这次托福TOEFL的具体成绩是：阅读29 听力30 口语29 作文28
口语高的有点意外，作文听说大家好多都满分也有点意外。
我的托福TOEFL考试复习程序如下：
因为还在上课，所以基本上用了一整周的时间来复习，因此复习模式适合英语基础相对比较好，又没有很多时间的同志。
首先随便用baron还是kaplan的一套卷子来适应一下考试模式，并对自己的水平有个初步的估算(通常结果不会太好)。
其次制定一个合理的目标。合理不是说要定的低，反而是比你实际需要的分数要高。比如我需要114，我就订在117，这样你付出的努力会更多，而万一没有达到这个目标，你也会意外的发现：耶！也够用了耶！
托福TOEFL考试中阅读、听力、作文一般都是用来提升分数的，所以绝对不能放过它们。因为许久没有上过英语课了，平时也只是看美剧，所以我当时觉得非常有必要提升一下阅读速度，于是我先用了3天时间看了一本历史书。历史书好在哪儿？它又讲生态环境又讲经济政治又讲文化，跟许多阅读材料不谋而合啊，如果你找的是一本有关科学技术的历史书那就更赞了，反正本人考试的时候三篇都很科普„„
除了看书之外，我还每天练作文，不多，也就一天1-2篇，但一定要找人批改！自己写的咋看咋好，但别人一旦给你指出问题了，那通常是你会常犯而一直不自觉的问题，早日发现早日改正！另外，口语黄金80句也可以开始练起来，一天练个一页左右吧，一定要给自己限时，慢慢找到在短时间内完整表达一个想法的能力。想法不用高深，关键在于完整。
这三天的时间其实是个热身的过程。旨在解决一些问题：
1、阅读速度慢的问题
这通常源于：默读、回读、眼球转动慢。三天高强度的训练之后你应该会发现自己的阅读速度明显有提升，之后的复习过程中你要坚决摈弃过去的坏习惯，保持快速阅读的感觉。
2、语言环境问题 拼命读、拼命说、拼命写旨在将自己置身于一个英语环境中，还是那两个字：感觉！啊~感觉什么的最重要了！
三天之后，作为一个新生的人类你又可以投入新一轮的复习中啦。在这段冲刺阶段，每天必须保持至少2套的题量，单项训练不计。
就个人做题和考试的经验来看，听力应该使用伟大的Baron来练习，人家外国人容易吗？听的人都快睡着了，他还噼里啪啦说着呢„„通过Baron的练习，你将会在考场上发现：哇！听力是这么的短呀！
阅读的话Kaplan的乱码让人心烦，Baron的一般，倒是文勇的阅读比较实在，让你了解托福TOEFL的出题思路。个人考完试的感觉是，现在针对某一段落的问题越来越少，大多是含有奇怪单词们的科技文章，分几个时期或几种东西介绍，然后让你在几段间比较选择找出结果。碰到连续几道这种题目，一定要控制住你砸电脑的心。
口语的话很多人说kaplan和baron不太像真题，有些确实不太像啦，这必须承认。但是说到底都是听东西，做笔记，理思路，然后说话，就其实质又能差多少。反正我就是用baron练的，外加黄金80题。没有用模板。
作文的话用OG上面的题目，每天练个1-2篇真就够了。本人作文实在是弱项，每次都能写成散文，大概我适合去考托福TOEFL的新概念作文版。不过还是说明自己言无实质啦„„要反省„„要检讨„„跟GRE不一样，对于托福TOEFL来说最重要的还是你能够用自己的语言说清楚一件事。所以，不用太多花哨的语句，想清楚一二三要讲什么，然后写出来就可以了。好多扣分往往来自于一个“突发奇想”的表达方式，考试作文达人告诉我：应试就是有最保险又最清楚的方式。你想是太简单扣分多还是写错扣分多嘛？
差不多最后几天我就这么过着然后去考试了。
对于在考场我也有些经验，这也是我这次去才掌握到的„„
如果你实在是很想先听一听边上人答的口语，然后做些准备，你可以在做听力的时间把空余时间都填满，但这也不能保证你一定能听到，而且为了等对方或者听对方，你甚至可能错失自己正在做的听力信息，得不偿失。
因此最理想的状态是你第一个到考场，第一个开始做题，你也不用等着去听别人答什么，等你做口语的时候没有任何人影响你(反而你可能分散别人的注意力)，然后第一个全部做完特别牛的走出考场~~~~~或者！你最后一个到考场，最后一个开始做，这样你总能在休息10分钟时听到一些隐约的口语题，然后大家口语也做的差不多了，你自己慢悠悠的开始说起来，让大家边写作文边欣赏。

