“视、听 说”培训心得体会
很荣幸参加了这次“视、听、说”培训学习，在这10天的学习中，学院为我们做了精心的安排。挑选了经验丰富的专家与老师为我们授课。我们聆听了李妮老师发音纯正语音课，张莹老师系统而实用的听力技巧训练的听力课。还有宋瑜为我们送上的全新视觉听觉的视听课，尤其是张广友老师的《新课标下的有效英语教学》，使我们领略了幽默风趣的教育风格和先进的教育理论，使我受益匪浅；既有观念上的洗礼，也有理论上的提高；既有知识上的积淀，也有教学技艺的增长
首先，在这次培训中，我认真聆听了每位专家、老师的讲座。感受颇深，收获较大。专家们的讲座和视频使我从理论上的高度了解了本次培训的重要性，同时也得以从感性上了解新课标理念下的课堂教学，从而反省自己的教育教学观和教学方法，特别是我们培养出的学生应试成绩不错，却无法张嘴与别人交流。尤其是听力方面存在较大的问题。听是输入语言信息和感受的最基本途径。我们听不懂别人说什么，又如何能沟通。交流？所以在今后的教学中必须加强学生的听力技巧训练，搞学生的听力理解水平。（张莹老师的训练方法值得借鉴）。
其次，在短短的10天时间里，我们从培训中得到了理论、知识、技能、理念、情意诸多方面的收获。我要把学到的这些新知识和新理念带回到自己的实际工作中去，切实转变角色，提高自身的专业发展素养，在今后的教学实践中改进以往的不足，朝着课改的大方向勇于创新，大胆实践，树立终身学习的观念，在教学和教研等多个领域提高自身的能力。而且我还要把这些新理念在我们学校以及我县更大的范围内进行宣传，发挥“视听说”培训的示范引领作用和促进英语有效课堂教学的推广作用。
最后我由衷的感谢学校的领导给了我一个难得的学习机会，让我充分的享受了这次培训的时间、空间，和结识很多新同仁。使我有机会获得新知、反思过去、规划未来。我一定不辱使命将把所学的到新知识，新理念，带回学校，进行推广。同时也感谢西安外国语大学的领导和老师精心组织认真部署，为我们培训的学员安排了很好的学习环境和生活条件，这些天我们和老师们、学友们建立了深厚的友情。感谢那些辛苦为我们教课的专家、教师。他们的无私奉献、辛勤劳动提高了我们的学习的效果，开拓了我们的视野，丰富了我们的专业知识水平。此次培训给我补了元气、添了灵气、去了娇气，焕发出无限生机。10天的培训学习，我感到更多的是责任，是压力，真正感到教育是充满智慧的事业，深刻意识到自己所肩负的责任。今后我将学以致用，结合我们学校的实际情况，及时为学校的英语教学出谋划策，让这次视听说培训的硕果在我校的英语教学中发挥应有的作用！

科目内容概要：
英语视听说作为语言技能的重要组成部分，作为语言输入的主要环节之一，在英语教学中占有重要地位。培养学生的听说能力是主要教学目标之一。针对学生已有的听说水平，合理运用自己在网上寻找的视听资料，在教学中探索科学有效的教学方法，培养学生良好的视听说的习惯，提高学生的听说能力。
教学安排：
1、教师简单介绍所看原版动画或简单电影的情况，列出重要的未学单词及短语，学生观看，通过视听训练，学生初步了解材料内容。这样就既增强了他们听的信心，又提高了他们参与听说的积极性。
2、看完后，学生根据自己的视听情况，相互间提出问题回答并讨论，加深对视听内容的理解，进一步提高了学生的视听兴趣，从而达到享受纯正英语的目的，升华了视听的目的。
3、教师根据视听的内容设计一个与视听有关的话题，然后让学生分组自由讨论，先在组内相互发表自己的观点，最后每组代表上台演讲。
