08级会计学/财务管理专业毕业环节安排
会计学系学生从第七学期的第十一周开始进入毕业环节。
一、毕业环节内容
1.开题报告/文献翻译(第七学期第十一周至第十四周)
2.毕业实习(第七学期第十五周至第八学期第四周,共10周)3.毕业论文(第八学期第五周至第十四周)
二、毕业论文要求
(一)基本要求
在撰写论文期间,学生应遵守校规、院规、服从系的各项安排,违规者取消论文答辩资格。每位同学应于本学期的第十一周起与指导老师联系,每周一次商讨及落实有关撰写论文事宜。如有特殊情况,应事前向指导老师请假,获得老师的批准。
(二)具体要求和安排
Ⅰ.学生在本学期的第十一周至第十四周须完成以下事项: 1.搜集资料;确定论文题目 2.撰写开题报告;完成文献翻译
(1)在文献综述和熟悉研究方法的基础上写出开题报告。开题报告包括:研究背景、文献综述、技术路线、进度安排和参考文献五部分。
(2)文献综述要求:学生应认真查阅中外文文献。查阅的中文文献不少于30篇(不含翻译资料)及1篇以上的外文文献;概括本课题的研究现状、各种观点及发展趋势。篇幅为3,000字左右。4.文献翻译:不少于4万英文字符,中文打印不少于12页。所选翻译资料学生可与指导教师商定。翻译资料应与论文课题有关。如果论文课题因特殊原因调整,应该适量补充与论文有关的翻译资料。另外,英文翻译资料不得选用已学过的教材;英文翻译资料须用A4纸单面复印或打印。

Ⅱ.第八学期第五周交:开题报告、文献翻译、实习报告;
具体要求:开题报告、文献翻译经导师认可,按规定格式打印,用长尾夹夹好交系办。实习报告必须盖章,方可确认。
Ⅲ.学生在第八学期的第八周前须完成以下事项:论文初稿;
Ⅳ.学生在第八学期的第十四周前须完成以下事项:(1)论文定稿、打印(2)装订(3)答辩
注:具体格式要求见《华东理工大学本科生毕业论文格式规范》。
三、毕业实习要求:
(一)基本要求
1.每个学生要自主或根据系里安排到一家以上实习单位进行毕业实习。
2.在实习中应有意识地应用和检验理论知识,锻炼理论联系实际,认识问题解决问题的能力。
(二)实习纪律要求
1.实习前学生应向导师和系办公室留备家庭地址、电话、邮编等联络地址; 2.学生应向系办公室登记实习单位; 3.学生遵守实习单位的规章制度;
4.考研的学生可推迟实习的开始时间,但考研后应及时进入实习环节,完成毕业实习。
(三)实习报告要求
结束之前应在实习单位填写实习报告。实习报告内容要包括:实习单位、实习部门(岗位)、实习时间、实习内容、实习小结和实习评语,其中实习评语由实习单位填写并加盖公章。实习内容要求每周记录一次(另附纸)。实习报告应在实习结束后立即交系办公室。实习报告是学生毕业环节的管理资料之一。

关于做好2012届毕业生毕业环节安排的通知
各位老师:
为做好2012届毕业生毕业各环节的工作,根据学院研究的意见,结合机电工程系实际,现做如下安排:
一、各位毕业班的班主任老师,可通过电话、书信、网络等形式通知学生指导教师的联系方式、返校时间、答辩和总补考时间等相关事宜。
二、各位指导教师既是论文指导者,也是学生顶岗实习的指导教师,要按照分工尽快通过现场、网络、书信等形式及时进行指导,对毕业设计(论文)及时审阅,写出评语。
三、论文要按规定格式打印,费用自付,格式见附件,打印不符合格式要求的论文不予收交。
四、论文收交时间:2012年5月15日前,将论文和《学生顶岗实习考核鉴定表》交各位指导教师,指导教师认真审阅填写评语。《学生顶岗实习考核鉴定表》(要填写完整,盖好章,一式两份,顶岗实习时间不少于6个月),不能按时上交《学生顶岗实习考核鉴定表》的学生不能按时毕业。
五、毕业生返校时间及安排
1、返校时间:毕业生于2012年5月25日返校。
2、毕业答辩时间:5月26日组织毕业设计(论文)答辩。
3、总补考时间:5月27日进行2012届毕业生总补考。
4、论文批阅:6月1日前各指导教师要填写好论文、《学生顶岗实习鉴定表》评语,将学生毕业设计(论文)成绩报系教务办公室,同时通过教务管理系统完成录入,6月6日开始教务处将对毕业生毕业设计(论文)进行抽查。
六、5月25日-27日毕业生返校期间,学生科要安排班主任及时组织学生填写毕业生登记表、学籍卡等材料、做好毕业生档案的初步整理。
七、2012年7月6—8日,符合毕业条件的学生办理毕业生离校手续,领取毕业证,参加总补考的学生须成绩合格后方能办理手续领取。