首先让我们全面剖析新托福作文：（以下要求均为我自己的理解，非官方版本，官方要求请参照OG）
integrated writing/综合写作:要求考生在3分钟内读一篇文章，然后听一个lecture，在20分钟内根据文章和lecture内容写一篇250字左右文章比较两者的观点。（注：文章内容和lecture内容注定是对立的，如果你考的不是对立的，那只有一种可能，你的RP次到了人神共愤的地步了。）
综合写作的八股在于：第一段指出reading passage和lecture内容是对立的；第二、三、四段从三个方面/点来说明他们的内容是怎样对立的；第五段总结一下他们之间确实是对立关系。
independent writing/独立写作：给定一个题目，要求考生在30分钟内写出400字左右的文章，要求逻辑清晰，论述有力，无明显的语法和词法错误。
独立写作八股在于：第一段陈述你的观点，支持哪一方；第二、三、四段从三个方面论述你的观点；最后一段总结一下，综上所述，某某观点是正确的。综合写作：模板，套模板，一定要套模板！
理由：1，模板让你的思路更加清晰，这是ETS要求的。
2，20分钟！开玩笑，怎么凑到300字？当然要用模板！
3，阅读听力我都不怕，就怕作文，写三句话错两句，我怎么得26+？当然还是用模板，既然是模板就意味着是你精挑细选的句子，保证了写作的质量！
提醒：1，模板要富于变化，一篇只能用5句那你就要准备10句！
2，模板不能一味照搬别人的，避免重复！
3，保证模板里的句子没有语法和用词错误！
一般来说，大家把一下几个句子稍微变形，即完成了综合写作第一步
1.The lecture discusses…which differs from the main idea in the reading that…（用于第一段）2.The professor made the point that …The reading , in contrast, held a different view.（用于第一或第二三四段）
3.Another important point showed in the listening material is that …but the reading presents a conflicting idea that…（用于第三四段）

大家可以把连接词变化一下，把动词变化一下或句式稍变，11句话灵活运用。
除了模板以外，综合写作我们还需要做什么？
做笔记，做听力笔记！
99．9%的情况下，综合写作的主体内容是三个对立的观点，所以大家只要把这个三个点记下来，然后把阅读里相应的三点抠出来放到模板里面去，你的综合写作就做完了，就是这么简单！独立写作怎么办？
很遗憾，独立写作没有固定的模板，起码我没用过。没有模板怎么能叫八股文呢？独立写作的八股在于它的题目很固定，如果不信，请翻看OG上给出了那几百道例题。绝大部分题目是：**和**相比，你觉得哪个更好/更合理？/你更支持哪个观点？ 一部分题目是：*******，你怎么办？/你是怎么看的？
还有极小部分发散性题目很少考，而前面两种其实是一种题目，不信？你看个例子。
Q：Your school has received a gift of money.What do you think is the best way for your school to spend this money? Use specific reasons and details to support your choice.这个题目没有给你二选一的选项，我们要做的是把它转化为二选一，捐款的用途无外乎这么几种：建图书馆、体育馆（还可细分篮球、**。。）、学生公寓、办公大楼、买电脑。。这么多选项你只要从中挑选一个，然后把这个和其他的相比较这篇文章你就搞定了！
