视听说实训感想

这一周的视听说实训。老师分别从 “视，听，说”三个方面进行训练，意图加深我们进行英语操作的实际感受。

实训的最初，老师给我们安排了这一周的实训内容。先开始是看一段英语短视频，来后通过小组合作来给视频配音，然后自己在英语趣配音上选择一个自己喜欢的视频进行配音。最后通过小组合作，表演一个英语话剧。期间，老师还让我们做很多有趣的小游戏，将几个单个的单词用英文编程一个故事，读一篇英语文章让自己的搭档听写，来后叙述处故事。都是比较有趣的游戏。

通过老师的游戏，配音和团队合作的话剧，充分的锻炼到了我的英语表达能力，也让我了解到，学英语还是要说，只有说出来，英语口语才会提高。老师的这些训练让我受益匪浅，感谢老师。

第二篇：英语语音室视听说实训小结

本下学期，王老师依然带领我们进行了英语语音室视听说的实训。在这一学期的时间里，我对英语仍旧是感触颇深。

记得上半学期英语实训刚开始时，王老师首先给我们介绍了了本次实训的目的和内容，以及我们会从中学习到什么实用的知识，我们都怀着迫切的心情，跃跃欲试。从王老师的讲解中我们知道语音室实训是以学前英语为大的框架，围绕基础英语的“听，说，读，写，译”。实训分别从“视，听，说”三个方面进行训练，意图加深我们进行英语操作的实际感受，同时也为我们本下半学期将要进行的B级考试打下一定的基础。明确了实训的目的后，我们的心中都有了共同目标，每上课时，王老师都让我们做一些热身练习，包括词性变换题，语法题和介词填空的练习题，题型紧紧围绕B级考试的真题拟定，对我们的英语基础知识进行了一次复习和小测验。再下来就是阅读练习，和B级考试题型相同，既要求我们对文章所表达的内容进行高度的概括，还要理清下文之间的关系，更准确的从文章中找到有用的信息以完成后面的练习题。在做题前老师为我们补充了一些重要的英语词汇，如果能更好的掌握这些词汇，将对我们的英语考试会有巨大的帮助。在之后做阅读题的时候，我明显感觉到了我们对英语的词汇量的缺乏，积累的英语的词汇太少，做题阅读速度也大打折扣。改错题也是比较令我们苦恼的题型，这道题的正确率很难提高。但这种题型要考查的并不着重于英语语法，而是一些常用的口头交际中容易出现的错误和固定搭配的考察，看得出来这也是对我们阅读量的一种变相考核方式。所以实训的重中之重之一是听力的练习，与我们平时听的英语听力不同的是这是在日常工作环境中的英语听力，就像我前面说的那样，对英语的词汇以及熟悉程度要求较高，尤其是英式英语听起来有点别扭，但我们知道在B级考试中听力占了很大的比重，所以必须加强这方面的训练，最好的办法就是多听，多做真题。实训就是从每天的学习和感悟中结束的。

实训中，王老师每次都检查了前日发下来的模拟试题完成情况。由于语速较快，以及之前提到的英式英语的关系，我一次听下来并没有能够顺利完成课后的练习题，方法只有一个，那就是只有反反复复地听。总的看来，视频听力的难度并不是很大，关键是耳急手快，把听见的信息记录下来。例如听力填空这种题，可以把听到的信息点用关键词的形 式记录下来，或用几个字母把一两个关键词记录下来，只要自己能看懂就行，最后在把没完成的句子补充完整，没写完的词写完。听力的训练贵在坚持，不是一朝一夕就能提高的，关键在于坚持，看来这学期的B级考试，最重要的就是尽快提高我自己的听力能力。

语音室的实训也是很有意思的，王老师还经常给我们观赏一些精彩视频和欣赏一些好听的英语歌曲。每次我都带着好奇心，静静的观看一些视频，从视频中我们也学到了很多东西，团队协作能力，交流沟通能力，和领导能力等等，也从音乐的欣赏中，消除了每天学英语的烦躁感。口语表达也是实训的一个重要内容。口语表达，首先，要选好一个主题，选择好主题后，就开始根据自己所学的知识加上了一些自己的看法，写出一篇演讲稿。

