX公司客来访,若接待能记住来访的客人名字就更好了。

3、会议室的安排,谈判资料的预备,包括企业演示文稿的准备,以及相关需要展示客户的文件资料以证明公司实力。企业演示文稿内容要美观详尽,至少包括:

企业的竞争优势,市场分析,往年的业绩 清晰的组织结构图,客户服务流程,企业服务标准,投诉渠道,处理流程

研发队伍的实力,历史荣誉,开发的项目介绍,实验室的参观,负责人的资力介绍,荣誉证书,各种认证 事先准备好接机牌,公司大厅接待牌,打扫公司接待谈判室,样品卡的准备,客人感兴趣的其他产品的准备。5 咖啡茶及一些小食品糖果的准备。客人小礼物及样品的准备。

7.提前确定与外商谈判的三个方案,最佳方案,折中方案和妥协方案;准备好为达到上述三个方案的策略和手段。

注意:有时候需要打印接待通知,下发给相关部门或工厂!对附近娱乐设施及购物休闲设施 要了解。

六 接机和酒店安排

1、确认时间,确认酒店,拿接待牌并提示客人,在机场迎接;车上和客户所聊话题可以是轻松愉快的,比如讯问客户旅途状况,简洁城市特色或者文化特点等(STEP SIX)如果没有实现商量好,可以在车上问客人的行程打算,然后再具体定,一般是先把客人送到你预定的的酒店,有时候是客人自己预定。和客户敲定酒店星级,房间(一人一间,还是share room, 楼层,吸烟区和非吸烟区等等细节, 酒店挑选上要注意, 很多酒店号称5星, 结果连3星的水平都没有, 然后就近安排(距离工厂近的地方或者距离机场近的酒店), 安排妥当以后, 告知客户具体饭店地址电话.一般是先接送至酒店后, 将访问时行程和工厂资料等文件交给客户, 敲定第二天参观访问事项, 也有客户直接先去工厂参观, 务必提前让工厂准备.(STEP SEVEN)

3、如果是客人先休息,那离开前先确定去酒店接客户来公司的时间;有时候客人直接去参观。(STEP EIGHT)

注意:与外商协商确定谈判的日程安排,对各个时间段的衔接要精确和细致,如在哪个酒楼吃饭,吃什么菜等等。一般的外商对午餐很随便,一份盒饭也可以!

七 安排参观和谈判 第二天准时至酒店接客户(不同国家的客户对时间的观念会有不同, 我方一般提早10分钟在酒店大堂等候。(STEP NINE)接到工厂或者办公室之后, 根据行程表进行参观访问和会谈, 安排专人记录会议内容, 如果第一次接触, 应安排多媒体会议室, 双方可以用投影幻灯对各自的企业进行介绍。(STEP TEN)谈判

谈判技能主要是练出来的,不是学习或者理论可以造就的。你需要多与人交流,包括多去一些市场进行买卖训练,甚至讨价还价的训练。谈判的基础上互信互利,要保证自己的盈利基础上想办法为客户盈利是很重要的。谈判的顺序,参观公司工厂的顺序,陪同人员的级别,产品介绍的专业性和正确性,务必给客人留下专业的好印象,切忌不能一问三不知,当然这些都来源于平时工作经验的积累和学习。(STEP ELEVEN)

4,一定要随身带着笔记本随时记录客户的要求,询问的款式,以便在邮件回访时有针对性。让所有客人了解自己公司的操作方式,能使客人更倾向于合作,对于敏感问题保持沉默,矜持的习惯应该避免。更不要对客人撒谎,自己是工厂,自己制造产品。客人的一些评估方式关键是在于如何和你合作,你如何和他互动操作等,你的产品质量竞争优势和你交货期稳定性等。聊天,这很重要,几句话就打消他的矜持。讲的内容可以是汇率,建设,基金,家庭,房价,收入等成人问题。通过这些对对方性格充分了解,然后在谈生意时在有分歧的地方进行具体交流。打印谈判报价单或合同给客人。(STEP TWELVE)客人走时要送到门口,当然最好是送到电梯口,等客人上了电梯,道了再见,电梯门关上后再回到办公室。实际操作中直接去一起吃饭了!(STEP THIRTEEN)

八 餐饮安排 访问洽谈结束,仍有时间,可以征询外商意见,并主动提出宴请。宴请时,人越少越好。如果你英语很好,则无妨;英语不大好的,尽量避免什么特色菜---这类菜往往很诡异,而且颇费时间,等待的冷场尴尬局面,会让宴会成为一种折磨,无论对你或对外商。总之,以“大家一起做生意”的平常心态,而不是“接待贵宾”的夸张方式,去接待你的第一个到访外商,事情会更好办。