除了题目固定之外，写作的手法同样很固定。其实大家只要熟读范文100篇，不会背书也能写。而且能写高分作文。具体的方法就是在论坛找到那谁谁谁的185篇满分作文，挑选其中你觉得写的不错的把其中铺垫的句型，转换词挑出来，背一背，背多了你会发现所有的满分作文其实是一个套路出来的流水线作品（除极少数作文）。流水线作文谁不会写呢？那满分作文其实很简单的 关于托福作文的几个比较常见的问题：
1,多少字数合适？
ＯＧ上说综合写作１５０－２２５，独立写作３００。个人认为综合２５０字，独立３８０＋比较妥当，但是不用追求太多的字数，有字数没质量的作文绝对不能得高分。但是有质量的作文字数肯定少不了，ＥＴＳ要求Use specific reasons and details to supportyour choice，你想想达到这个要求的作文字数能太少吗？
2,要准备多少时间？
三到四周
第一周把***185范文看透，每个题目自己都分析一下，同时学习好的句子。后面两周每天练一篇综合一篇独立，练手感，同时练打字速度。（用老键盘练，不能用笔记本键盘）

TOEFL词汇过目不忘六绝招
单词是成功学习TOEFL的最基础，没有了单词这个基础，接下来的会话、文法、阅读、写作都将无法顺利进行，因此在英语的学习中，“如何背单词”是绝不可忽略的首要之务。有些人背单字是“每背必忘”、“每忘必背”，永远离“成功背单字”有段距离;为破除这个魔咒，请奉行高老师正确背单字方法的绝招：
第一法：基本功
绝招一：蚕食鲸吞法
准备一本字汇书(或一本笔记)，这本书(或笔记)的结构应该是：英文在最左边的位置，中文在最右边;中间则要空下来写“提示”，提示这个字“怎么背”。背单字的方法依每个字汇的不同，可能是依据字根、谐音、形状、例句………完成工具的准备后，就可以开始背单字的工程!
以此窗体为例，我们在下面整理了“蚕食鲸吞法”的基本背法及步骤：
英文单字提示中文imp小魔鬼Vfelonfelon felon念起来像“坏人”所以是重罪犯。重罪犯首先看到第一个字imp，在脑中我们可先自行加以判断：这个字“背”或“不背”，如果“不背”就跳过去，也不用做任何记号。
再看到第二个字“重罪犯”：如果觉得很好背就背，不想背就跳过去，这一点很重要。背单字三秘诀：好背的才背、想背的才背、有时间才背。“重罪犯”怎么背?felon的谐音听起来是不是很像“坏人”?掌握了背这个字的诀窍后，这个字就被归于“好背”的部份;背起来了，就在旁边打个勾勾、做个记号。
一本字汇书(笔记)，就用这种轻松的心情简简单单背过去，想背的做记号、不想背的略过;用这种方法，你一定可以看完这本书，而不会像被施了咀咒似的，买来的字汇书、自己整理的笔记都永远停留在前几页，连翻到后面的机会都没有。
背完一遍，记得在书(或笔记)的封面写下日期，如2010/1/1背完第一次、2010/1/8背完第二次…，用这种“选择性”背法，相信一定可以在一个月内背完四次。
一本书背完了四次，却发现有些单字“怎么都不想背”或“背了4次都背不起来”，其实，这些字是最佳帮手，你就是需要藉助这些“背不起来”的字汇，找出个人背单字的盲点。经过这个方法的筛选，你会知道哪些字汇需要再加强磨练，进而利用字汇课中老师提供的方法破除这些“背不起来的单字”。
绝招二：废物时间法
大部分的人，在一天当中有许多时间是被当作废物来处理的;例如学生不专心上课、上班族摸鱼聊天、通勤族坐在车上发呆…等，这些被浪费掉的零碎时间若能善加利用，背单字的成效会很惊人，尤其是等车时间，更是最值得被利用的“废物时间”。该如何利用这些时间?你需要两个诀窍来配合学习：
1.卡片：一张卡片上只写一个单字，而且字体要“斗大”。卡片越大越好，正面写英文单字，反面写中文意思，以不能直接瞄到答案为原则。
2.少量多餐：时间少、单字少、多复习。背单字最忌“常立志，发宏愿”，愿太大不仅自己没办法负荷，还会打击信心;反而是应该“立志长”，维持背单字的信念，持续不断地背下去。
配合这二个诀窍外，还需注意以下三个Tips：
1.单字：一次不能背太多个，容易搞混。
2.时间：一次不需用太长的时间来背，废物时间恰好可以拿来利用，但必须常常复习。
3.例如：学生利用每节下课时间背四个单字，背的时候也可顺便复习之前已经背过的，1 / 6
一天大约背32个，不需花费太大的力气，一年就可以背一万个单字了。即使最后忘掉一半，成绩仍然可观!