在这一学期的英语视听说的实训中，自己学到了很多以前没有学习到的东西。虽然我相信我的英语水平不可能就这一学期时间就有了极大的提高，但我确实认识到了自身还存在的不足和缺点，也同样发现到了属于自己的闪光点，这都让我坚实了学习英语的信心，也使我有信心去迎接接下来的英语的B级考试。

2008--2009学年第2学期，我承担了商务英语专业三个班的《英语听说技能实训》的教授任务,实训时间共4周,具体实训安排为:

本门课程为高等职业教育的一个有机组成部分，是高职高专学生的一门重要的专业技能实训课, 是以英语语言知识与应用技能、学习策略和跨文化交际为主要内容，以外语教学理论为指导并集多种教学模式和教学手段为一体的教学体系。

实训任务为结合真实、典型和实用的听力材料，对学生进行各种听力技能的系统训练，培养学生的快速反应、准确辨别、分析推理、归纳总结、信息处理及记录和记忆等听力理解能力，为培养学生全面的英语交际能力奠定良好的听力基础；结合听力教材内容，展开口语练习，逐步培养和提高学生用英语进行口头交际的能力，让学生了解英美等国家的文化背景和生活习俗。

具体实训内容包括英文对白训练, 英文短剧表演, 自编对话, 面试模拟,听力集训,影视赏析及观后感讨论等.这些活动不仅提高了学生说英语的兴趣,使课堂教学和学习不再枯燥.而且使学生能够将掌握的知识应用起来,给了他们一个模拟现实的环境.,提高了其用英语表达的积极性,也给了他们展示自己的舞台.此外,在实训过程中,结合实训内容及专业特点,介绍了不同国家在外贸活动

中由于文化差异所表现出的特点,引导学生课下对相关现象进行调查,积累.这次实训教学使我积累了宝贵的经验，同时一些不足之处.如有的学生对实训认识深度不够,重视程度不够;实训场地如果为具体需要用到实训内容的场所将更好;实训教师在接受实训任务前,应该接受实际的实训训练;实训内容应该有连续性,如可以借鉴前几届的实训经验,以便使本门实训课程更好地发挥作用.

一、实训内容及过程

在本学期最后两周的时间内，英语系组织了商英本两个班的实训，旨在提高同学们对商务英语进一步的认识与提高。实训的任务是对我们未来商务英语的掌握是十分必要的，有用的。在第一天的实训过程中，老师给我们发了商务英语听力测试题，在做题的过程中，更好的理解并运用了商务英语听说能力，选择题让我们做起来得心应手，正确率很高，可是填空题就不那么好运了，在填空题的做题过程中，除了要听懂段落的大致意思之外，我们还要挑拣合适的词汇填到空格里，这一过程对我来说是有些困难的，不过在听过了几次之后还是可以解决的。在做题的过程中，我也可以很好的运用商务英语的听说能力，这是一件十分有益于提高商务英语听说能力的事情。第二天的实训考试并没有像第一天那样让我们自己做题，而是给了我们商务英语听力中级的听力题，相对来说比第一天困难些，不过商务英语中级听力给我们一个很好的锻炼听力的机会，几乎整节课都没有休息，不过自己对于商务英语中级听力有了进一步的理解与认识。接下来的三天实训，老师们都是以商务英语听说能力为锻炼基础，让我们在锻炼听力的同时也对商务英语相关的词汇有了更深的了解与掌握。在第二周的实训中，老师主要锻炼的大家实践能力，这一周的实训主要是老师给同学们出题，同学们在现场即兴发挥，做一个dialogue或者是mini presentation。即兴的演讲更好的锻炼了同学们的商务英语应变能力，这几天的实训内容包括面试过程，分组讨论，等等一系列的商务英语有关能力，让我们的商务英语听说能力得到更好的锻炼和提高。

