汪洱：咨询顾问，说一下三个主要职责。
问：第一负责，首先我解释一下，我觉得咨询顾问本身是个很笼统的提法。可能在进一步细分当中，会有很多具体，针对行业或者公司架构会有不同的要求和方向。我觉得对我来说，从以往的工作经验来讲，可能比较适合于对行业背景的了解这方面，比如对传媒业的了解，我自己更适合这个方面的工作。但相对于传统行业，或者其它一些金融运作企业，我可能不是很了解。
汪洱：原来做记者？
问：对。
汪洱：几年？
问：6年。
汪洱：为什么不想做记者？
问：我觉得做记者，有个特点。因为记者职业本身的特性，它是依附于别的行业的行业。就是记者本身会有很多的机会。但是记者一个不利因素，正因为它取决于别的行业，所以他能够自主做选择的时候比较少。还根据我们国家本身对传媒行业这个。
汪洱：请用三个词描述你自己。
问：热情、主动、创新。
汪洱：如果我们录用你，你准备如何做好咨询顾问的工作？
问：第一我想首先了解，因为这个行业其他同事的工作方法，和一贯的工作作风，或者说公司的文化。第二步对我来讲，更需要做的是如何把自己在学校所学的知识，以及以往的工作经验，能够更好地运用到目前的工作当中。谢谢。
汪洱：如果我现在给你的上级经理打电话。请他评价你一个缺点，您认为会是什么？
问：比较容易激动。
汪洱：你认为这个缺点会对工作有什么影响？
问：会的。因为人有时候激动，往往会失去理智。或者失去对正当的判断能力。但幸运的是，随着年龄的增长，容易激动反而是一个激情的表现。谢谢。
汪洱：你对我们有什么要求？
问：能够给我机会。OK，我想可能更多的是，更加合理竞价我能否胜任我所申请的工作。以及在今后在这个方面，在我的岗位上，能不能真的做出来，而不仅是我在这里单相思。觉得我能做好。我的意思是，我希望能够更加客观地评证我，是否能够胜任我所申请的工作。很多时候我没有进入这个岗位之前，我的想法是单方面的。它更多的需要两方面去沟通。
汪洱：请简短说一下你过去取得的最大的成就？
问：最大成就。我觉得过去我最大的成就是我参加雅典奥运会的报道。我觉得那个对我来说是一个比较大的成就。谢谢。
汪洱：你对公司有什么要求？
问：如果在实际当中问这个问题我可能会对此前有了解。
汪洱：现在就是实习，就是面试现场。
问：我希望不低于8000块钱。
汪洱：8000块钱，没这么高，你没经验。
问：实际上还涉及一个实习过程，我是说不考虑这个阶段的时候。
汪洱：不考虑这个阶段，8000也没有。
问：那我只能说放弃，谢谢。
汪洱：低于8000就不做了是这样吗？
问：差不多吧。不好意思，这是我的真实想法。
汪洱：你怎么评价你原来的单位？
问：我觉得它很好，在我刚刚毕业的时候，给了我所有的梦想和虚荣。
汪洱：毕业以后到这个单位就没有换过工作？
问：没有换过。
汪洱：好谢谢，大家愿意评价吗？我说了，所有的评价只针对答案，不针对人。
问：您好，我感觉，他有点和面试官针锋相对了。
汪洱：针锋相对？
问：对。犯了一个，面试的时候一个最大的忌讳。
汪洱：比如你觉得哪个地方针锋相对了？
问：我想，可能出于他职业上的一个弊病吧。可能真的过于太激动了，应该更加冷静一点，客观一点。
汪洱：不管你要多少，我绝不会要你。你的目的不纯，因为你只为了工资。还有谁想评价？
问：谢谢给我这个机会。刚才大家讨论了8000块钱的问题，我是这样想。他前面想干记者，后面想干咨询。对他来讲，这个工作的机会很重要，他不应该回答说我要8000块钱。谢谢。
汪洱：还有？
问：他这是一个心理底线。不单是针对您这个咨询公司，针对别的公司也一样。他不应该把这个底线给暴露出来，他应该更隐藏一点，他应该说，综合考虑薪金以外的，比如说公司对他的培养那些东西。他多考虑一点。您也不应该说针对他用刚刚那个态度说，不管怎么样，我都不会要你。
汪洱：我说了，我们不针对人，只针对答案。你很勇敢，而且你的回答有很多可取之处。还有谁想评价？
问：我觉得他给人的感觉，他不像咨询顾问，他给人很飘的感觉，不沉着。做咨询的人要让人觉得我说的就是对的。他没给人这种感觉。让人觉得没有这种职业素质。