八、毕业生返校期间,学生科要调整好宿舍,安排学生住宿。

关于2009级学生2011/2012学年学习工作的安排
为了更好地贯彻教育部以就业为导向的办学方针,加强学生实践能力的培养,提高学生综合素质与职业能力,确保人才培养质量,特制定2009级学生2011/2012学年学习工作的安排。
一、参加顶岗实习学生的学习安排
顶岗实习学生的界定:2011/2012学年,在用人单位进行岗位实习的2009级学生界定为顶岗实习学生。参加顶岗实习的学生业务学习要求如下: 1.顶岗实习学生在相关单位参加实习前需经系部同意,或参加学校组织的用人单位面试获得通过,填写顶岗实习申请表一式两份,盖章后一份交系部存档,一份自存。本项工作要求在用人单位实习前完成。
2.进行顶岗实习的学生必须遵守所在单位的管理规章制度,认真履行单位岗位职责,完成相应岗位工作的任务。自2011年9月至10月底前参加实习的学生必须在单位实习二个月,实习期间上不允许更换实习单位,确因单位原因或身体原因(提交证明),学生应填写实习单位变更申请,原实习单位盖章,并经系部同意,方可回校等待新的实习单位或自行联系新的实习单位,在新单位实习仍需填写顶岗实习申请表。更换新单位前需将顶岗实习工作手册中“顶岗实习单位鉴定与评价表”,由原单位盖章后交给指导教师,并对在原单位实习期间所学内容撰写顶岗实习报告,交指导老师。
3.实习是教学的一个重要环节,不允许学生在实习期间根据个人意愿提出所谓辞职。由于学生在企业进行实习,是完成学习任务,没有正式参加工作,不允许学生随意放弃首个实习单位。由于学生原因,自动放弃实习工作,其实习成绩按不及格处理。
4.在完成相应岗位工作过程中,认真学习,努力提高自身的综合素质与职业能力。并按照学院要求完成如下学习任务。
(1)填写顶岗实习手册。
(2)通过网络、信件等方式,每隔10天向指导教师汇报实习情况一次(填写实习小记:包括工作过程中遇到的技术问题,工作观点、认识、思想,工作内容,工作开展情况等),每月3次,如每月有2次或以上未与指导教师联系,取消实习成绩。实习周记从实习之日开始。
(3)书写顶岗实习报告
(4)撰写论文或进行设计(包括工艺设计或营销设计等)。论文与设计可选择其中一项完成。
论文可针对实习岗位的具体问题,与指导老师一起确定题目。寻找工作岗位中那些值得改进的环节或技术进行分析或进行研究,提出解决方案或改进建议,最终撰写一篇与岗位工作内容相关的科技论文。在撰写论文前应提交论文编写提纲(三级目录)或论文开题报告审批表交指导教师及系审核通过后方可进行论文的撰写工作。论文撰写过程中要随时与指导教师沟通,解决撰写过程中所遇问题。其格式要求从河北化工医药职业技术学院制药系网页下载。
设计题目由指导老师确定。工艺设计:对生产工段(或车间)进行工艺设计,包括生产工艺方案分析与选择、物料衡算、热量衡算和主要设备的工艺计算,绘制带控制点的工艺流程图,主要设备简图和平面布置图,写出设计说明书。营销设计:包括市场调查与分析,营销方案设计,写出设计说明书。设计说明书格式要求从河北化工医药职业技术学院制药系网页下载。
2011/2012学年第一学期进行顶岗实习的学生,如未参加校内各教学环节(专业限选课程、生产实习、专业综合实训、毕业设计或论文)或参加部分校内教学环节理论课程学习,应按上述1-4要求完成;2011/2012学年第二学期进行顶岗实习的学生,除第4条中(4)外,其它要求均需完成。
5.实习要求
(1)学生进入实习岗位一周内要与指导教师取得联系,将个人联系方式(电话、电子信箱及QQ号等)传给指导教师。在顶岗实习期间应完成相应工作,通过网络或信件等方式及时与指导教师交流,没有与指导教师及时进行沟通交流的取消实习成绩。
(2)学生在顶岗实习前应从河北化工医药职业技术学院网站,下载《顶岗实习单位申请表》《顶岗实习手册》《顶岗实习报告》《毕业论文》《毕业设计》《论文开题审批表》《顶岗实习单位变更申请表》等,操作如下:登录河北化工医药职业技术学院网站,双击教学系部,双击制药工程系,双击教学管理,下载相关内容。
(3)在实习过程中,学生要选择一名企业指导教师指导自己的业务学习,在实习期结束,请指导教师在“顶岗实习单位鉴定与评价表”中综合鉴定栏目中签署实习评价意见。