绝招三：四面楚歌法
面对“有若无，实若虚”，明明背过好几次却完全想不起来的单字，你会需要用到“四面楚歌”之法。在每个看得到的地方都放一个背不起来的难字，字体要大。单字务必配合情境场合。例如厕所就不适合放Yummy(美味)这个单字。
让单字出现在绝对有时间、绝对看得到的地方。例如：学生对于不喜欢上的课，可以在教室黑板两侧各列五个单字；经常使用计算机的上班族，可以下载自动换桌布的程序，把单字设成桌面，一次一个单字，绝对不怕你看不到!
第二法：细部功夫
绝招四：Concentration(专注力)-观字法门
背单字靠的不是记忆力，而是专注力，专注力不够，记忆力就不会强。因此背单字的首要之务是练习专注力，可利用“静坐”、“数息法”等帮助心静下来，心静方能摄物。当你的心静下来后，就可以开始修练这个高老师最喜欢的方法—“观字法门”。
一般人背单字，不断书写复诵只做到了口到手到，心却漂浮不定，没有效用。“观字法门”的必备条件则是足够的专注力。
“观字法门”-背完一个单字时，是用“思考”的方式让自己“记住”。例如背了一个单字“imp”，闭上眼睛，这三个字必定会浮现在眼前，让字的样子一个一个从心头上熨贴过去，如果心够静，就可以达到“看过等于记得”的境界。
绝招五：耳根圆通法
耳朵背单字的效果远胜于眼睛，声音更能使人臻至化境，所以利用耳朵的这个特点来练“睡眠学习法”，其实就是在进行一种潜意识的学习。
工具：
1.录音带
2.录音机(具自动回带功能，而且一定要双卡。)
录制方式：
1.请发音正确的人帮忙录制。慢慢念，搭配让够心情平静的背景音乐更好。
2.念完单字后，停顿1--2秒接着念中文意思，每个单字复诵3--5次;换到下个单字前，间隔5秒。
例如：imp--(停1--2秒)--小魔鬼、小魔鬼、小魔鬼(重复3--5次)--(停5秒)--felon--(停1--2秒)--重刑犯、重刑犯、重刑犯……，一次最多录五十个单字。
3.录好以后，把它对拷到两卷录音带上，把两卷录音带都录满。
播放方式：就寝前以自动回带播放，A面播完后自动换到B面，连续播放整个晚上，假设五十个单字共录了半个钟头，一个单字在一整个晚上就可以听到好几次。
勿戴耳机，将录音机置于脚边，音量不要太大，若有似无即可。
绝招六：图像植入法
很多人背单字无法成功的致命伤在于用了“翻译式背诵法”，但若仅是不断地复诵单字，是很容易忘掉的。试着回想小时候学习中文的过程，中文的方块字是不是往往会与相关画面一同浮现脑海。以此经验为据，即可得知背单字最直接的方式应该是图像植入、搭配意境，以达到背诵的最佳效果。用这种方式背单字之后，下次要用某单字时就不必再搜寻脑中字库，单字将自然浮现，达到“不思而中”的境界。
怎样背单词才符合人的记忆规律
“我首先要用20天把托福单词背完”，“我的计划是先用3周的时间来背单词”，“我现在一天背100个单词，40天就能背完托福单词”当一次次看到这样的学习规划的时候，总是感觉很痛苦。
因为这样的规划完全不符合人的学习规律，如果不是基础特别好的话，这样的学习规划只能导致一种结果，就是越来越绝望。因为这样的背单词的方式，完全不符合人类的记忆规律。
但是很多人真的是在采用类似的方式，总是期望在20-30天之内背下来所有的托福单词或者GRE单词。