问：刚才说8000块钱的问题，那个地方我觉得，不管他是不是以薪水为导向的。这个时候，当面试官问他这个问题的时候，我不认为面试官是真的说，这个钱我是不会给你的。而是说首先是要看看你的压力反应。另外一个，看能不能表现出你这个人执著的程度。我认为比较更合理的，我说是8000块钱，我要告诉你，为什么我值8000块钱，我要表现出我很自信的一面，来征服面试官的好感。
问：刚才那个面试官在问他的时候，您怎样打算工作？还有对这个行业进行了解。证明他还没有做好咨询师的准备。
汪洱：非常好。
问：我想这位同学可能在面试之前，他还没有把这个问题想好。第一个自己的底线究竟在哪儿。结果当时面试的时候，纠缠8000块钱的时候，马上就暴露这个底线。就损失掉。第二个，他没有使用预期的心理准备。刚才汪老师给大家平和的感觉，亲和力非常强。当被面试的时候，她感觉到有一种问题，很快地问到问题。我们在座的都能感觉兵来将挡的感觉。所以我想，他更加会思维上有一些紧张和迷糊。就像他自己说的，可能会情绪波动比较大。这一点我觉得他没有做好心理准备。第一点把没有把自己要面试要什么东西，遇到什么样的底线的时候才去拒绝。没有考虑清楚。第二个在心理状态上没有做好这种反应。谢谢。
汪洱：这种场合是面试当中最正常的场合，就是追问的。他刚才的回答，刚才我们很多同学都提到了，这些问题是经常会被问到的。而且这种节奏，这样追问也是很正常的。你想想，我们面试一个人只有5分钟的时间。你表现得比较好的，很自信。对自己的缺点也很了解。三个形容词也说得很到位。我感觉你说的三个形容词准确地描述了你的性格。但是你准备得不好的，就是刚才那位同学讲得非常好，你根本就不了解咨询顾问是干嘛，你来干嘛。也就是说，我现在来征婚，你是一个求爱对象，我要什么你知道吗？你不知道。什么样的人能让我满意，你也不知道。你准备怎么样让我满意你也不知道。我为什么要要你？公司的事情我们待会儿再说。刚才两个同学说了很好的思路，我们还有更好的思路说工资。后面还有两个机会，光华的同学。可以模拟面试。
问：我是光华MBA的，我是明年毕业的，我是1998年本科毕业，在一家国企，属于研究性质的单位工作。我是学计算机的。到现在，一直还在做跟计算机相关的工作。等于一直做技术工作，现在应该是做了八年。八年中，我一共在三个单位呆过。现在，就想从事金融方面的工作。大概是这个情况。
汪洱：金融方面的。我现在就是金融公司的人力资源经理。金融行业，分为证券、银行、保险、基金，你想应聘哪个公司？
问：现在主要是想应聘投资银行。
汪洱：现在投资银行投资顾问。这个职位，有1000个人排队应聘，告诉你的优势，我为什么要录用你，不录用别人？
问：一个，我系统地学习过金融方面的课程。
汪洱：这不是优势，很多人都学过。
问：第二个，我能够在比较大的压力下。
汪洱：很多也有这个优点，还不是你的优势。
问：第三个我具有很强的逻辑分析能力还有判断能力。
汪洱：请用一个事例来证明你有很强的判断能力？
问：像我们原先做程序的时候，有时候会遇到千奇百怪的问题，一般人可能就看不出程序的问题究竟出在哪儿。我一般能够比较快速准确判断出这个问题在哪，然后把程序改到关键的地方，改好这个程序。汪洱：你是想做技术类的职务，不是顾问类的职务，不是投资分析师，而且技术而的职务。问：对，我就说这个能力，都是通用的，不论是在哪个行业。
汪洱：据我所知，做投资分析师有两个能力必不可少。一个是数据分析能力，还有一个是对市场的敏感性，你能不能说一个事例来证明你有这两个能力之一？
问：数据方面，我对数字比较敏感。一般我看这些案例，有数据上的变化，能够很快意识到它是什么原因导致的？
汪洱：你在这个国营企业做了几年你刚才说？
问：应该是8年。
汪洱：你最初进去的职位和你现在的职位中，中间你升了几级？
问：我最开始是做软件开发。现在是做项目经理。
汪洱：做项目经理管几个人？
问：做项目经理管10个人左右吧。
汪洱：这10个人全部归你行政上的管理，还是业务上的指导？
问：应该更多的是业务上的指导。
汪洱：我相信在这8年当中，跟你同期进去的人，有机会得到升职的人，能我们告诉我，他们哪一些优点是你应该学习的？
问：他们处理人际关系的能力。勤奋工作。
汪洱：大家已经判断出来了这是反证。
问：另外一个是处理问题果断。
汪洱：如果现在请你给你的原单位，你要辞职了，给他们提一条建议。你提一条？给你的上级经理，给他们提一条改善的建议？