3.客人来到公司的时候,我们带他到会议室或者展厅里面就座的时候,不妨询问下:Can I bring you something to drink?(您想喝点什么?)或者简单点:coffee or tea?(咖啡还是茶?)如果是水的话,瓶装的矿泉水是最好的。(老外们崇尚健康比我们厉害的多)

2.会议室里与其放水果,不如放点小糖果(薄荷糖或者咖啡糖,小巧包装的巧克力也不错)。我所接触到的外国人,基本上没有不喜欢甜食的。在中国的饮食不习惯也导致他们比较容易有饥饿感。个时候。小糖果就起了大作用了。

3.如果他们来到的时间是下午3.4点,那么没有什么比做工精致的小蛋糕更好了举个例。餐厅的选择:不一定豪华,但是一定要看起来干净。因为外出工作,身体非常重要。要是因为拉肚子干不了活,他们的中国之行就亏大了。

5.菜式的选择:之前一定要问:Do you have anything that you don't eat?(有没有什么你是不吃的?)这个问题其实是很关键的。老外的体质跟中国人有很大的不同。他们对很多东西都会过敏。

6.吃饭的餐具:大城市大餐厅一般都有刀叉,但是如果你是个小地方,不妨请外国客户吃饭的时候提前帮他们准备套刀叉带着。因为让他们使用筷子他们会有点难堪。尤其是第一次使用筷子,如果弄脏了衣服对于商务出行人士是非常麻烦的一件事情。

7.上菜:上菜前要提醒下服务员,鸡一定一定一定要去头去脚再端上来。鱼也尽量不要点鱼头之类的菜。(也别点什么吃活鱼活虾)对于他们来说,看见脑袋在盘子里面是非常恐怖的事情。狗啊猫啊蛇啊一般不要点。也不要和他们说我们吃这些。要不他们家里在家里宝贝孩子一样的狗,看到咱们吃狗肉,心里别扭。琉璃宝宝就干过这样的笨蛋事情:对方是个美籍韩国女人。吃饭的时候讨论到吃狗猫的问题,我以为她是韩国人(他们吃狗肉是传统)应该不忌讳这个,谁知道她听了脸色都变了,跑去一边眼泪汪汪的干呕起来。

7.夹菜:由于公筷的使用也不是很普遍。上菜的时候大家先别动筷子,让服务员先用公共的筷子把菜拨到外国客人的盘子里。(当然事先要询问:do you want to try this ?)然后大家再一起吃。

8.甜点:如果有甜食,放到最后上就最合适了。没有的话,水果盘也可以凑合。

9.饮料:差点忘记说了。对于大部分人来说,中国的啤酒度数比他们那边的高的多,要是饭后还有工作的话,不妨叫青岛啤酒,度数低点,口感也比较适合他们。要是你看他不喝酒,身体又比较胖的话,减肥可乐/健怡可乐(diet cola/light cola)就最好了。!

10、餐饮方面最好了解客户的一些信仰问题,谈话应该是轻松自然的,也可以谈工作,也可以谈其它,可以根据客人的兴趣顺其自然,不必刻意拘束

九 送走客人及扫尾工作 访问结束后, 准备一份小礼品送给客户, 一般挑有中国特色的, 比如茶叶, 工艺品等(最牛比是一次去东北, 工厂送客户人参, 看起来价值不菲).如果你是中间商, 最好自己准备礼品, 随机应变, 以免客户赠送礼品而工厂未准备礼品而找成尴尬.(STEP FOURTEEN)

可能的话不妨多拍照,包括人员合影,外商与你们公司/厂铭牌的合影等, 这些资料以后常有用处。

2.访问以后, 根据客户的意见, 适当安排娱乐购物等活动, 很多不发达国家的客户往往要求去购物, 特别是电子产品, 服装等, 且对价格比较敏感.另外有客户想去酒吧等场所, 因此在接待之前务必做好功课, 了解附近的餐馆, 酒吧, 购物,娱乐场所等.有些客户比较随意, 可以安排一些中国特色的活动, 比如喝茶, 看戏, 参观景点等等.(STEP FIFTEEN)

3.送客户, 一般送到机场.有些客户不喜欢麻烦人, 自己搞定, 这样送至酒店即可.在飞机起飞前,应给客户打电话道别.(STEP SIXTEEN)

4.收尾: 这个工作务必做好.客户走后, 及时发邮件给客户, 一是问候, 二是将本次访问双方达成的共识, 或者会议记录, 备忘录发给客户, 敦促这个项目的执行.客人走后写一封感谢函感谢其来访。另将要准备的样品或待回复事宜列出并告之回复或跟办的日期。这样还有另外一个好处,若你有会谈中漏记的客人还可及时指出。(STEP SEVENTEEN)