二、实训体会

（一）对商务英语和本次实训课的认识

商务英语作为现代国际化企业中最重要的交流工具，已经成为人们工作学习不可缺少的技能，成为人们工作学习不可缺少的一项技术。同时，对许多人尤其是国际化企业员工来说，商务英语是其晋升的重要砝码。商务英语的沟通技巧和水平已成为影响其工作机会，提职加薪以及事业发展的重要因素。尤其是在中国，商务英语证书是一块很好的敲门砖。在中国，商务英语证书被各类涉外企业用来作为招收职员时英语能力的证明；同时也是商务工作人员或英语学习者检验、提高自己英语水平的方式；对于即将进入职场的在校学生或已工作的青年来说，它是就业、求职的重要砝码。所以，对我们商务英语专业的同学来说，取得这样一个含金量大的证书是十分必要的。并且而在中国的市场更加深入地融入到国际经济社会之中时，国内人才市场由于大批外资公司的登陆，对商务英语的人才的需求也愈来愈大。并且而在经济全球化日趋白热化的今天，大批外资公司进驻中国市场，对商务英语的人才的需求也愈来愈大。这对我们商务英语专业的同学来说是一个很好的消息。因此商务英语拥有广阔的就业前景。这对我们商务英语专业的同学来说是一个很好的消息。

然而商务英语专业不只是简单地对学生的英文水平、能力的提高，这对我们商务英语听说能力的要求是很严格的。它更多地是向学员传授一种西方的商务管理、工作心理、如何和外国人打交道，如何和他们合作、工作的方式方法，以及他们的生活习惯等，从某种程度上说是包含在文化概念里的。因此，对于我们商务英语专业的同学来说，我们还有很长的路要走，很多的东西要去学习，因此，对于我们商务英语专业的同学来说，我们还有很长的路要走，很多的东西要去学习，而我们商务英语专业的实训也紧扣这些方面对学生进行培训。从中高级商务英语听力入手，让同学们更多的了解商务英语有关的知识，这对我们未来的学习和就业是十分必要的。英语的听说能力作为企业之间的重要的交流工具，对许多人来说，是在商务能力的一个进步以及事业发展的重要因素。做好商务英语的本职工作对我们商务英语听说能力的要求是很严格的，也是工作人员检验、提高商务英语水平的方式；对于即将进入职场的我们来说，商务英语的听说能力是十分必要的。如果我们能取得这样一个含金量大的证书，对我们未来的工作前景是十分必要的。

商务英语不仅仅是英语，更加是对商务的理解与运用，我相信，只要我们努力学习商务英语知识，关注商务英语发展走势，就能在未来的世界里拥有一份属于自己的天地。

（二）如何提高商务英语听说能力

作为一名商那个务英语专业的学生，商务英语听说能力对我们来说至关重要，在我们经历了为两周的实训之后，我对于怎样提高商务英语听说能力又有了进一步的认识。

首先，我们要积累专业商务词汇，只有在保证词汇量的情况下，我们才能听得清楚，说得明白。所以我们当务之急是要学习积累，在本专业之外还应该拓展自己的知识层面，接触新鲜事物，丰富自己的专业知识，尽量多积累掌握并熟练运用商务词汇。

其次，我们要坚持每天去听英语。有的时候，我们听得多了，耳朵对英语就熟悉了，逐渐也就可以听得懂了。说起练英语听力，我认为，贵在坚持，而且要认真听，用心听。坚持每天多听一些商务会话，不但有助于我们了解商务知识，还有助于提高我们的听力说平。

最后，我们要勤于张嘴去说，当我们与他人交流，以后去外企面试的时候，拥有一口流利的英语总会给他人留下好的印象。

（三）课程设置建议

在为期两周的实训中，我对商务英语有了更深一个层次的了解，商务英语不仅仅是对于听力的联系与理解，而更是对商务英语的综合应变能力与整理和整合的能力。

我在实训的过程中，既有收获的喜悦，也有一些遗憾。也许是实训日子短和我并非外贸专业的关系，对商务英语有些对话的认识仅仅停留在表面，只是在做题与回答的过程中度过，未能够亲身感受、具体处理一些商务英语有关的工作，所以未能领会其精髓。但时通过实习，加深了我对商务英语基本知识的理解，丰富了我的商务英语知识，使我对商务英语工作有了一定的感性和理性认识。认识到要做好商务英语相关的工作，既要注重商务英语理论知识的学习，更重要的是要把实践与理论两者紧密相结合。

通过为期两周的实训，我深感自己的不足，我会在以后的学习中更加努力，取长补短，需心求教。相信自己会在以后的学习中更加努力，表现更加出色！不管是在什么地方学习，都会努力！