问：我觉得这个公司应该有更长远一点的规划。有一个比较明确的发展战略，而不是像现在走一步看一步。
汪洱：你的同事认为你最大的优点是什么？
问：比较踏实。分析能力、做事能力比较强。
汪洱：他们评价你一个需要改进的地方？
问：就是和人相处，说话有时候比较急躁。
汪洱：谢谢你的勇敢。有哪位想评价的？
问：我觉得这位师兄的回答，他第一个自信心不足。第二个准备也不充分。第一个自信心不足，如果他读到MBA这种程度，也工作了七八年以后，他做了项目经理这个职位，他应该说话。特别是面试的时候，你一定要给别人强烈的自信说，你是北大的MBA，你是全国最牛逼的人。
汪洱：为北大鼓掌。
问：第二个他准备不足，面试官，汪老师，您抛给他问题的时候，他可以选择不迅速地接招。可以马上思索一阵子，但这个时间不要持续太长。他马上回答的话，更容易让他的弱点和缺点马上就暴露给面试官。面试官给他的面试时间可能就缩短了很多。第三个他的回答针对性不足。汪老师你抛给他问题的时候，他的答案应该是完全针对这个问题来回答的。他不能说，面试官指东，他答了西，这样给别人一种，他的判断能力和逻辑思维能力很混乱。这在面试的时候，这是一个大的通病。所以我觉得他一个，作为MBA他应该再练他的口才和演讲能力。
汪洱：他是技术软件开发人员，有情可原。
问：他现在读了MBA，更是要注重这一点。
汪洱：但是他想做投资咨询顾问，就很难被录用。你也不会录用他。
问：可以了，谢谢。
汪洱：谢谢你，总结得很好。你。
问：您好，我首先觉得他的准备非常不充分，什么东西都要看那张纸。同时他对投资银行没有什么了解。你给他一个陷阱，说别人有什么优点他要学习？他回答，我回答我学习别人的决断能力。对投行来说，最重要的是决断能力。他这样说，基本就被否定了。你的那个陷阱，是要他暴露自己的缺点。
汪洱：实际上是问的他的缺点。
问：他很老实地把他的缺点暴露出来了。其实他可以说他的优点，比如一个人做事效率比较高，他可以说，同学都反映我做事太快了，他们跟不上，他们的压力很大。可以这样回答，没有这么坦白。他落入你的陷阱了，所以他是很被动的。
汪洱：很好。
问：我觉得可能是他很有实力。但是主要是在他的表达能力上不充分。给人一种拖泥带水的感觉。如果他沟通和表达能力再加强一点，我相信他是非常好的。
汪洱：其实他根本就不是表达能力不足，他根本就没有准备。就是没有想过这样的问题怎么回答。其实我所有问的问题都跟这个职位有关，我满脑子想的，就是他怎么能够做好这个职位，能够做好工作，让我对他的投资风险最小。你。
问：不好意思，其实我觉得他刚才的发言，也许我们站的角度不同，从的角度看，我觉得他有很多地方表现是很不错的。第一他突出他的职业经济和他的现在的人是切合的。他没有撒谎，他没有夸张，他就是他自己，我觉得很不错。第二个我觉得他始终能把握住谈话的节奏。可能面试官会给我们不断有压力的感觉。但是他能控制住自己的语速和说话的态势。当然他也有紧张，原因您刚才说了，是因为他在压力面前，他有点张惶。但他总的来讲，他的感觉我觉得是对的，至少能控制住节奏，缓缓地表现出他自己。至于他适不适合这个职位，我觉得您更专业，我不知道适合不适合。但是从我的角度讲，如果他是我的一个同事，我会感到很不错，至少他是一个踏实的人。
汪洱：做软件开发应该是合适的。
问：首先那位师兄，应该说他的确是做软件的，的确很踏实。我认为他最大的毛病就是太不自信了，可能也是太紧张的缘故。但是他想做投资顾问来讲，我觉得他的语言表达能力还需要提高。因为毕竟投资顾问是要经常与人沟通的。如果不具备沟通能力的话，根本是做不好的。还有一些专业知识，我想学MBA的，既然学金融了，就要提高自己的专业素质以及专业技术的能力，这样才能够应聘成功。
问：我觉得从面试的过程来看，我并没有认为这个师兄非常适合做投行的业务。有一句话叫做性格决定幸运，每一个人都应该寻找和自己的性格最适合的工作。你如果真的很喜欢投行，因为投行现在有光环，很多人都会选择它。如果你真的很喜欢它的话，他会平时中不自觉地做很多的准备。比如说到数据敏感性的问题。如果他确实是很喜欢这个，那么他过去一定会做过类似方面的事情，但是他却没有答得特别好。汪洱：很好。