11月30日—12月2日酒店接待了区政协的会议,接待级别为B类VIP。参加此次会议的有自治区政协主席、副主席、秘书长、纪检组长。酒店领导对此非常重视,前厅部就会议期间接待环节中有些不足之处做一总结。以避免发生同样的问题。

一、会议前期工作做的不到位。

主要体现在客房维修房的的预期不可控制;其次发现门锁与电脑制卡时间有误差,导致与会期间有2—3间房门打不开。

二、在会议期间与营销沟通衔接上不及时。

在会议报到中临时接到营销增加指示牌的要求,导致商务中心在为会务组打材料中出现短暂混乱。

三、会议期间欠缺礼节礼貌。

有个别接待人员服务中还着欠缺礼节礼貌问题。有服务、没微笑;有迎声、无送声。

问题的存在并不可怕,它为我们接下来的工作指明方向,给我们的工作找到突破口,部门将从以下几方面开展工作:

一、培训。

没有培训就不可能有长足的进步,一个合格的服务人员离不开培训和学习,只有加强自己的业务知识和良好的个人素养对工作都是着至关重要的。

二、加强管理。

服务质量是酒店品牌的本质特征,要在管理中做到从自我做起,有检查、有落实,有督促、有奖惩。

三、加大沟通力度,确保信息畅通。

同餐饮、营销、客房等部门主动积极沟通,将任何工作做到前面,注意细节。将一些问题扼杀在萌芽状态。

2015年7月20至22日,我作为预备党员中的一员,来到海陵区信访局进行为期三天的信访接待体验锻炼。每个周一都是信访局信访接待窗口最为繁忙的时候,一大早,来访群众已三三两两等候在等待室。初访者利用这等待的空余时间在值班窗口领取一张来访人员登记表,以书面形式写下自己的诉求及联系方式等。另有不少焦急的群众在窗口来回忖度,不时探头询问某某区领导何时接待自己。原来我区除在信访局设有信访接待窗口接受群众上访外,还在每周固定时段安排区主要领导接待上访群众,使基层百姓的诉求更能被领导所直接倾听与解答。同时,二号窗口设有律师咨询席,每周5日、15日、25日由值班律师负责解答群众有关法律政策的疑问。

在信访接待的过程中,我初步接触了信访接待的基本流程,摸清了海陵区上访主要集中人群,了解了海陵区上访较为集中的问题类型,在这五花八门的上访诉求中,不仅包括有关拆迁问题的上访,有关企业改制后带来的养老、工资等一系列问题的上访,更有有关拖欠工人工资、拖欠工程款项的上访,其中不少上访问题是合情合理的,信访接待人员在听取了解陈述事由后将转有权处理的行政机关处理,并书面答复处理意见。也有不少上访问题是源于对政策理解的偏差,接访人员需对上访者进行耐心细致的解释,使群众理解、信服。但这五花八门的上访诉求中,也不乏不合情理,甚至莫名其妙的,而这些上访者也更是偏执、强硬,这便是让接访人员最为头疼的事,但是这三天的体验,却让我认识到接访人员不仅具备较强的言语表达能力、以理服人的说服能力,更是需要具备着设身处地、从群众角度出发的群众工作能力。这些老上访户们,接访人员都能叫得出名字,了解他们的家庭情况,关心他们的身体状况,他们的要求虽然没有得以满足,但是心至少是暖和的。

三天的信访接待体验时间虽短,但受益却是深刻。信访是反映社情民意的晴雨表,信访局则是群众们表达诉求的第一站,能不能畅通上下渠道,有效化解矛盾,促进社会和谐稳定,是衡量信访工作是否做到位的标准,而信访接待窗口则是信访工作一线,直接面向群众,它的重要性和关键性不言而喻。虽然我不是信访工作人员,但他们的工作方法及群众精神却使我受益良多,扎实的工作理论,群众工作的能力、不畏挑战的精神、为民排忧的热忱,都是我需要学习并运用到今后工作中。

2.接听后,礼貌的问候“HELLO”,然后通常他会首先说他要找谁,你听到你的名字就说“This is xxx speaking.”(礼节性问候,表示出亲切友好,并确认他没找错人)。

3.接下来他会连续性的讲他要讲的话,这个时候很可能你没有思想准备或者尚未进入状态.那么你最好将他引导按照你的提问方式来回答,而不是叙述.你可以等他讲完一句时马上插进去说:“Excuse me, who is that speaking?”他会回答你名字,你记下来,然后问他“Where are you from,please?”知道他是哪国人.然后问他“What is the matter with you?”然后他会说关于哪方面的,通常打电话过来的都是最近和你电邮联系过的,极少是新客人.如果名字和国家你能想起或者马上在邮箱查找出是和你联系过的,你就能马上知道他会讲哪方面问题啦,如果想不起来,那就听他讲一下是关于哪个问题的,如果你听到了,但是不太明白讲的什么,你重复他的话给他听,那他会对你说的表示出“Yes”或“No”然后你再继续提问.(为找到这个人联系的相关邮件来了解他可能要讲的内容,以及引导他按照你的思路谈下去)。