(4)认真阅读《顶岗实习手册》中“顶岗实习指南”,完成相关学习任务。将实习期间所完成的《顶岗实习手册》中第一页“学生顶岗实习基本情况”及最后一页“顶岗实习单位鉴定与评价表”、《顶岗实习报告》,相关佐证材料(证明在顶岗实习期间受到单位奖励或参与相关技术革新的证明材料)交给指导教师。上述材料及论文或设计在2011年12月25日前交给指导老师,1月10日前返校进行毕业答辩。
(5)2011/2012学年第一学期就参加顶岗实习的学生,所完成的《顶岗实习手册》中第一页“学生顶岗实习基本情况”及最后一页“顶岗实习单位鉴定与评价表”、《顶岗实习报告》,综合评定的实习成绩作为第一学期没有参加校内相关环节成绩。2011/2012学年第二学期所有学生其实习材料,在2012年6月20日前交给出指导教师,经综合评定后作为本学期顶岗实习成绩。
(6)没有按要求完成实习工作的同学,其相应成绩记为不合格。
二、在校班级学生学习工作安排
各专业2009级在校学生必须按时出勤,依据专业人才培养计划及校内教学安排,在相关教师的指导下完成相应的学习工作。

八级语法
一、第三条件句
第三条件句与第二条件句类似,都是虚拟语气,不同的是,第三条件句是表达与过去事实相反的条件句
句式结构:If I had done„, I would have„
从句是过去完成时形式,主句是现在完成进行时形式。
1.If you had followed my advice, you would have not got into trouble.(如果你当时听从我的建议,就不会碰到那么多麻烦了。这是对过去事实的假设,用的第三条件句,也就是说,其实当时“你”并没有听从“我”的建议。)2.If I had worked hard before, I would not have been a poor man now.(如果我过去努力工作的话我现在就不会是个穷人了,言外之意就是“我”过去没有努力工作,这是与过去事实相反的条件句。)3.If I had left a little earlier,I would have caught the train.(如果我早点离开,我就不会淋雨了。真实情况就是我没有早点离开,并且我淋雨了。此句同样是与过去事实相反的条件句)
二、现在完成进行时
结构:主语+have(has)been+动词-ing
(一)表示从过去某时开始一直持续到现在的动作,并且还将持续下去。
三、过去完成时
1.结构:主语+had+过去分词 2.时间状语
before, when, after, by, until, once, had no sooner„„than,yet,already等。
3.用法
①表示发生在过去的动作对现在造成的某种影响或结果,用来指定在另一个过去行动之前就已经完成了的一个事件。
By nine o’clock last night, we had got 200 pictures from the spaceship.到昨晚9点钟,我们已经收到200 张飞船发来的图片。
②表示由过去的某一时刻开始,一直延续到过去另一时间的动作或状态 I had been at the bus stop for 20 minutes when a bus finally came.当车来的时候,我在车站已经等了20分钟。The Chinese have been making paper for two thousand years.中国有2000年的造纸历史。(动作还将继续下去)I have been learning English since three years ago.自从三年前以来我一直在学英语。(动作还将继续下去)
We have been waiting for you for half an hour.我们已经等你半个钟头了(人还没到,如同在电话里说的,还会继续等)
(二)表示在说话时刻之前到现在正在进行的动作。
四、间接引语
引述或转述别人的话称为“引语”。直接引用别人的原话,两边用引号“ ”标出,叫做直接引语;用自己的语言转述别人的话,不需要引号这叫做间接引语,实际上间接引语大都是宾语从句。当直接引语为祈使句,陈述句,疑问句被转换成间接引语时,句子的结构,人称,时态,时间,时间状语和地点状语等都要发生改变。
1、人称的转变
一随主,二随宾,第三人称不更新