本质来说，这都是一种幻觉。只要你稍微有思考能力就会发现。托福有本单词书叫做《21天搞定托福单词》，托福的单词量是多少？最多了1.2万。这本单词书多少单词？大约2700个单词需要用21天才能搞定。那么准备GRE的时候，有本单词书就做《17天搞定GRE单词》。GRE单词量是多少？少说2万。GRE的红宝也不会少于8000个单词。前面2700个单词，你用21天才能搞定，后面8000个GRE单词，你用17天就能搞定？稍微一想，就会发现逻辑有多么混乱。
当然并不是说单词不能背。而是说，背单词千万不要这么急功近利，一定要采取一种理性的方式！什么是理性的方式？简单来说就是“大量，多次”。
我们在背单词的时候，首先要知道，单词应该是在整个准备托福，或者SAT考试过程中一直要做的事情，而不是用短时间的冲刺就能解决问题的。换句话说，我们在背单词的时候应该把单词书等分为4份，并且把我们的学习时间，也等分为4份。在每一个时间段之内，我们就是要重复的背这一份的单词。说的有点抽象，举个例子。
比如说《21天搞定托福单词》是200页，那么我们要把这本书分为4部分，每个部分50页。然后假设你准备托福考试的时间为4个月。那么你要做的就是在第一个月里面的每天都疯狂地背第1-50页；第二个月里面每天都疯狂的背51-100页；第三个月，每天都丧心病狂的背101-150页，后面依次类推。当然，我们也要注意复习前面的单词，比如说第2个月有时间就要把第1-50页迅速的翻翻，以及第3个月也要把1-50和51-100抽时间看看。这才是我们背单词最聪明的方式。
5招打破单词“贝勒爷记不住”的怪圈
其实这话说得很有道理，我们每天都会说出很多真理，但是我们自己都不去遵守那些真理罢了。一个很简单的道理，既然你自己都发现背了也记不住，那么为什么不多背几次呢？中国有些老话很有道理，有些老话很没道理。什么没道理？“书读百遍，其义自见”。正确的说法是“好书读百遍，其意自见”。丢人“现”眼“法”读1000遍也没用！再有一句就是，“量小非君子，无毒不丈夫”，这句话，其实是被我们的自己的懒惰给忽悠了，正确的应该是“无度不丈夫”。但是有些话，是很有道理的。就是“杀人必须头点地”，“落井必下石”！
背单词，这货。就是一个挺奇怪的东西，从来都不可能一次就记得妥妥的，换句话说，就是前面的经典用语“贝勒爷记不住”。
既然知道记不住，就应该想办法变通。想想我们为什么能记住you，are，clever这些单词呢？很简单，看的次数太多了吗！那么，之前的经历已经证明一天背很多遍也记不住，那么不妨换一种方法吗，就是很多天，每天都看很多遍，自然就记住了！为什么这样能记住呢？很简单，你以前的那些单词you，are，clever就是这么记下来的！
而且要注意，其实背单词的时候也有很多小窍门。背单词的时候，就背一个中文解释。因为我们最难的就是把单词和相应的中文意思给
对应起来，后面扩展就容易很多。让单词朗读带着自己来背。这样一能解决不会读的问题；第二还能解决背单词心里很疲惫的问题。不要去反复书写单词。很多小盆友们，从小就被老师灌输“好记性不如烂笔头”的观念。因此，总是喜欢疯狂的抄写正在背的单词。但是实际上，他不是一种最高效的方式，而是一种最搞笑的方式。因为，大多数单词对我们来说是能够阅读就可以，作文的单词是另一个层面的问题。复习远比背更重要。其实不仅仅是单词，任何一个我们可以出口成章的诗句，那个不是靠背了很多天的，为什么单词我们就必须今天背下来？！背诗词和背单词是一个道理，靠的都是每天都背一遍！养成习惯最重要。给自己设定一个专门用来背单词的时间段，只要这个时间段到了，一切其他的工作全都放下。只要2周，你就会对单词产生一种欲罢不能的感觉！记住！words rule everything！
