第二篇：农夫和金蛋的故事
文/赵日磊伊索寓言中有一则鹅生金蛋的故事：一个农夫无意间发现一只会生金蛋的鹅，于是很快便成了富翁，农夫和金蛋的故事。可是财富却使他变得更贪婪，更急噪，每天一个金蛋已无法满足他的贪欲。于是农夫异想天开地把鹅宰杀，企图将鹅肚子里的金蛋全部取出来。谁知道打开一看，鹅肚子里根本就没有金蛋，鹅却死了，再也生不出金蛋来。《高效能人士七个习惯》的作者者史蒂芬•柯维借这个寓言给我们上了一堂关于效率的课。柯维先生将鹅喻为产能，即一个人借以达到目标的资产或本领，将金蛋比如喻为产品，即一个人所希望产生的结果。他认为效率应该是产能与产品相平衡的结果。他说，一般人往往会从金蛋的角度来衡量效率，也就是以为产品愈多，效率愈高。可是，杀鹅取金蛋的故事却告诉我们：效率取决于两个要素，一是产能（鹅），一是产品（金蛋），只要这两个因素都具备并达到平衡时，我们所要求的效率才会得以体现。仅重视金蛋，无视于鹅的人，结果会连产品的本身都保不住。这不由得使我想起了当前热门的话题：跳槽。时下，跳槽成为年轻人谋求职业发展之路的一个重要的选择。工作不顺心，薪水不高，对职位不满意，最先想到的就是跳槽，甚至是无任何征兆地离职而去，希望通过跳槽在其他的组织里获得这些自己想要却没有得到的东西，通过跳槽实现自己的价值增值。不可否认，这的确是我们职业发展道路的一个途径，许多人通过跳槽实现了自己愿望，获得了自己想要的东西。但是，我们也应该看到，许多人的跳槽行为是不讲效率的，因为跳槽的本身不能使你的价值增值。有的人连自己想做什么，能做什么都没有弄清楚，就轻率地提交辞职信，挂职而去。这些人的跳槽行为就严重违反了产品与产能相平衡的效率原则。小刘毕业之后进入一家民办学校，当了老师，辞职信《农夫和金蛋的故事》。学经济的他很不甘于这种平稳的生活，他甚至忘记了自己当初是历尽艰辛才获得这个职位的。工作不到半年，那些在企业做的同学有的升职了，有的拿高薪了，看看自己，再比较比较同学，他心中有着十分的不甘。经过一番思想斗争之后，他毅然决定辞职。辞职之后他去了一家许诺他试用结束之后可以拿2000元薪水的民营企业。当他拿着800元的试用工资做了不到3个月的时候，又发现这家公司和自己的职位越来越不称自己的心。于是没等试用结束就打包离开了。后来，他又在不到一年的时间里连续跳了许多次。最近我又碰到他，他显得很疲惫，很无奈，他告诉我他要选一家公司好好呆上一段时间，再也不想这么折腾了。这里，小刘们就像那个急于获得金蛋的农夫，只知金蛋金贵，不知鹅也需要喂，需要投入，而是一味地追求高阶的职位、高额的薪水，不能很好地认识和规划自身的产能，没有正确理解产能和产品之间的效率关系，造成了职业发展的低层次徘徊，人为地给自己的职业发展制造了障碍。在职业发展这个问题上，一个人所掌握的知识、经验和技能的多寡就代表了他的产能，他所希望获得的职位就是产品，只有很好地处理好了知识、经验、技能的保有程度和职业目标之间的关系，我们的职业生涯才是讲效率和可持续发展的，跳槽行为才是有效的。也就是说，我们的跳槽决定是建立在自身能力的基础之上的，是能力和职业目标相平衡的结果，而不是想做什么就做什么的事情。想做和能做之间还有很长一段距离，还有很长一段路要走，不是想当然的事情，尤其是在当仅这个竞争残酷的环境下，能力与职位目标相匹配显得更为重要。人力资源具不具备竞争力，其根本的区别在于三个方面：知识、经验和技能。这是你从事工作所比不可少的三个要件，也是人与人之间竞争力和竞争领域的根本区别所在。这其中，知识是根本，技能是手段，经验是两者的综合