“一随主”是指在直接引语变间接引语时,如果从句中的主语是第一人称或被第一人称所修饰。从句中的人称要按照主句中主语的人称变化如:
She said.“My brother wants to go with me.” →She said her brother wanted to go with her.“二随宾”是指直接引语变间接引语时,若从句中的主语及宾语是第二人称。或被第二人你所修饰。从句中的人称要跟引号外的主句的宾语一致。如果引号外的主句没有宾语。也可以用第一人称,如:
He said to Kate.“How is your sister now?” →He asked Kate how her sister was then。
“第三人称不更新”是指直接引语变间接引语时。如果从句中的主语及宾语是第三人称或被第三人称所修饰从句中的人称一般不需要变化如:
Mr.Smith said。“Jack is a good worker。” →Mr.Smith said Jack was a good worker。
2、时态的转换
现在时它需改为过去时态;过去时态改为完成时;过去完成时则保留原来的时态。如:
1)She said.“I have lost a pen.” →She said she had lost a pen 2)She said.“We hope so.” →She said they hoped so.3)She said.“He will go to see his friend。” →She said he would go to see his friend。
3、如何变状语
直接引语变间接引语,状语变化有其内在规律,时间状语由“现在”改为“原来”(例:now变为then, yesterday。变为 the day before)地点状语(分具体情况),尤其表示方向性的,或用指示代词修饰的状语,由“此”改为“彼”(例:this 改为that),如:
He said, “These books are mine.” →He said those books were his.4、如何变句型
①直接引语如果是陈述句,间接引语应改为由that引导的宾语从句。如: She said, “Our bus will arrive in five minutes.” →She said that their bus would arrive in five minutes.②直接引语如果是反意疑问句,选择疑问句或一般疑问句,间接引语应改为由whether或if引导的宾语从句.如:
He said, “Can you swim, John?” →He asked John if he could swim.“You have finished the homework, haven‘t you?” my mother asked.→My mother asked me whether I ha-d finished the homework.“Do you go to school by bus or by bike?” →He asked me if I went to school by bus or by bike.③直接引语如果是特殊问句,间接引语应该改为由疑问代词或疑问副词引导的宾语从句(宾语从句必须用陈述句语序)。
She asked me, “When do they have their dinner?” → She asked me when they had their dinner.④直接引语如果是祈使句,间接引语应改为“tell(ask, order, beg等)sb(not)to do sth.”句型。如:
“Don’t make any noise,” she said to the children.→She told(ordered)the children not to make any noise.“
Bring me a cup of tea, please,” said she.→She asked him to bring her a cup of tea.⑤直接引语如果是以“Let‘s”开头的祈使句,变为间接引语时,通常用“suggest +动名词(或从句)。”如:
He said, “Let’s go to the film.”