高效掌握托福考试词汇的8个绝招
掌握一定数量的托福英语词汇并将它们准确运用到句子中是考好托福的基础，从另一方面讲，同学们增加自己的英语词汇量不仅能考好托福，还能在今后的美国留学学习生活中收益。目前在市面上流行的各种词汇书很多，但面对数量庞大的英语单词，同学们该如何有效记忆呢？下面是我们总结出的一些背单词的托福培训绝招，应该对正在“词海”中挣扎的同学们多少有些帮助。
一、大浪淘沙法：
如果你的目标是一天记住100个单词，那么所需背诵的单词数量最好要达到500个。因为人的记忆力是有限的，所以不要指望只背20个单词，就能记住全部并且永远不会忘记。将每天背诵的数量定在500个，虽然你实际记住的也许只有100个，但是这100个一定是你记得最牢的。
把没有记住的单词继续放到第二天的计划中，这样天天坚持，就会看到成效。这个方法好比用筛子过滤沙砾，虽然漏掉的是大多数，但剩下的却是精华。要在短时间内背出大量的单词，必须“以量取胜”，持之以恒。
二、词根词缀法：
这个方法基于英语单词的构词法，靠分解单词来记忆。每个英语单词都可以分解成一个核心词根，和前缀或后缀。例如在view(看法、景色)这个单词的基础上，加上表示“再一次”的前缀re，就是“复习”的意思；加上表示“人物”的后缀er，就有“观众、探视器”等的意思。这是一种比较高效率的记忆方法，认识一个词缀就会帮助你认识很多单词，做到举一反
三。但前提是，你必须先学习和掌握一定的词根、词缀的意义。
三、循环往复法：
把所要背的单词分组，比如每组100个，共50组。第一天，背第一组的100个；第二天不要急着前行，先用比前一天快一倍的速度把第一组的单词过一遍，然后再看第二组的单词；几天以后再复习第一天的单词，以此类推。
这样做虽然可能影响背单词的进度，但能有效地巩固所学的内容，以“滚雪球”的方式加深记忆。
人会遗忘，最好的方法是在你正要遗忘的时候复习一下，这相当于对原来记忆进行刺激，会使快要忘记的东西记得很牢。这个方法因人而异，你可以根据自己的记忆力情况，决定复习的周期。如果怕雪球越滚越大，到后来每天的任务越来越艰巨，你也可以先把要背的所有单词都背一遍，采取每第二天只复习前一天的内容方法，等全部背完一遍后再从头来第二遍。
四、狂读狂写法：
这是依靠重复某种生理活动来强迫大脑认知的方法，对于大多数人来说是有效的。当然每个人的习惯各有不同，有的喜好大声朗读所背单词，有的钟爱在白纸上边背边写所需记忆的单词，更有甚者把单词录成卡带，每日听之方可入眠。真可谓“单词人人会背，各有巧妙不同”。
五、分类归总法：
所谓物以类聚、人以群分，单词也有它的家族史与裙带关系。常用的分类方法包括：同义词与反义词分类，种属特性分类，类比分类等等。例如，表示 “笑”的单词通常有：chortle(开心地笑)，chuckle(轻声地笑)，guffaw(哄堂大笑)，jeer(嘲笑)，snigger(窃笑)，simper(傻笑)等等。对这种“单词家族”的分门别类，有利于掌握成片单词以及其意义差别，不失为一种好的方法。
六、做题看报法：
对于许多学生朋友来说，背单词不只是为提高词汇量，而更多的是为了应对考试。无论是参加英语四、六级，还是TOEFL或者GRE，检验英语水平的试金石还在于对词汇的运用与解读能力。因此通过大量地接触真题与模拟题，我们才能知道每个单词的“精华”在哪里，从而体会到背单词的乐趣。