4.在你判断出你是否能够了解他说的,如果可以继续,如果不可以你就说“我了解您讲的,但是请你再发一封邮件确认一下”I understand what you said, but could you send an email to me to confirm, please?“然后问他是否知道邮箱地址,不知道你就告诉他,请他发过来.(这个其实也是不懂装一下懂,如果你听不懂不要不停的说 No, I don't know.或否定的词,你就听,然后要求他发邮件.目的当然是邮件能够看得更清楚他要表达的,也是避免客人流失)。

5.如果通过国名人名没找到相关邮件,问一句他是否先前有发过邮件给你”Have you sent the email to me before?“然后注意听”YES“还是”NO“(这个是方便查找,即使当时没找到,现在找到他的邮件也不迟,回复时不要忘记加上一句”Thanks for your calling.")。

6.最后要说上一句Glad to speak with you.Good-bye!(最后是礼节性的了)。

讲话中,要注意的问题:

1.你不要自己心里有包袱,认为自己英语不好,从而没办法认真听对方讲的.(反正英语是不好,你就当是听不懂,能听一个是一个,就算全听不懂没人知道这通电话对吧)。

2.你的语速很重要,你最好一个词一个词吐出来,一是方便对方听二是他会有意识的将语速放慢。

3.以上的用词都很简单,但是自己大脑要有一定的条理。

向国外客户打电话的最佳时间

这是我自己整理的一个时间表,主要排序依据是当地的作息时间,一般我选的是客户当地时间上午9:30--11:30左右,这个时候应该是最佳时间。

8:00 美国的西部地区,如洛杉矶、西雅图、旧金山。以及加拿大的温哥华

(这个时间是当地快下班的时间,只能打电话,发邮件效果不佳,和下午发没差别)

9:00 及以后2小时 日本,韩国

10:00 及以后2小时 东南亚部分地区(马来西亚、印尼、越南、泰国、柬埔寨)

12:00 及以后2小时 印度、尼泊尔、孟加拉

13:00 及以后2小时 巴基斯坦

14:00 及以后2小时 阿联酋

14:30 及以后2小时 伊朗、科威特

15:00 及以后2小时 沙特阿拉伯、俄罗斯莫斯科附近地区

16:00 及以后2小时 以色列、土耳其、乌克兰、罗马尼亚、希腊、芬兰、南非、保加利亚

17:00 及以后2小时 匈牙利、奥地利、瑞典、克罗地亚、捷克、德国、瑞士、荷兰、比利时、阿尔及利亚、尼日利亚、法国、西班牙

18:00 及以后2小时 英国、爱尔兰、摩洛哥、葡萄牙、冰岛

21:00 及以后2小时 巴西、乌拉圭、阿根廷等南美地区以及加拿大东部圣约翰斯地区、22:00 及以后2小时 巴拉圭、智利、委内瑞拉、多米尼加、玻利维亚、波多黎各等南美国家

23:00 及以后2小时 哥伦比亚、牙买加、秘鲁、古巴、加拿大的渥太华地区附近以及美国最东部地区,如波士顿、纽约。

0:00 及以后2小时 尼加拉瓜、危地马拉、美国中部区、墨西哥、加拿大的温尼伯地区

跟国外客户打电话技巧 2009-02-12 17:29 用电话同外商交谈时,由于只能听到对方的声音而看不到对方的表情或姿态。因此,要想结束同他们的电话交谈,事先记住一些惯用的表达辞句,就显得极为重要的。大致分为以下几种情况:

1、如果打电话的人非常熟悉,可以说一句来结束通话。Is there anything else I can do for you?(还 有 什 么 我 可 以 帮 忙 的 吗 ?

2、如果你认识对方家人不太熟悉的话,不妨加上这样的问候:

Say hello to your folks.(请 代 向 你 家 人 问 安。)这样会增进彼此的情谊。

3、如果你答应给别人传话,可以说:

Then I’ll make sure he gets your message.(我 一 定 会 转 达 您 的 话。);

4、如果接待的是你的客户,也可以使用一些惯用的客套话,比如: Thank you for calling(谢 谢 您 打 电 话 来。)Nice talking to you.4(很 高 兴 与 你 通 话。)Hope to see you again soon.(希 望近日 还 能 见 面。)

5、如果你是打电话的一方,可以这样结束通话: That’s all I have to say for now.(这 就 是 我 现 在 所 要 讲 的。)Thank you for your trouble.(谢 谢,麻 烦 您 了。)Well-I’ll call you again later(我 会 再 打 电 话 给 您。)掌握了以上这些结束通话的方法,你就可以从从容容地结束通话了。