此外，另一种有效的检验方法就是通过阅读英文书籍、报刊，来寻找记忆中“似曾相识”的单词。要想所背的单词“刻骨铭心”，还是要靠实践、记忆单词双管齐下，大量的背诵必须和平时的阅读、写作、口语联系起来。
七、创意联想法：
联想的方法有很多，一般可以从意思上、读音上或者形象上联想。例如，vernal(春天的)和venial(可宽恕的)，这两个单词长得很像，读音也相似，惟一的区别在于前者有个“r”，后者有个“i”。
根据意思，不妨可以这样想，“r”很像一片小树叶，自然是和春天有关；而“i”像个人，是人自然会犯错，就和“宽恕”的意义联系了起来。这种方法有时看来“牵强附会”，但对于少数实在记不住的单词，不妨发挥创意，根据自己的习惯和文化背景联想记忆，也会使枯燥的背诵有了乐趣。
八、快速扫视法：
把每天要背的单词写在纸上，左边写英文，右边写中文意思。先扫视一遍，然后遮住中文意思，进行回忆，没有记住的就做个记号。第二遍只扫视有记号的，然后遮住中文意思，再回忆，没有记住的再做记号。一直到所有单词都记住为止。那些记号最多的单词也就是最难的，今后复习时可以作为重点。这种方法还有一个好处，你可以先从英文背中文意思，然后可以反过来，看着中文回忆英文拼写。
每天背诵的数量和时间要根据自己的具体情况定，背诵要选择一天中头脑清晰、精力充沛的时候进行。此外，记住背单词的三大宗旨：一是贵在坚持；二是要遵循人的记忆规律，循环复习比一次性记忆有效；三，背诵的词汇只有真正运用到听、说、读、写各方面，才算“修成正果”。
以上介绍的8种方法，同学们可以根据自己的实际情况取长补短、综合运用，找到自己最适合的托福培训方法很重要。英文词汇的积累需要一个相对漫长的学习和练习的过程，只有真正把词汇掌握用好用熟了才能在托福考试中顺利取得高分。

对很多同学而言，准备ETS的各类考试的阅读部分，单词是最大的敌人之一。托福阅读需要的词汇比国内的四六级多，难度与考研词汇相当，6000-8000的词汇量是比较能够达到托
福阅读的要求的。由于大家起点不同，复习周期不同，所以没有办法提出一个普适的复习方案。但是我们可以从宏观角度去谈一谈单词的备考。
准备托福单词应该有三个阶段。
第一个阶段是单词的初级，我觉得需要1个月时间左右。大家可以参考《17天搞定GRE》这本书里面的方法，对照自己的词汇书制订复习方案(我推荐的是王玉梅托福词汇)，有的同学能够14天就突破了这本词汇书，也有人反映难度较大，但是无论如何，1个月内完成初记是必须的，因为这样就能更早进入做题状态，也就是进入准备托福单词的第二阶段。第二个阶段是通过做题、泛读巩固初记的托福词汇，加深对于单词的精细理解。大家只要做一些真题或者模拟题就应该知道，单词从词汇书中剥离出来之后到了相应的阅读段落中容易出现水土不服的情况，即在词汇书中认识的单词到了文章中就忘记了意思。这是因为掌握单词的环境太单一，即你只见过在你的词汇书的某一个固定的位置用固定的字体印刷出来的单词。为了避免这种情况，大家即可以通过做真题掌握，也可以通过泛读老托的一些篇目来掌握。老托的阅读题目虽然和新托福有所不同，但是单词和句子还是有一定程度的相似的。最后，大家如果完成了前两个阶段，其实是可以参加托福考试了，但是如果想要得到高分，还需要更进一步，也就是第三个阶段：整理归纳出自己的单词体系。这个阶段需要自己动手，把手头的单词整理、归类，可以按意义、相似拼写、意义范畴、学科门类等分类。这样一个整理消化的过程，才是掌握单词的至高境界，因为你已经不是单纯的输入信息，单纯的输出；而是能够将输入的信息再加工，输出自己的知识。
